It's unlikely anyone reads this now but my 3rd ground brush has gone faulty after hardly any use. Surely there is something we can do about this. Its ridiculous.
Has anyone else's main unit packed in? My brush has always been fine, but the main unit has just stopped working. When you press the trigger, the motor very briefly starts and then stops. The batteries' LED also flashes red when you remove them from the main unit. I've contacted Dreame customer service by email.
My 2nd ground brush has gone faulty & I've barely used this one. I was assured the issue had been resolved. Also the trigger is now sticking in quite a lot so it's staying on. Fortunately we have a Roborock now which is used daily so this gets used probably once a week.
Working fine, no issues thus far. About 7-10 days after payment, as it comes from China expect some time for delivery.
