Useless website, won't accept any codes not even student discount for this watch.... Price should state £340 cause not everyone will get the discount and you were just lucky.
Sounds good, heat added. Out of interest where was the store?
Bang per buck, this is hands down the bees knees of running watches.
"robust, altimeter/barometer" - I've got the Fenix 3 non-HR. Altimeter has broken, conveniently packed up 12 months and 2 weeks after I bought it. Garmin charge £130 to replace it with a refurbished watch with a 90 day warranty, and their customer support is absolutely shocking (30-40 minute wait on phone calls, e-mails replied to 3 days later with generic script answers etc.) It was a great watch before that, but just a heads up.

You can get 100% mortgages now again
You can't change it unless you want to pay some fees (1-2% of the mortgage in the last year). If you remortgage then the new mortgage provider will pay off your current mortgage when the fixed therm will finish. You can sort it out normally within 3 months before the end of your fixed period as most banks gives 3 moths validity for thier remortgages offers but you can find some places where that offer is valid for 6 months so you could start dealing with it 6 months before your fixed runs out.

Had a poor experience with these jokers over extra charges in a US car hire booking. my mistake was being foolish enough to think that they would be of help to you in the event of any difficulty. they basically refused to help - after some very little enquiries saying that 'the problem was between me and the car hire firm' . I'm pretty sure that consumer law says that when making a purchase through a vendor you are entering into a contract with them? I know that the booking concerned a US hire, but I still paid 'Holiday Autos' and they have been very poor. Just thought I'd echo the comments above about checking very carefully who the actual provider is when you book.

Yes you're right, misread the OP. That argument was flawed on my part.I …Yes you're right, misread the OP. That argument was flawed on my part.I completely agree. I've looked at a couple of these lease deals, and when I compared the cost of buying the car with the best discount I could find from brokers, and looked at the GFV from PCP deals and assumed bottom trade in value in 24months, the lease still came out considerably cheaper. So yes, for the purpose of the site I completely agree, this deal is hot as it gives one of the cheapest ways to drive this brand new car for 8,000 miles over 24months.My responses were certainly off piste, and not really related to the deal, but a direct response to the comment I replied too. Appreciate that it's OT so deserving of your remarks...!At the same time, I still think there is scope for discussing the financial arguments about leasing as a whole, and whether a slightly used version of the same car can offer substantial savings. I appreciate your comment fully. If we did this on every iPhone and TV deal it would never end....! But, I think cars are a little different. You are not paying to own it for starters. You do not get heavy restrictions on how you use the TV or iPhone secondly, and thirdly, a slightly used version with a 2yr warranty is so so similar to a brand new one (lease cars tend to have a bit of mileage and other registered owners) that I think it's not altogether unfair to draw this direct comparison? I guess the question is, what are you getting extra for your money by buying 'brand new' vs buying slightly used, which I guess is part of the whole 'good deal' thing? Perhaps this isn't the place for this discussion though..!

"lease cars tend to have a bit of mileage and other registered owners"

I have never leased but my understanding is that the lease company is the only registered owner and the only mileage is delivery, particularly those cars that are not in stock at time of order, so as new as any other?
Yawn
There are pros and cons for both purchase and leasing. I looked at this recently after my son leased a 1.0 ST Fiesta, same engine as this. It goes very well. However the Focus is a bit heavier and not sure if I would buy one. However Nissan are putting a 1.2 litre in their Qashqai and look at the size of one of theirs. Small turbo engines make these fly but only time will tell how reliable they are.

My wife changed her car in August and we looked at the lease deal as it meant we could have a new car instead of one up to two years old. We were looking at a 66 plate Vauxhall Mokka to buy and compared it to a two year lease but in the end we decided the best deal for us was to buy it outright and not lease. My wife does about 5k a year and at the time the Mokka was about £200 per month and I think about £1200 up front on a lease deal. We decided that as we are both older it would be best to buy. If either one of us lost our jobs at least we cold get rid of the car compared to having a lease stuck round our necks. Remember that it is harder to get jobs sometimes when you are older. Also your guarantee of health is less too and as we found out recently, only 2 months after buying the car my wife is going to have to give up work due to ill health. She may never drive again so imagine the predicament with a lease deal. As we bought the car cash we can easily sell it if we decide. We discussed lease deals with three different sales guys and when we mentioned the subject of being older and approaching retirement years they all agreed that purchase was the best option. From a depreciation point of view at least with a lease deal you have fixed costs for the next 24/36 months but with purchase it can be a bit of a minefield. We lost £3100 on our 12 plate Fiesta purchased in 2014, part exchanged exactly 3 years later so I don't think that's bad all. We know we will lose more on the Mokka in the same timeframe as it's newer and cost quite a bit more to buy than the Fiesta.

P6 1100mv

Fan target 3600rpm

All else as is

This gets me 1690mhz at 74 deg. under load

In games the fan only ramps up in demanding parts but is not overbearing .

Obviously not all will do this settings some may do better .

A good starting point is setting hbm at 1000mv and 900 core and work up until you get artifacts or crashes in firestrike

On core just knock 50 mv off both p states each run until unstable . Slide power target to full . Then just add .5% core each run again until unstable . Set aside a couple of hours to lock it in but it's well worth it . Faster boost clock than standard Vega 64 and much faster hbm
