Not normally a fan of this style of beer but might be by the 48 can

Not for me, but if you like Goose Island beers it’s a good price.

Great beer and at 90p a can with new customer sign up it’s an absolute bargain. Assume most folks got the MSE email though.

ABInbev crap.

Tiny tins, may as well get proper ale bottles from a supermarket.

Seems alright, I pretty sure this is about the same price as a pint these days

And then there's the Welsh vodka which is amazing ;)

Well it took a very long time for the Russians to perfect vodka, if memory serves me right they didn’t get the distillation process right which caused a crap load of deaths. Anyway grey goose is lethal its like drinking water. Good price OP

Saw this there a few weeks ago. Good price if you’re after some.

All deals should have 3 heat settings now just so we know why people are voting, they should be something like this Hot= because it’s the best price Hot = I hate it it’s over priced but yet it’s still the best price it’s been Hot = because my friends neighbours daughters boyfriends uncle said his cousins brothers auntie has one and thinks it’s good Then we should have cold too Cold = it’s cheaper elsewhere Cold = because I don’t like you and I don’t like the product Cold = because I’m an Apple hater Then they could add another search filter in for the genuine bargain hunters Everyone would be happy

I like how a Polish man is a subject matter expert.

Grey Goose Vodka 70cl £23.65 instore at Tesco Express
LocalLocalFound 20th SepFound 20th Sep
Seems the tesco express stores have got grey goose for £23.65 had a friend buy some in Southall and I just got a mate to pick me up a couple in Leeds..

£37 in London stores still

Agree and always does well in blind tests whereas grey goose doesn't. Stoli is a quality vodka for a reasonable price. Green mark is also underrated and is often on offer in Sainsbury's.

Yes, that's a great vodka - definitely in my top 3 with Snow Leopard and Chase And often on deal at £25 on Amazon

Very nice vodka.

What is the TOG rating

Obligatary vid here

This is not even remotely a goose down duvet. It's a goose feather duvet with a small quantity of down - the two things are worlds apart in quality, price and how they feel.

Looks like 85% feather 15% down so will be heavier than a down but still a good price especially if national

Not sure why this is going cold. This is a very low price for a premium product - anyone find one for cheaper with this spec please?

Do the Geese deliver it themselves?could get 3 quilts for that price

my feeling also.just not cheap enough for hukd.that is my feeling (horror)

RIght now I am buying a pillow with goose down filling. I saw quite a few coments about a goose down that it can have a horrible smell. I do not know for this deal what quality it is but be careful before you buy a goose down pillow or duvet etc.

I'll add myself to the 13% giving it 1 or 2 stars on Amazon. I had one for a few weeks. It smelled horrible, like wet dog, despite being hung outside for a day. The real clincher was we woke up covered in feathers and got stabbed by them through the duvet cover every night. Each will make their own choice just adding my personal experience in case someone finds it helpful.

Very good points there.thanks for the information (highfive)

My only issue with downs is whether it has a strong odour or not. Bought a super snug hungarian goose down duvet a while ago but just couldnt get used to the smell In the end, had to get rid for that very reason.

Nogaf about your Tesco though. This was at Newport Tesco.

I lived in Newport for a year. It definitely had its "rough spots" but every city has.

Agreed. Each to their own

Ah I like it and think it taste better than some other Vodkas but down to preference I guess.

An OK price imo grey goose is all hype for an average vodka. Sub £10 and I'd think about adding heat

For Grey Goose Vodka, £12 is a really good deal for 5 mini bottles in my opinion.

Hungarian Goose down duvets - From £70 @ The Duvet Store

80% Hungarian goose down duvets, multiple sizes and togs. All half price this month

Mine was just delivered and the quality is second to none so I couldn’t not share!

Hungarian goose pillows and duvets actually one of the best if not the one.. It is quiet common business in Eastern Hungary.

They put some poison down - the ones that eat it (i.e. are Hungary) dies and they pluck them. Simples

How do they know they're Hungarian Geese? Do they honk with an accent? :/

Not a good day to be a Hungarian goose

Goose Island Honkers Ale (US import) 12 for £6.99 In-store @ Home Bargains
Refreshed 26th AugRefreshed 26th AugLocalLocal
Loads left on shelf in Reading Home Bargains. 355ml bottles

This is still available in Home Bargains on Teesside (eg Thornaby) and I suspect elsewhere. Must be the best quality beer deal around.

I this country ...

I'm pretty sure this is on clearance because they are going to start brewing it under license in Europe. Other Goose beers have changed to 330ml cans brewed under license, which is a huge shame as beers never benefit from this :( Enjoy it while you can! For reference, Samuel Adams Boston Lager is now brewed in under license and is garbage!

Thanks op, Just got a case from my local, not tried before, nice taste, will sample a few before i travel to florida next month and see if the draft is any different :)

Just got 3 cases. Only ever had it on tap before, and it's easily one of my favourites. All the goose island brews are good, but this is (at least on tap) a superb beer

Samsung HW-K335 Soundbar with wired Sub Woofer £75 instore @ Tesco
LocalLocalFound 21st JulFound 21st Jul
picked this up instore for £75.00 selling in argos for £140!! might be worth a wee nosey in your local tesco

yip it is a wild goose chase and did not specify the shop where i bought it as they only had one. But someone else might get lucky

You must be new here. This WILL be a wild goose chase and more than likely store specific, shifting stock. Not sure why the person you quote needs to get over themselves, but I can speak from experience that these items are rarely in any Tesco store aside from the one the OP has gone into (which they haven't specified!). That being said - I own this soundbar, after managing to find one in my local Sainsbury's a couple of years back for around the same price. Everyone pretty much watches TV's, streams or game in their own rooms here, so I set it up in the living room for the odd film here and there and it's actually really good. The bass doesn't sound as punchy as the K450 I recently purchased - even when cranked up a bit - but unless you want to spend a good few hundred pounds on a surround sound system, I'd highly recommend it. That's if you can find one in your local... next to those wild geese.

Get over yourself it's a great offer if you find one at that price.

Usual wild goose chase

me too!!! can a mod fix it please

Thanks OP. Took my son to watch Peter rabbit this morning. Only cost £1 each!

Good deal, I think it’s only 2 films available each weekend though. Just a heads up. Oh and it’s 0.70p PP when booking online for those who are wondering. I don’t think any of these are recent releases but for £1.50 heat is defo added (y)

No. Of course it's nothing like the original books. That wouldn't really appeal to kids in 2018 i.e if they made a direct adaptation. What they did though was make a good kids / family film.

Not Peter Rabbit! It's a disgrace to the original Author!

Some great films there. Thanks for posting :)

Grey Goose vodka 70cl x 2 (£18.50 each) @ Amazon (Prime Day Deal)

Excellent deal on vodka that is normally £40 per bottle.... 2 for £37 making it £18.50 each. Use STUDENT15 to get this price.

Thanks worked for me, and this is my favourite.

Defo works if you have Student Amazon.

You read my posts in the wrong way... Read them in a more positive way... If someone asks a question on how to get the deal I explain... If someone asks why the deal is cold I explain in my opinion why.... My comment to you was that I am glad that 2 (now 3) people have benefited from my post... All positive and in my opinion not defensive. Here to help (even on cold posts).

You seem defensive. Just post the deal and let the public decide.
