Oh I only buy the caffeinated ones as the none-caffeinated don’t seem to work as good or quick. Don’t like running with a hydration pack as it just extra weight and I’m slow enough as it is (lol)
Hydration pack.. I'l avoid because they're caffeinated. I'm ok with the normal ones (always have at least a few), but if I'm knackered, these just make me feel worse!
I agree for the most part, but these are easier to take on during a race
IKR! or just bake your own bar with peanut butter, raisins, milk and oats
Hard to carry a few cups of water and a bunch of bananas when running long distances (lol)
