£16 at all Morrisons

gemini24

Having back and shoulder problems, I find these mops are excellent to use as no heavy duty twisting required to wring out water. A few presses on the foot pedal is all that’s needed. Great for laminate flooring because it’s so easy to get the mop head only slightly damp by spinning it for a little longer to avoid water ingress in the flooring board joints. Good quality mop with a large, stable bucket.

Thanks!

I guess your right, should use it first. Thank you :)

Yes. I am sure. fortunetly we were going to do refurb the whole house so wasn't bother. but with new wooden flooring I would not use it. I am sure there are some people who uses it and no problem.

GunMetal

Have wooden flooring - all it does is make the floor wet and push the dirt around. We have tried so many floor cleaners, having dogs - we clean the floors often. I recommend getting this with spare mops heads https://www.amazon.co.uk/Microfibre-Cleaning-Multifunctional-Extendable-Sweeper/dp/B00YPIO0WC they shouldn't cost more than £4 in discount stores like B&M or something.

yespleasesir

Thanks for the advice . Are you certain it was this machine that damages your floor? I’ve only recently had new flooring laid and want to keep it clean. But not damage it!

bbleo211180

I know lots of people use this successfully on wooden floor but it damaged my floor. since then I have bought Bissell crosswave. it works perfectly on tiles + wooden floor.

I don't think anyone is gonna argue that Kranzle isn't a step up. But for many people who are just blasting off crud from some garden tiles (indian sandstone) or their driveway - a k3 or k4 karcher at a 3rd of the price is probably adequate. Your Kranzle is a 130 bar for 450 quid. I saw a k2 in Wickes today with 110 bar for 99 quid. Pays your money you takes your choice, can't see many people being talked up into a Kranzle though, the value isn't there for most people who use a pressure washer a handful of times a year.

royals

lol, that's like comparing a Trabant (Karcher) to a Porsche (Kranzle). Yep eh trabant is cheaper but its s**t compared to the Porsche. Also the £140 karcher is nowhere near the spec of the kranzle. All professional detailers I know use Kranzle. I have the T1152 and whilst its not cheap and very heavy (35kg), it is superb.

Zikohh

I had the patio cleaner for the nilfisk. Waste of money. Wouldn't recommend, I use the high pressure nozzle for money it works much better :)

hwangeruk

The cheapest Kranzle I can find is 350 quid. Karcher models come on HOTUKD at around 140. That's not "aren't much more". That's muchos more :)

NewForestMonkeyBrains

I have tried a similar product. Gave up on it. You look like a zombie with black foaming mouth and a bathroom sink that looks like a fight in a black paint factory. Its a sod to clean up after as well. Great value for 90p though - I'm sure someone will like it.

I didn't assume every retailer has the same procedures, obviously that's not going to be the case. I neglected to include in my first comment that wilko procedure may vary somewhat. Again, thanks for clarification. (highfive)

SuperIguana

8+ years of working for Wilko so yes, thats how they do it. Don't assume every retailer has the same prosedures. 8)

itchyone

10+ years experience in retail and retail management is where I got it from. Procedures can vary by retailer. If that's exactly how they do it at Wilko, thanks for the clarification.

SuperIguana

Not sure where you've come up with that wrong information (skeptical) . 1p stuff gets taken off, put through tills by staff as "sold" and then stickered as price only item (which can vary in price btw) then put on reduced stock shelves... not a lot gets donated to charities or disposed of if the product is in perfect working order. (nerd)

taniasush

I've never seen a "normal reduction" in these ones. I was with my eye on them for awhile, but then I saw the website and I thought I'd give it a go. They still didn't dispose of them in Bromley store.
