The first paragraph of the description text explains if you buy the free kindle version, and your Comixology account is linked to your Amazon account, it will also appear in your Comixology account. Sorry if this wasn't clear.

amour3k

OP .. "free at Amazon, links to Comixology". This is free on Amazon only ... As it's showing as £2.99 on Comixology.

A Full volume for free? Great! I'll give it a go

Some nudity; If it was on TV it would be post-watershed.

Thanks so much for the heads up on this. At work our company runs permanently through their German IP and SkyGo works perfectly now (sure it never did beforehand).

jonnyh132

Yes but you're missing the point here. The rights aren't digital. Thats the problem. They deem the simpsons being on sky one? Well then that means little access to anyone but a sky user. They're monopolized and there is no open market offering alternatives, where as in the USA your options are expanded massively. Digital rights need to be split from the television rights. But the EU refuses to allow it and that's the problem. It allows monopoly and they do little to address it, look at sports, it'

They removed it because it was a marketing scheme or something, plus had the fastest trophy feat in its description, Sony didn't like it, probably cause it sold alot in its first few hours (lol)

Actually I think I may have stumbled upon a decent setup with Ezviz They are Hikvision who have a good reputation, Alexa seems hit and miss but IFTTT is available

OllieSt

I don't own anything at the moment, but Ezviz looks interesting Here's the complete range and I reckon POE (power over ethernet) for outdoor surveillance may be the way to go. Secure local recording is possible although cameras can take an Sd card

I know they have, but reading the Blink forums doesn't give too much confidence.

pablomalin

I'm using LG G2 personally but found speed not always correct and speaker is not loud enough (tomtom app) so I'm also after a proper satnav for longer trips.. But wouldn't buy a sat nav without traffic though.

I’m sure you can do that with an app on a phone, please correct me if I’m wrong.

guessswho

well its personal preference i guess but i bought it because my brother is driving instructor and you can record custom route in this sat nav which help student with there training.

Thanks for posting; ordered one. Have never used Status adapters but they appear to be a reliable brand.

Dodge62

That's a pretty good price just for the adapter - if you're going to Europe, that is. As with most of these things, the adapter probably won't have an earth so shouldn't be used with anything requiring an earth connection. Also probably has a current limit so may not be suitable for heat devices such as hair dryers or hair straighteners.

cowbutt

Also, being an older model, the lifetime map updates will probably end sooner, too.

HotBot

Only for those few who intend to take it to the USA! Hardly a lot better than other features you will use on a more frequent basis.

Wadadli_Cooler

Not keen on these which rely on being tethered to a phone in order to work. Prefer my VIA live 5000 which has its own SIM.

Bilbo1968

The older model has world maps. So a lot better.

HotBot

Why is this older (discontinued) model better than the newer Via 53, especially as some may value the Siri/Google Now integration? £10 more for the latest model seems fair and this is the lowest price.

No your missing the point. This is (was before i pulled it) the best price for a physical copy atm. The code turned out to be a personal code for me so i pulled it, (although someone could use it) with the code its a good price. You might as well troll every xbox one post saying it was cheaper with the tesco glitch when people could get it for a lot less. TomTom go at £15 per year on android is a great alternative, includes traffic, speed cameras and all available world maps. It has all the functions as the standalone devices.

nihcaj

Any map app will show you the roads, and any one is as good as any other, but things have moved on - the info you need it to show is traffic hold-ups so you can avoid them. Where I live, getting the wrong info between Coventry and Birmingham on the M6 means the difference between sitting an hour or more in near stationary traffic or not! Unfortunately the traffic info on Google is bizarre. eg. Last night immediately before I left home at 8pm it was telling me streets near home were seriously choked near the Supermarket - they weren't as I drove straight through, no congestion whatsoever! It constantly over or under reports serious congestion making it useless, often it is reporting traffic conditions about half an hour or more out of date. TomTom Go on android phones is the better option. when there is serious congestion it reroutes you, and it is generally only proper congestion it reports: 15 quid a year if you must pay for it(!) Even the freebie Waze gives better, more usable info than Google Maps because it has data given by users on the street.

retro_pie

Isn't it better to just buy a car phone holder for a couple of quid and used Google maps. Better because it will direct you the quickest route around any traffic/roadworks and you can use it hands free just by saying "Ok Google, navigate me to nearest MacDonalds or where ever you want to go.

milko

Nonsense still using a 5 year old TT bang up to date no issues. Best Sat Nav by a long way

michael21

Never trust TomTom , they force updates that kill satnavs and then charge for repairs.

Tebow, now there's a man Jets management ruined. Fancy hiring a guy to be an occasional QB / TE. He may have had critics before he went to the Jets but omg did they finish his career or what lol

Northerndave

They are good nights aren't they. I went to one at a hotel function room in Manchester a couple of years ago. All level seating so all I could see was the back of a massive Packers fan two rows up, but Shaun Gayle was hilarious and Neil did a great job hosting. Plus there was a guy from the audience who caught 25 passes in a row, thought he had stickum on his hands!

Android phones are the better option. Just say OK Google navigate me to (where ever you want to go) and it will take you where you need to go in the shortest time possible taking traffic and roadworks into consideration. Maby you should consider getting a better data plan? I get 20gb 4G a month with ee for £15 + an extra 5gb because I've got my broadband with them. Never have to worry about running out :)

Badongkadong

Waze? It's been around for years. It is owned by Google and provides those functions you've mentioned.

linhang90

Well.. google maps is free and its on ur phone... two best things in one package. And theres tons of features in it especially the search feature. It just has best of everything except two things, one is traffic updates like u said, the other is speed limit, apparently they did add the feature years ago but took it off relativelt soon for some reason.. probably due to sat nav companies threatening lol

nihcaj

It is there on the Phone version of TomTom (and other phone apps too). Standalone Sat nav is just expensive now, you can get the features on your phone for £15 yearly (if you must pay for it!) and only have one device cluttering the car and the windscreen.

nihcaj

Hopeless for traffic details - dramatically overestimates the seriousness of some delays and misses some worse ones! Often shows roads heavily congested as long as half an hour after they are totally clear. TomTom GO on phone or on PC with MyDrive is better in that it only reports the more serious delays, although even that gets some of them wrong. Also far better for navigation. If you pay for it is is £15 a year, but I don't' like paying for such things! ;-)

Funnily enough, after a service I picked up my car with 3 dents in the bonnet,2 on the roof and a scrape down the hatch.... Luckily I'd video'd the car when I dropped it off - they eventually fixed it, but it was tooth and nail (mad)

dannyshep

My experience and I believe it's my right to share this info. If their techs don't tighten sump plugs what else do they forget to torque, wheelnuts? By all means use SEAT but this is my experience. That is all. I have a family of mechanics (over 50 years experience) at my disposal and only used a main dealer to get a stamp in the book whilst under warranty. Seems there is a reason they give away free breakdown cover for when your oil is all over the road and your engine is ceased.

umirza85

Yeah all Seat mechanics are terrible and you should NEVER EVER go there to get your car fixed..... because there's one guy out there in Derby who forgot to tighten something. Stay away all.... (annoyed)

lucas

Lol worth more like £45

dannyshep

Last service I had done at Seat Derby Pride park the "technician" forgot to tighten up the sump plug. After a few miles of driving the oil light came on and I called the AA included in my service package. After taking the undertray off he said the sump plug could be undone by hand so not even torqued up. I'll wouldn't trust them to fit a bulb or build a Lego car properly.
