Got another one today.
That's 3 £5 and 1x £18 I have now.

Received my £95 reward card yesterday and blew it all in Tescos this afternoon.
also £55 TCB as well. on 15GB+ sim only deals

I done this last year
20GB at £15 PCM and got £100 voucher + 80 TCB. so it cost me nothing for the 12 months.
I also done this the year before but I made some money as the TCB offer was £90-100 (bit of a hassel this year as i had to change my number to another compnay (vodafone) wait 7 days then move it back to my new SIM on BT (as they would not move numbers from BT sim to BT sim.

how i do it open TCB go to sim only deal, click on it wait for it to open the page. then past in the BT sim page (that shows the SIM deal and voucher) and processed with your order. it will not track in TCB but once i got my sim I then contact TCB and say it never tracked. and then wait for BT to check and accept TCB or reject it. have not had them reject it on 4 BT SIM deals (over 2 years)

Edit should of said i moved both SIM to a family sim package that save £1-2 of a month. (cant remember the saving off the top of my head)

also it is ready to move deals I found on 1 sim we had. we started with 3Gb then within the 1st move we moved to 12GB @ £15 then the same deal come back around 20GB @ £15 about 2-3 month later and moved the sim on to this deal. this did not change the contract length. not sure if you can do down in price. as never tried that.

They are missing out on more custom and profits.I have been with GiffGaff and a happy customer for several years now however I recently changed office to a new building where I work and reception is terrible so as a result am looking to change to a network with better reception with the only realistic choices being one based on BT's EE network or the 3 network although the latter doesn't have quite as good coverage I know for certain BT-EE has the best were I work and no issues as I have heard many people I work with comment.I tried Plusnet (also part of BT but cheaper) a few months ago as I have my phone and fiber broadband with them as well. Unfortunately though I could just not get it to work with my iPhone. It didn't pick up the new network despite a lot of troubleshooting with support so I had to cancel within the 14 day cooling off period.I'd join BT in a heartbeat if they had the same deal for new customers. That is why I have now been considering Virgin Mobile as an alternative as their 4G service piggybacks on BT's EE network as well and it seems incredibly good value for money although it is a 12 months contract. The only thing I am wary of is that Virgin did have a few issues recently were their service went down for quite a long time and people couldn't make any calls or anything and this did not effect any of the other companies that also use BT's EE network. I also get the impression that customer service might not be as good.I may still give it a try though as I really need good reception where I work and there doesn't seem to be anything else that has such low prices sadly. I really wish BT would make their offers available to everyone.

I'm not entirely sure what you're talking about as some of the stuff you say doesn't make sense! If plusnet doesn't work with your phone then nor will BT they both use EE which is also owned by BT. If EE is crap then all of its MVNO's will be too.

My wife uses Virgin and she's never had any problems. If it did go down it couldn't have been that long.

Also all BT deals are open to non BT broadband customers you just have tomoay £5 more a month! I think that is a goid way to reward loyalty and plusnet do it too!

I hope you find the answers your looking for

It's like the sky deals quoted for new customers only. Great if you can get it. I would love to be able to get the deal posted because that would men I have a BT line which then means I can go to the competition for phone line, broadband etc. Here in Hull KCOM have the monopoly so they can charge what they like as there is no competition. I pay £46.99 for a 75 Mbps fibre. It is a good service. No dropouts. Always get a good download and upload speed. It's got a stupid download limit that I don't get anywhere near and a landline phone that I never use. So never even had the benefit of free BT Sport when it first launched.

BT Mobile don't offer WiFi-calling yet, which is a a huge shame. I have EE with the WiFi-calling, and it makes a huge difference. I've tried turning it off and my reception constantly drops at home, not EE's fault, just poor reception. But WiFi-calling would make BT Mobile a no-brainer.

How can bad reception not be EEs fault? Is it yours or mine?
They have 800MHz and wifi calling they can use to fill in the gaps too.
How is this not hot? Effectively 20GB for under a tenner p/m! Is there a deal out there that’s better?!?!

This offer is now £60 gift card right ?
I was with bt had tv and broadband and had 5 sims 6gb at 42 - 5 = 37pm they always put the price up on the broadband so I left and kept the sims .
Due to them putting the price up the discount of £5 remains .

To be fair I thought the bt fibre was awful for the signal dropping out upstairs . There answer to that was for me to buy a new router or go into a more expensive contract .

I went with vodaphone fibre for £20pm.
got bt sport on my iPhone but also struggle to stream the sport to my Apple TV box .

