I bought something similar for emptying our layzspa. Voted hor
All Hozelock Discounts, Offers and Sale - December 2018
Just ordered one to replace an old Lidl one which has eventually packed in. Good price and worth a try.
A turbo nozzle would be helpful to speed the jobs up. Possibly - good thinking, appreciate the suggestion. On the off chance, just spoke to Hozelock and the item is called an accessory holder and, currently, they do not offer it as a spare part so can't be purchased separately. However, the nice lady was able to sell me one for £6.99 (ouch!). She said that they have so many requests for it, that they will be offering it as a spare part from next year via their new website.
Would something like this work twowests.co.uk/double-tube-clip
I have a similar Hozelock cart/hose which has served me well for many years. However, I could really do with the 'clip' used to hold the nozzle - can't seem to find this anywhere to buy separately, not even Hozelocks website!
I've got this. The hose could be a bit better. It will tange, not too much, but it will ;) The cart is great. If you need 50m hose, at this price is well worth. Not sure why so cold.
I know what you mean however it has 57% stars and 20% 4 stars by the look of it.
Anyone see the 40m version at a decent price?
Bought! Thanks op
Showing as cheapest it’s ever been on 3x Camel so hot for me
Was,150quid .really .hands up all those who bought at 150!
Already have an Amazon credit card, but great deal for £31 if you dont
Anyone else had problems with the threaded connector on their machine? I bought one, the thread was poorly machined so it butchered the mating thread on the plastic filter. Took it back for replacement and despite being extra careful assembling the new one, it seems to be doing the same, was very difficult to disassemble after using it, as the thread is getting damaged. Disappointing! Going to use ptfe tape next time I assemble but not convinced it'll last.
I think I shall hold for now, as from the above post, the patio cleaner is no good. Also I want the 2 years warranty from when I use it, not to waste a year doing nothing. I read that a lot of machine breaks as people maybe not emptied the water and store away in winter.
Pay a little extract and get a karcher.
W Whats the actual jet washer like? I didnt give much hope for the patio cleaner
Makes you wonder why it’s at £60...must have been around for a while!
Whoever has paid £8 for this needs their head testing. Heat added.
Was there many left
Reminds me - I got one in Wilko a few years back #neverused ....
Great find, heat added for the price.
Got another one as previous old one4 years old leaking
Ordered as the plastic one we have is naff and needs replacing! Hopefully this will restore my faith in Hozelock......
I have this gun, it's OK. I'm not sure about the flow rate though, even on max it's not as powerful as I would expect (and I have good water pressure where I live). Not sure if it's the gun or the Hozelock metal stop valve I have plugged into it. Might try a cheaper option to see how it compares!
Garbage. Get the plastic version, which is also garbage and cracks in freezing weather. Though the way around that is to turn off the hose tap and spray the gun until water stops, no problem then.
will be to thin for You im sure (y)
I thought because it was plastic it would be rubbish, but it turned out that the Hozelock is quality stuff,
6 in stock at west drayton
One left in widnes branch
Buy another and then take it back using the original receipt. Problem solved! ;)
This was a wild goose chase for me. :(
Grrrr.... bought this for £35 a few weeks ago. Nice and compact only negative is the hose reel doesn’t rotate when pulling hose around garden.
I bought this reel in last year's wilco clearance for £15 so it may drop further. Good reel for £15 but not their best hose and you have to move the hose from side to side when rewinding.
£30 In the Southport store.
Hot Deal great find :D
They also had the 30m for £15 reduced from £25 in my local store if you are a dirtbag and need extra length.
I got the last one :)
That's a brilliant photo of an empty shelve,I am giving you some heat and nominating you for the photography of the year award.
Can this be mounted on wall ?
If this link works, then it might be helpful? Link
Ok. The grey green one is the basic range. I have one for over a year and it has been fine. A bit softer and possibly easier to block if someone steps on it. 12 year warranty. Then they have a black orange comfort flex. Feels better built. Wall is a bit more rigid. Still flexible. 20 yr warranty. Higher burst pressure than classic. Now they have a super flex version. I havent used it myself. But 30 yr warranty and very high burst pressure ratings.
Just about the quality of the hoses. They come in different colours
Are you asking about the hose reels or the carts?
Major bags are somewhere between 20Kg and 25Kg, they definitely vary a bit in weight.
Roughly 25kg they told me.
Not very big. Better off going to b and m and getting 3 for £10
Great offer ... Heat added (highfive) ... I get another 20% to as my dad works for them to
how big is a major bag ?
Brought one it was rubbish! Took it back within 1 hour because it broke.
Just in time for the hose pipe ban (lol)
100% :) I was a bit disappointed that ECP doesn't have the patio cleaner but then worst case scenario i choose to buy it, it would have been 64 which at the end of the day HAPPENED using amazon :D and the best thing is, amazon has great Customer service, just in case :) And a free valet kit, what awesome luck, all good in the end
In your favour anyway, I think it worth the price difference considering this has all the accessories.
Yeah I GOT IT :D after ECP (EuroCarParts) cancelled my order
If not too late, Nilfisk whole kit is on sale at Amazon, very good price.
tbf all reviews on argos are 4 stars or up so It genuinely looks decent. and for a rated bar of 94 it is higher than a nilfisk c 110 (which is 80). So I mean looks quite promising. But I understand where you're coming from :)
Thank you for sharing. This is great. There was no availability near me but noticed that amazon were selling at £29 so purchased one from there.
Not suitable for use with a pressure washer.
If you live in an area with very high water pressure be careful of these, they can fail around the connection points. Used these for years, moved from high ground to low ground and it just wasn't up to the job (we have pressure reduction valves in our current house). Good for most though, good find.
You need a reasonable pressure and flow for these to be really useful. System pressure makes it expand until you open your nozzle, pressure drops and it wants to recoil. I would look for a pressure recommendation from the manufacturer and compare with your available pressure before leaping in.
Great hose. Bargain price! Highly recommend :)
Yet you're still posting on here
I'm afraid these are often on offer at a lower price -and are good quality . However if you are idle like me you leave them out in the sun after using and the O rings perish and need replacing . If I were not in dispute with HUKD I would post an excellent deal for the Hozelock accessory kit (containing O rings and tap washers ) - just bought them myself - but hey ho not going to happen until HUKD change their attitude :( and I feel like posting deals again .
Just put your finger over the end of the hose save £24 old school
Calm down Zico (devil)
The £19 one above isn't this model. This model isn't available via Wicks.
