I have to disagree. Whilst it doesn't look as top quality as the Nintendo one, it certainly is not cheap and tacky. The non glossiness of it improves grip a little.

I don't actually have one, but by all accounts the feel of it is better than the standard Nintendo grip. I was only saying that it looks cheap and tacky. I guess that will bother some people but not others.

Agree with edanfalls, I bought one and it looks nothing like the matt finish shown on the packaging render.

Where did you get the red joycons?

The dark red joy cons came with the special edition Odyssey console bundle. You can buy the pair of cons on their own but only released in Japan to date I believe (see eBay if interested in getting them on their own).

It also suits the yellow cons very well.[Image] You can Peach up your pink joy con or Rosalina up your blue joy con to, both would look okay on a black grip.[Image]

Yes that is correct, but that these grips won't last 5 minutes is a bit of a myth really. They seem fine to me (I have the black one too that comes with console) and 2 x the different PowerA Mario themed grips and I see no difference in using either.

Of course the only and ultimate test as to question marks on how long will last is time itself. Come back in a few years for an update

If you actually spent the time to click through to these "Deals" you won't …If you actually spent the time to click through to these "Deals" you won't actually find ANY for £17.80 not even a size 2 in a horrible colour! £17.80 is a converted global store price before import deposit fees.. which then makes the item £21.xx then £7.11 delivery..Hence if no trainers are available at the prices listed then my comment stands.. the "Deal" is no longer available and should be expired. Plenty available for £26.55 on Deal of the day.. but THIS is not that.. How do I know.. I spent 2hrs looking this morning!!! Not just posting flippent comments without actually trying to buy the items for the prices initially listed.. I've wasted enough time now on this thread.

Do exactly the same. Have 2 controlling both sides of the blanket. When I first set one up for my side I got the usual oh here we go another gadget response. A few nights of asking Alexa to turn my blanket on when we are downstairs watching TV and all of a sudden someone wants one their side!

Not true, you can control the plug, not the blanket.

Each heat selector unit is fitted with an over-heat protection thermal fuse that would trip out the unit permanently when a ‘hot spot’ or short circuit is detected.

I'll see if bin hasn't been emptied later.