Amazon vouchers received 9th Dec.Just realized that it was £12 + £90 Amazon / iTunes voucher. I'd said £11 (now edited). But that was a BT retention deal I have on my sons phone. That didn't include any vouchers, so not really that good.Previous deals for the £12, 6gb BT SIM with £90 Amazon / iTunes vouchers were posted.18 May27 August22 September

Although I got my £90 vouchers on 9th December (Actually £180 as I got 2 * SIMs), I'd submitted another claim a few days before then as I'd been waiting over 30 days. I thought the Amazon vouchers that arrived soon after must have been as a result of the prompting.

Anyway, today the postman delivered 2 more letters from BT. Both containing £90 of Amazon vouchers (£180).

What to do ? Contact BT and send back or sit on them for a month or two and exchange to Amazon credit

The only disadvantage with piggy back carriers is you may not have access to the same data speeds / features (VOLTE, 4G++, etc) and you may get lower priority data speeds / delayed texts over exceptionally congested signal areas. However this can also work in your favor if the contract the piggy backer has gives them increased priority.
Signal wise it should be identical. Any signal disparity is more likely caused by your handset(s) than the network, although Plusnet adds an extra "step" which increases the possibility of network outages. (If Plusnet goes down EE customers are unaffected but if EE goes down then Plusnet customers are still affected alongside EE customers.)

They've possibly decided it would cost them more to implement the cross checking than just to payout both once in a while. If signing up for multiple sims make sure to order them individually so that you can claim cashback/vouchers for each order separately.Interestingly, if you initially sign up for the most expensive deal with the biggest cashback & voucher incentives then change the plan to Family Sim you can downgrade all the way to the cheapest and still keep the cashback/voucher.

You get a 2 month grace period where you still get the £5 off after cancelling BT Broadband. Alternatively you can cancel your phone and pay off the contract at the £5 discount price.

I opted to pay off the last 3 months rather than stick as there was a limited time to get the cheaper deal from the new provider.
The EE preloaded 24GB sim lasts 12 months and costs £49.95. So 2GB a month for £4.16. And no contract. Better value?
turnes out they only gave me 1 month free. i must have misunderstood

I agree and as said I have ordered. Had confirmation - everything seems normal. The get deal link did not work for me - the link someone posted further down did. Maybe this explains the votes!?

Were the calls made from BT Mobile which include calls to 0800 free, if not, then it might be that your mobile provider charged for calling 0800 numbers. There are a few reasons as to why Infinity 2 may not have been available at that time. Telephone lines can route different ways and also be of different quality, it might be that your mothers line was of a higher quality and/or had a more direct route to the cabinet meaning she could get a faster speed. Alternatively, the fibre cabinet can get to full capacity and if that is the case then you wouldn't be able to get Infinity until Openreach provided more capacity or someone stops their service freeing up a space to be connected to.

Sure is strange, BT's customer service number is free, and ringing from BT Mobile to 0800 numbers are free too. The reason we downgraded from Infinity 2 to 1 was because the guaranteed speed that we could get was below the Infinity 1 threshold, so there was no point paying extra for Infinity 2, reduced our monthly payment which is good and we're still getting the same speed as before. Glad you were able to double your minutes - were you able to see as many packages as I did?

The original BT deal i took out worked out at £25 a month after paying up front line rental, my last bill was £54.85 the only thing i had changes was adding another £5 sim, according to them i left before my contract ended, yet i was charged at the out of contract rate because i had served my contract time (my actual contract start date was delayed by three weeks i received a one off payment to say sorry for this of £16. BT are a monopoly, their prices are a farce, so many different tiers and no bonus or reduction for loyal customers, the right hand does not know what the left is doing. Proved it all to me when i asked if i could upgrade to the 72 meg infinity 2 pack after five months to be told i could not get that speed on my line yet my mother who lives five doors down gets 70 meg on her line from BT. Last time i go with them

Just left BT after 11 months of a twelve month contract cost me a fortune … Just left BT after 11 months of a twelve month contract cost me a fortune of false bills to leave, including paying for services i did not have or use, non existant line rental, (charged an extra months line rental even though i paid up front), still have two months to pay for mobile, i could not wait to be away, pathetic service, (even got charged for ringing some of THEIR service lines), Mobile was not too bad when i got it, took them five days to port my number both ends. Could not wait to leave. Their EE broadband is almost competative if you a a member, better and cheaper EE from other places though such as Plusnet
