I've had one about a year, use it daily. Unfortunately the accesories pack has been discountinued.

Thanks for sharing your experience with this product. I’ll probably end up buying something with a larger jug as my smoothies and shakes end up huge

For a single smoothie, sure. I usually blend up 3 ice cubes and half a frozen banana, along with protein powder and water/milk. It done the job fine everyday for the past ~3 years I've had it, but I'm sure other blenders are quicker / can manage more ice.

Depends what you are blending. For most people this is likely more than enough

Last time I had one of those it lasted us around a year of daily use, then the plastic parts had worn out. If you are into buying cheap and often... I guess it's a good option. I am personally not a fan of disposable electronics, just adding to the waste problem so I bought a Ninja blender instead and the quality of that is not even comparable to anything Breville.

Had one of these for about 3yrs now and use it most days, great bit of kit especially given the price. When it does pack up I’ll have no hesitation in getting another.

Agreed! Mind you I have only been using it since end of June however, no issues at all. I use it at least once a day for smoothie (frozen fruits). It might not be the best but for that price, you can't go wrong. I bought it from Argos for £19.99 and like someone else posted, it is same price at Currys. In Tesco you will find same base with additional accessories for £35 (if memory serves me right).

I bought this for £14 from Sainsbury’s when someone posted it on here at the beginning of October. I think they are still that price in there last time I looked!!

As a chef I don't think you'll have anything (especially at this price) that will blend seed well, if anybody knows of one let me know please as I use a Kenwood one followed by a sieve at home and at woek a £200 stick blender or a £900 food processor (still followed by a sieve)

Got one of these for Christmas use almost everyday. Flawless. Crazy value, make sure you read instructions and it'll never break.

Probably my beat on purchase last year. Pretty powerful for its size. Great for smoothies and iced coffee.

Got mine for £10 from Morrisons last year, pretty good machine

Ive had mine for 4 years bought for 15£ from amazon. I see this go down to £10 every now and then in sainsbury.

Yeah that looks like the 2 bottle one. £14.99 is a good price. :)

By the time you spend £10.99 for a bottle, you might as well just buy a whole new item. (lol) I'm lucky, my bottles have lasted a few years now. The lids can be hard to unscrew now though. :)

I've got one, and it is decent.. But it is a bit of a pain to clean given how narrow the bottle is. It also takes an age to dry out after washing, I think due to the shape - it bows in the centre. I can highly recommend this one, which doesn't have the same problems and fits in the same category of 'weak but good enough' blenders:

Had two, both going strong over 3 years now

I had a similar model( but one with 3 bottles) from Amazon in January, and in almost daily use, very happy. Highly recommended ( I paid I think £24)

I’ve owned one for 3/4 years and used it daily, yet have never had a problem with it

We've had this for nearly 6 years. Still going strong (touch wood) and grinds through ice cubes with ease
