Another few put up today. There was a horrific pine curtain pole which I've immediately removed. Got some filling in to do when I get the decorating started.
One window done, another Nine to go. I'm very pleased with the purchase. Bedroom first, as I was getting fed up with putting cardboard up in the window (cheeky) only moved in last week !!
Took the plunge and ordered 8 blinds for £270. That's the price of just one of the larger blinds through a made to measure site. Reviews are mixed but most are positive, but as long as the front of the house looks uniform then I am happy as we will be selling up in a year's time.
Yeah I agree with you there about being flimsy but appear ok. The Dunelm ones do look great btw
Yep but not the thin flimsy plastic on the range ones, i’ve got both the dunelm & range ones! The range ones snap and break the dunelm are thicker faux wood style, very similar to some Blinds to go ones we have too.
They went live yesterday in case anyone needed a reminder.
Oooh Blind Prophet, awesome ! Didn`t notice, thought it was another game for a minute called.. err something else with Prophet as a name..on Gamepass, didn`t like it whatever it was. This looks more my thing.
Edgar Bokbok in Boulzac just went up as a Prime freebie.
The more I think about it, the more I think it is a really great option with great connectivity. The prices really seem to have come down to when I first saw them on a startup. And your video really covers everything in depth. (y)
Thanks much appreciated, screeching sound are my ebay blinds... olied the sides since the video and that's done the trick now.
Ohhh didn't know that was possible! Thank you!
You can trim them down- YouTube vids show how
Disappointing as I just measured my sons bedroom window and it's 110cm x 100. Nothing will fit :(

Try to wet the suction cups a little as it needs a little moisture
These are absolutely useless and don’t stay stuck to the windows at all
Had one when kids were little... Paid substantially more than it's on offer for here! Great price.
Can’t find stock, gotto be active on this site ALL day long to grab a good deal as it’s OOS quick. people ram it even if they don’t need it, use it as table cloth or sleeping bag or bath towels. Heat from me op
These normally £20+ - very good find and a really good product, we have 3 in our house and can’t recommend them enough to create a dark room...

I got one of these from fb marketplace £8, second hand used a couple of times. There is usually quite a few on there and ebay. The suction things are rubbish so I made some curtains for my campervan out of it.
Thanks for your comments guys I canceled my order. i will order the velcro one insteed
These are awful. Half the suckers dont stick. The ones that do stick either come unstuck in the middle of the night, or when you come to take it down they tear away from the fabric. We use ours in summer but we have to close the window on it to get it to stay up.
Good price, but the velcro stick on blinds such as the daydreamer are far superior. The problem with these is the suckers not sticking, and difficulty in blocking out light around the edge of the blind, especially in summer. The velcro ones stick at the very edge, and allow you to stick to non-glass surfaces too.
