I got assistant within 24hrs but that was midweek.

Tried everything , but still no sign.ive been using my Tesco SIM card mainly,but I put the o2 one in a few times sent a text , cleared cache etc
It was right on front page of lounge app for me under featured tab. Scroll down a wee bit and then click on the tab and follow instructions.
