Is there any offers to upgrade gold to ultimate for £1 I’ve had it before but it’s ran out now and just got a new subscription. Can use VPN to do it from another country

lewilewi41

Ahh so it has my bad. They added it back + adding windows 10 yesterday.

johnboylan12

It has been re-added to the console version. it was on a banner with Alan Wake when I signed in this evening, and is on the Game Pass Twitter feed.

lewilewi41

For everyone saying cities has been on game pass, game pass for console yes, game pass for PC no. This is the windows 10 version and is for the PC beta, hence, not the Xbox one.

TekWoodyatt1

I am pretty sure it has. i remember playing it in December 2018, and I don’t think it was on GWG.

Thank you for your response. I did fulfil their requirements, I’m quite sure :-/ , in time. Ah well... Thanks for assuring me that it’s not worth the further hassle. I think I’ll buy the mass transit add on, in any case :) Appreciate it!

Master_Yoda

Hi - just looked and they've changed Point 12. They've removed the form which is really cheeky of them. It was there for quite a while though. Also, don't forget that it's been 2 weeks now since they ended this promotion so you're kinda late. I used the form and managed to eventually get the DLC but was so much hassle from start to finish it so wasn't worth it. You could email them and let them know you're not happy and they might help you out - all I guess you can do now.

TT_M

Hello, perhaps I am doing something wrong, however I cannot find the form via Point 12... there is no link to a form. It would be great if you could let me know if I am getting it wrong somehow. Thank you :)

Can this be played on Geforce Now?

dan.naish

You need at least integrated graphics with 2gb memory otherwise it will struggle. It's runs ok on my Ryzen 7 3700 laptop with the integrated Vega 10 graphics but on my other laptop with Intel 620 HD graphics it was not good. Obviously the better the hardware, the smoother it will run.

ThePizzaBoxChef

Yep. Though check the system requirements, larger cities can struggle a bit on older PCs and laptops

Also does this run ok on windows 10?

It's very similar to it, and just as much fun. It's lacking a lot on the scenario front but the console controls are absolutely perfect (a rarity for a game like this) and it's a lot of fun to play.

A really great game. I paid more than this for each DLC. There are also a lot of great mods, i.e. for traffic management.

Great game; well worth the money in my opinion. Does really well to try and make us forget the SimCity that fell far short of its potential. Not played in a while though. Traffic management was a nightmare (horror)

Doesn’t seem to have been announced anywhere, but Lego Worlds, The Evil Within and Cities Skylines: PS4 edition have been added to PS Now.
Tony-Stark

by the way PS Now is in no way a substitute for owning a PS4.. without a PS4 you can only stream the games (on a PC for example) at max 720p resolution.. this is not the way these games were designed to be played at all

Daniel42

@solid @proevo21 This is probably more for the kids though if that was more what you're after.

mohammed_tasawar

Yes. Ps is more gamely. Xbox 360 were the days when the controllers were much better and the games were good.

Not sure which dlc is actually included in this or if the Xbox version has the mayor edition, but on PS4 I found the mayor edition to be the best value, especially when I nabbed it on sale. How does this run had on Xbox and once city got larger it was nearly unplayable! So can't see it being very good on the switch

Don't swap. Just create an extra account that is a US one.

You need to make an account with a NA region and then pick an American address (you’ll find plenty online), then simply purchase games using eshop credit. I typically use play-Asia

Great price I am tempted, but the whole swapping to US account hmmm
