All Edinburgh Discounts, Offers and Sale - March 2019
Good for reminding
Just be careful as the Amex offer is only for pay at the hotel. These sales are usually pay upfront and so you probably won’t get the Amex money
This will also stack with amex offers...spend £250 get £50/£75 back
I wish I was in Edinburgh I’m in Brige Of Allan, Stirling. I wonder if the Stirling store had a sale. Hmm I wish I was well enough to go in and have a look. Thanks for posting x
Free to get in today and free parking
It’s £5 to get in and I can’t find anywhere that tells you what’s in the sale, unless I’m missing something
Looks a decent deal.
(lol) (lol) (lol) (lol) (lol)
Fair point. You can queue up twice and bring my drink over (y)
Would be a nightmare in the summer but I think it will be fine in April.8)
Looks a good price but reviews are a bit iffy. Queuing up for one tiny drink at a time doesn't sound fun!
Many years ago, 4 of us did this in Australia to get from Brisbane to Sydney. They just basically end up with too many in different places and need to relocate them.
Ah not the owner, the rental company. Don't like the look of those excesses though
So basically you get very cheap campervan hire in return for taking it on a one way trip for the owner?
GREAT price.😃PAINFUL journey. 😩
I travel Friday evening once a month by Ryanair in this route, and found flight delays for 1-2 hours almost on a regular basis, 30 minutes to 1 hour waiting on transfers from Stansted by easy bus/National Express which makes the travelling time at least 6 hours on average in my experience. Flying to Heathrow or City airport is the best option, however, tickets of BA or Flybe is way too expensive. Train is the best option in this route, only take 4.20 minutes but the minimum advance fair will cost you at least £60-£70 return. Considering every aspects travelling by night coach in this route is not a bad option if you can manage a return ticket for the money of a coffee break :)
I have on several occasions gone from my doorstep to the doorstep of a hotel in Edinburgh and also in Glasgow within 4 hours, flying via Stansted.
I just know I can sleep during the journey times :) . Thanks.
Great choice. If time is not a problem for you, which it doesn't seem to be, you can't go wrong for that price. have a super time.
Doesn't look like it is, makers normally shout it from the rooftops, this is made by Burton's and they don't! http://www.burtonsbiscuits.com/our-brands/royal-edinburgh/ Here we go found it on the smaller size... 14% Butter, with Palm oil and vegetable oils!
At least it's not covered in "Royal Stewart" tartan!
Butter? If not what's the point? If it is butter then hot!
Exactly terrible experience
Sell, sell, sell!
Well I suggest you do some research into your shares then... Ft laudadale... At Christmas.. Norwegian Airlines.. Wet leased by there sister company wamos... Terrible experience 1000s of others have also complained... Both flights were wamos... Never ever ever again.. Be warned
you're all talking nonsense. I have shares in Norwegian so I've researched them thoroughly. Firstly they don't wet lease so I don't know where you got that from. Secondly yes that have had some financial woes recently like most budget airlines (due to the increase in oil prices), but if you also read more recent news, they have delayed receiving and/or offloaded 16 aircraft to raise capital. They are well aware of their financial problem and already on route to handling it all, so I wouldn't worry so much. But as the OP says its good practice to take out Insurance regardless of whichever airline you fly.
Don't touch Norwegian... All there aircraft are wet leased at the moment 25 year old nails
this only works at nicolson street...
Why is this so cold this works?! (lol) and it’s off your TOTAL SPEND!!
Total spend or just pizza?
I wasn't saying I expected it to :) but in the title you put '1 week ski holiday' - some people may think this would include the 'skiing' too. Just wanted to make it more obvious to others potentially interested.
At this price what do you expect?
Doesn’t include Lift Pass or Ski hire
Good deal but I'm nowhere near Edinburgh
It's £30 in my local asda (hull)
Can it sense if your throwing recycling in by mistake?
Thanks OP. I bought the last one at the same Asda (Chesser/corn exchange). Checked it over in store but got home to find the base of it swimming in oil grease when I peeled the protective film off (oil was trapped around the base) . Managed to get it cleaned up with stainless steel wipes but it took some effort and is still a little noticeable.
There’s 2 of these in Stevenage for anyone after one nearby. Heat OP, don’t need one but cracking price
Amazing one purchase and up to 412
still waiting princess...
Do you not understand how to send a PM ? Is that why you want me to do it ? Can you not figure it out ? Too complicated for you ?
and again, someone’s bottled it. all talk. like a little puppy... all bark, no bite. back in your corner little one. yap yap yap
AHHH MATE PLEASE DONT TURN UP WITH YOUR ELLESSE BAG AND SUPERDRY TRACKSUIT TO GIVE ME A PAPERCUT. I BEG YOU. MAKE IT STOP
Hopefuly Ill go next week and check it out then :)
I actually really enjoyed it!
Thanks OP and a massive thank you to Gollywood for sending me the tickets- the kindness of a stranger. In the seat now, popcorn in hand, looking forward to the film. Much appreciated (popcorn)
Enjoy everyone! I'll also be seeing Glass tonight as it's a Cineworld Unlimited Screening. Feel free to discuss the movie after but please no spoilers!
Enjoy the movie everyone ;)
Which way did your Uber take you? 15-20 minutes through Lincoln tunnel tops
Absolutely do not do it. I did it last year. £240 return. They changed the day of my return flight a month before then the day before returning, cancelled the flight. Flights to NY JFK are cheap all year pretty much. I’ve just got return flights from Manchester with Virgin for £260 in May, same price in June and July too. Stupid post this
Would love to go, but need to sort a Visa out first. I just don't know how long that would take, as I'd have to find the time to get to the embassy in London.
Needless to say everybody use Sat Nav now a days. While using the Sat Nav the Uber Driver lost at least 3 times in the way to Stewart airport.
Uber guys I used in NYC all had Sat Nav but even that isn’t idiot proof
Do these children's books use IKEA terminology / names? Lol
ha ha I am in a particularly bad mood today, sorry!
there are only two (shock) (shock)
can't these biscuits go on one thread for Amazon?
thanks BB :)
I can assure you, you absolutely can go wrong with Innes and Gunn, had 14 of these at our Christmas party and I stuck the head on my "old" manager minutes after attempting to "wedgie" his wife.
