More or less. :) Nah last year I was bloated often eating foods I was allergic too. (Wheat intolerance, as well certain cooking oils etc). This year it's a stronger core. I wasn't fat before so the before and after isn't a shocking improvement. But it's just to show the motivation of my previous post. Oh and don't forget my moobs! No longer need a training bra!! (cheeky)
So in 2017 you were breathing out and 2018 you are breathing in (strong)
Should also consider looking into the slender tone belts. I bought one middle of January. As a way to help boost my abs a bit. It does the job but I found it more of a motivator than anything else. Went from swimming mon-fri plus walking 2 miles in morning with the dogs and slender tone belt, then an ab workout some point during the afternoon to now upped my game with the gym after seeing good results from those activities. play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=homeworkout.homeworkouts.noequipment Is the app I use (I do not do any other ab workouts at the gym other than this app above).
Thanks op. Some heat from me. I spend a lot of hours working on my desk. If this helps me do a bit of muscle toning I'm happy. Hopefully I'll give me a bit of motivation
