Schar's stuff is great as quite a bit of their range does not taste like it's GF - these pizzas are top of my GF pizza like list. (y)

Managed to get two. Its at Quality Save aswell for those who don't have HomeBargains. Im assuming TJ Morris own both? I have never seen a Quality Save until recently.

My bad, looked like it was the 250g; so even better then. Definitely the cheapest i've seen. Watch it not be in my store now (embarrassed)

This is 500g pack (y)

I normally pay 69p for a 500g tub of this in Heron for my vegan daughter. Heat added

Vegan Honey Mustard - Follow Your Heart - Pricing Error 50p at Sainsburys instore

It’s called this because ‘Honey Mustard’ is an actual sauce that’s used widely across the US. Just like ‘TOMATO Ketchup’. Calling it just ‘Mustard’ or ‘Sweetened Mustard’ will cause confusion and would be a marketing disaster.

Yeah its using the 'real' alternative as a fake marketing ploy. Next we will see a Vegan BBQ Ultimate Meat-eaters selection (an assortment of Tofu and plants shaped like burgers, sausages, ribs and wings).

Wow you must be fun at parties................

There is a lot of trickery in this brand. Honey is not vegan. Oh but it does not contain honey. Then why is it described as honey mustard? Because it is as sweet as honey. what makes it so sweet? Brown rice syrup. So no honey at all - no. Then change the description to brown rice syrup mustard. That is our future post Brexit trading partner. Cold just for that.

It's been all over the internet for ages - where you been?!

Meee :p

Voted cold for using 'date night'

Yip alcohol is the killer.

£30 they got you then (excited)

Turns out you can use the same offer (different codes) twice if ordering for a table of 4. The staff at my local branch are just poorly trained with only a basic grasp of English.

Heat from me even though I missed it.

Probably all the cynics who doubt that gluten-intolerance exists. They usually come along in these threads. Hot from me just because of them.

(lol) (lol) (lol) (lol)

Another load of votes based on the fact they don't like the thought of it. Some people need to get out a bit. It's a lovely meal for £5 but I suppose the cold voters want it placed in front of them cooked by their mother and spoon fed into their mouths.

I knew it'd be something to do with the french... XD

There is an approved NHS treatment for coeliac disease. It's simple - don't eat wheat, rye, barley or oats. Job done. Does cost a lot more at the supermarket though, sadly.

Still a deal though...

But I'm not celiac so I've decided to come in here and be really preachy about it and troll people without realising I'm doing it as I'm really just an arrogant person who thinks he is better and smarter than other people and that the world should all eat wheat and wheat only as it was perfectly good for thousands of years and other arguments which I'll make using exclusively anacodtal evidence and stuff I've seen on TV or read about online and then used pseudo science and an overestimation of my own intelligence to form opinionated and condescending rationalisation that simply must be forced on everyone who comes along as it is my right to do so.

Frustrating that the vegan versions are always more expensive, growing soy beans must be cheaper than feeding hundreds of cows. Still, not bad price though. Ben & Jerry's dairy free ice cream is outrageously expensive.

Just bought 3 (6 pack) of these from my local farmfoods for £4, if it helps anyone.

try it before you knock it, it tastes good. the difference being that the soy one does not contain any bovine mammary secretions for those who avoid it.

2 for 3 in Morrison's also, effectively same price.

Just bought the gluten free/vegan ones from Tesco. They were still labeled as £3 but scanned as £1.50. Tastes just the same as regular cornetto to me so that's a win!

Nothing worse than something that actually tastes nice being discontinued :(

You make it sound like these items are rationed!. Personally I think a lot of these things taste revolting, but surely if poeple want to try them that's their choice and their right

I was out with mate (who's a doctor) and we were in a bar where two beardy types were talking about how gluten was really bad for you, it was all being covered up by the food industry and how since going gluten free, they felt so much healthier and would never let it pass their lips again. Mate took great delight in pointing out that the craft brew beer they were also waxing lyrical about contained gluten.

Quicker they sell out the more money goes into making more , so doesn't matter rwhos buying them as long as it all sells

3 for 2 on the non-dairy cheeses too, which makes them a very good price! Hopefully still on offer later today when I go in

"Multiple mods" haven't been keeping it on topic, they were removing comments they disagree with and leaving all anti-vegan sentiment untouched until their hypocrisy was pointed out

Hi reviewing after members have reported thread - it seems multiple mods have been keeping @ankitpatel123 's thread on topic - it is a deal forum dietary discussions, farming practices etc all belong in MISC. Some comments may have been removed if they also quoted or referenced deleted posts. If we've missed some use the report link adjacent to the comment. So price comparisons, availability, ingredients, best before dates, stock levels etc - anything to do with the actual deal offered by this retailer is allowed, debates head to MISC please. If off topic comments are posted please report them rather than reply to them in the thread, thanks all

Same, the cones are small. I bought this for the first time at Sainsbury's for £2.50 and posted it on here because I thought it was a good price.

The strawberry one is so good. I bought this last year too. I haven't checked this year but I hope that they haven't stopped selling them in my local store.

Thanks for the heads-up, expired.

Well, now online is 19.

It's weird that some of the stores have it as £16 when it's £8 online, normally it's the other way round. Seeing as I have bought a couple of bottles, has anybody got any suggestions for cocktails, etc. I was originally thinking of something home-like as I thought it would taste of almonds but reading some of the comments I get the feeling my guess was wrong.

£16 in Derby Asda. It's so thin though. Normal Bailey's and their other flavours are nice and thick so lasts longer. Could pretty much down this like a juice... if I had time to have stomach pumped. Good for this price tho.

Thought it was fine although the first bottle I got in the US seemed better. £16 in my local Asda today.

@LeahsMintytoutou sorry Leah didn't know you had replied. All the trimmings packs (pastrami, lunch tongue, ham, beef) were 200g, now 180g but same price. Or 10% more expensive depending which way you look at it (annoyed) Must think we are stupid... Would like to buy the manager a pair of gloves with 3 fingers on each hand and see how s/he likes that.

Haha a sausageophile XD it doesn't surprise me them cutting their pack sizes down. Seems like everywhere is doing it lately. I noticed yesterday mr Kipling cakes are now sold in 8packs instead of 9 n the price has gone up! #scandalous! What meat is it your talking about? (y)

There's always one! Got 2 more packs of these today for my Mum as she's a sausageophile (y) But... noticed that Heron have cut their cooked meat packs from 200g to 180g but kept the price the same (mad)

Nope. They are pork Sausages (shock)

Suitable for us vegetarians? :/

Someone who is out and doesn't have much money? You can get a savoury pastry and a cup of hot soup for £2.25 or a sweet and a hot drink for £2.25. They also do a very nice tuna sandwich

People complain constantly! I have a greggs account as i get free shit ... free is free :)

:/ I do want to buy one. But i don't know about the taste.

The same type of gerbil who has a Facebook account, and is happy for all their personal data to be sold to anyone in exchange for a free vegetable bake now and again. Simples really ;)

They are made with dates. Lots of sugar in dates.

Personally this was my favourite out of the range. Didnt taste over sweet and fills you up

Very tasty and moreish so not great for the diet....... won't be buying them again for that reason. If they're in the house, it's hard to say no!!

These were so gross lol, gave them to the birds.

Soooo much sugar!
