Too many smart arses on here. This app may not solve issues (I haven't tried it, so can't pass judgment), but simply running by moving faster and faster can often lead to injury. We were always taught to run using a heel to toe action, but that is complete garbage and leads some people to numerous issues, including plantar fasciitis, shin splints and so on. It also slows you down, as you inevitably plant your heel in front of your body and then have to pull your body forwards. Try running barefoot and you'll never heel strike, so why would you because you're wearing trainers? Watch athletes run and see that the vast majority do not heel strike. See 2:35 in the first video and you'll see a group of 12 (slow-mo follows too). I see only 1 of those 12 heel striking. Next time you do your left leg, right leg... check how you strike. Literally the first time I tried Pose running on a regular route of mine, I set a new PB by about a minute (over a 7.5km route).
Now how does it go again, left leg then right leg, so confusing
There really is an app for everything.
Cant beat couch to 5k which is free. I couldn't run a mile just over a year ago, suffered with shin splints and collapsed arches now I run 10k easily and am currently on a half marathon training using garmin but any app that will help you get off your arse deserves some heat.

I run all types of terrain and they are secure, never felt the slightest movement. They have a redesigned fit so they have no need for the wings as they sit more snugly within the ear. I really liked the old elites but wouldnt go back after having used the 75t, they are so much more compact and lighter in the ear plus have a longer battery life. The older elites had great features such as the built-in heart rate monitor, it gave me the same accuracy as my garmin tho the vo2 max was probably slightly generous. If you don't have a sports watch or heart rate monitor then the older elites score a lot more points but if you do and can afford the 75t then go for those.
rhinopaul - Do the 75t's fit as securely in your ears without the little 'wings'? Would be great to know from someone such as yourself who has used both
These are great buds of which I used for about 2 years until the first pair stopped working and my second pair took a back seat after buying the 75t actives . They had a really good accurate built in heart rate monitor together with their sports app were perfect for running, never fell out the ears, very comfy, completely waterproof and sound was great. However since having the 75t these old elites are quite huge in comparison. The 75t has better sound and being so much more compact and also waterproof I'd recommend them over the older elites ( if you can get for similar money) as I did, managed to get warehouse deal 75t active and wireless for about £75 . However if you cant get the 75t in your price range these old elites will do just fine.
Agree, best fit if any I’ve tried wired or not. Not had any problems with charging although twice (in the 3 years I’ve had them) the left bud wouldn’t sync and just had to keep trying. Seemed to correct itself after 30-40 mins. Still hold hours of charge to this day. I’m sure there are better sounding buds now, but sound is still decent. Call quality for me has been mixed. Outside they seem to pick up too much noise - for example when trams run past the other person struggles to hear at all, but for meetings they are excellent.
Best fit of any earbuds I've ever tried. Unfortunately dodgy charging case (still micro usb) eventually made me give up on them. Tronsmart Apollo Bold are cheaper and better in almost every way.
Hi, hope you can help, are you guys still able to access this app? I seem to be but am worried about them requesting payment now that the gyms are open - thought I would just lose access but apparently not. Thanks Sharon
Wasn't impressed with classes offered at all! Ok for beginners I guess but instructors seem pretty amateurish and uninspiring considering it's David Lloyd! Anyone wanting more of a challenge have a look at Caroline Girvan on YouTube. When she does EMOM HIIT, it is HIIT not cardio (y) youtube.com/c/CarolineGirvan
Had a look and what a poor selection of classes, half of them are ‘running’ - not exactly a class is it? (skeptical) Given how money grabbing this national chain is, it is disappointing that this is all they can offer to their members. My local gym are offering a much greater variety of classes, plus a load of on demand content, also for free to everyone. southdownsleisure.co.uk if anyone wants to take a look at what’s on offer there.....
Even this is not really free. They've now got people's email addresses to send marketing emails to
I have an android phone and went to Google Play to download the David Lloyd App. I put in my name and email address and that was it. It then allowed to me view the At Home classes and all the content. You don't need a membership number or to join. Hope this helps.

You get what guys supposedly look like before they use this app lol
Typical HUKD now, nearly +500 heat for a shoddy made app
All these offers only come for android not ios :(
Installed but as above not much good to be honest. Just a list of exercises, there doesn't seem to be any way to track them etc. The meal plan is just a 1 day list with no quantities. It just says things like eggs. Don't know how it has a 4.5 rating

I did one day home workout, and now i see there everyday same plan ? Why ? Every day do same workout for 6weeks ? Wtf
I told this site to stop using my images months ago 🤥
Yeah but you’d never see him...down the gym 7hrs a day!
It was meant to be on sale for 16days. (confused) This is exactly what I mean Look at permission that it requests too And check out the reviews too Dodgy from the onset
I saw this when it was first posted and had a look. Reviews are all very similar as well, how it's the best fitness app ever etc and not very many reviews either. That coupled with the normal price being so high I gave it a wide berth, may well be fine but it looked a bit sketchy to me.
I just got the free subscription (trial), then went to cancel the auto renewal, but there is only the option to ‘cancel free trial’. Is that the same thing as cancelling auto renewal? Will the free year carry on? thanks for any commenr
Really enjoying this so thanks op. Preferring it to others I’ve tried as it adapts :)
Fully understandable. The algorithm’s they use means even though some of the sounds seem the same, they are not; subtle differences that the subconscious brain can latch onto even if the conscious brain thinks different. I think they do a weeks free trial or it’s just the basic functions to give you an idea. Then it’s either a monthly or yearly fee. I was fortunate enough to be offered a lifetime half price subscription due to the fact I gave a donation right at the beginning when it was freeware. The makers of the app are always working on it to develop it further. I think even at the full price it is worth it.
Is it Addictive? I don't want to rely on sleeping pills tbh

Get fit for free! 3 month free trial of Move GB with Lidl appFREE£0.01LIDL Deals

Yes they have been around for years MoveGB and I was a loyal and happy member until they decided to upgrade the app and change their main website... this may sound like a decent incentive but when gyms and leisure centers open they may increase the price and keep prompting your to upgrade your account using direct debit... MoveGB was fantastic and I once use to recommend them highly to everyone I spoke to... but then they got greedy and started downgrading people accounts without notification which was quite embarrassing when you arrived at a Gym to be told you would have to pay more on the top of your MoveGB membership... The App and Website was upgraded and it really did mess everything up, when MoveGB was once perfect keep-fit monthly membership where you can access most venues... But like so much else, they try to make things better but it failed and they wanted to force people to sign in using Google Chrome instead of a once perfect App... sometimes companies try to make things better only to make something far worse... they lost lots of members and complaints started flooding in, when actually they was once very HIGHLY RATED... but after far to many upgrades ratings dropped immensely, I cancelled in 2018, they may have sorted all the issues out I am not sure... The idea of work at home videos on Zoom may sound attractive for £2 a week but they are many FREE alternatives now or Gyms offering FREE online classes on YouTube which is easier to access than Zoom plus you can watch YouTube on your TV if you have a Smart TV which many people have now...
I thought whole attraction was because the gyms are closed? I didn't realise they had been around for so long. I really like the idea though and that it's interactive. If I'm just watching a video I'll probably give up part way through.
Not much point when the gyms are shut and there is a lot more variety and free fitness apps now which beat this, in a real-world scenario however MoveGB is pretty decent or should I say was decent until then changed everything... I was a loyal member for 2+ years until they changed pricing tariffs and started upgrading things including the MoveGB app which made it a complete shambles, which is a shame really as I was very impressed with MoveGB, yet as always they tried to improve, change and upgrade things including the main website that was already working perfectly well... The app became a absolute nightmare to use and they lost a lot of members when they upgraded it including myself.
I just tried my first session of pilates through the Linqsport app, from this novice the session was top quality, there were lots of different levels taking part, but trainer guided me to my ability so I didn't hurt myself trying to keep up with those with more experience. Lots of interaction, nice group of people, great workout! Signing up for more!
After downloading the app I found that there was sessions where were free to join every day of the week! Now having joined multiple sessions I can say all the trainers were professional and made them really enjoyable. The trainers were also able to cater for all abilities making the app so inclusive. Recommend for those wanting to reach fitness goals especially during lockdown!
I actually downloaded this app last week! I’ve only done one of the free online classes so far but it was quality! The trainer was amazing and I’ll definitely be doing more, especially during lockdown!!! Again!!! May get my work colleges involved on the next one as a team building exercise! Great app!
Yes amazing they are free as the level of the sessions are really high quality. Joined a couple last week there are lots of different choices from yoga, general fitness, family fitness to boxing and most options of fitness and all classes are live and interactive via zoom. Trainers from different parts even the US! Some brilliant trainers on there who are really friendly and great. Definitely worth checking them out to get active during lockdown!
Great watch, tracks health, fitness calories, footsteps, face recognition, religion with free access to a camp to sing beautiful Chinese tunes, whilst working for 0.95 an hour for 14 hours. Great find. Hot (y)
Does it register phone calls coming in or messages/basic phone notifications.
So when the wife rides her horse who gets credit for the steps?
It's made by the Chinese government, so pretty much everything (lol)
