Yep, you can subscribe for a single month and cancel immediately if you wish (through their website, very easily) - you'll still receive the complete bundle once it's all revealed. If you don't cancel, you'll have until one week before the full reveal of the next month's bundle until you're next charged. So long as it's before the full bundle is revealed, no time is better than any other to subscribe for a given month, though for longer subscriptions there are ocassional promotions.

ukez

How does this work this monthly thing? I always buy other deals but always click past the monthly stuff. Can you just do one months worth and cancel, If so is their a particular best time to do it?

Just Cause 3 is a really good game, highly enjoyable, I preoredered it at £20 and I thought it was very enjoyable, well worth the money, played 177 hours.

lomax

According to isthereanydeal Project Cars 2 has not been below £11.41 before which would make this the cheapest it's been but you get a few free games as well. That yearly deal costs a lot more and and could include 11 months of games you don't care about :p.

leanback

Seems to be a pattern of free trials and discounts followed by going on Game Pass.

momouk78

Why?

leanback

This is SURELY going to be on Gamepass very soon.

momouk78

Right. I just play the story missions because I can't get too excited with the crazy experimentation, even though that's probably the main appeal of the series. I hope that the story mode in Just Cause 4 will be a lot more fleshed out. The trailers look promising, even though it's weird that the game is coming out soon and they haven't shown an awful lot.

HUKDude

And it's fun to see how high you can get on the grapple+chute combo and maybe d1ck about with the grapple and a couple of cars and wind turbine.

I have on ps4, there is some lag but the main fault is game play. Have tried a few times to got into it but it's just so repetitive. The story doesn't do much for it either. Maybe worth a fiver but I bought at full price when it first came out.

PLEYOR

I think he is referring to the X though.

Lags on xbox s when you've stirred up alot of trouble but still enjoyable

GameTripper

Even when I played this on a standard Xbox One, it was loads of fun. At the time, people went on about framerates as if it was constantly running at 5fps. It's great!

aseddon130

Alright mate wind your neck in it’s not the end of the world, usually a good title is all you need. If it was me I’d have put the Turkish price in as opposed to the uk price which is nearly 2.5x more expensive! Each to their own I suppose, but you don’t need to get snarky just because someone didn’t read your post

NickBoyland

Because not everyone who has Gold has access to that price - stop making excuses for your inability to read a whole post! (lol)

I'd go with setting aside 54gb of storage for JC3 over the unknown amount required for JC2 ;)

PC requirements might be one of the reasons some of us might want the older game, it is all about choice: JC3 RECOMMENDED: OS: Vista SP2 / Windows 7.1 SP1 / Windows 8.1 (64-bit Operating System Required)Processor: Intel Core i7-3770, 3.4 GHz / AMD FX-8350, 4.0 GHzMemory: 8 GB RAMGraphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780 (3GB) / AMD R9 290 (4GB)Storage: 54 GB available spaceVS JC2 RECOMMENDED: OS: Microsoft Windows Vista SP1 or Windows 7Processor: Intel Core® 2 Duo 2.6 GHz or AMD Phenom X3 2.4GHz or equivalenMemory: 3GB system MemoryHard Drive: Graphics: DX10 compatible graphics card with 512 MB of memory (Nvidia GeForce GTS 250 series/ ATI Radeon HD 5750 series) Sound: 100% DirectX 10 compatible Dolby Digital 5.1 sound cardDirectX®: Microsoft DirectX 10.1

Only good thing about this game r the graphics.

The frame rates really didn’t put me off when I played this on my OG Xbox One. The game is just about having fun, so I never found a few frames dropped as particularly stressful. The One X did feel buttery smooth in comparison though.

Ive been so tempted by this game its just the frame rate issue that puts me off, i was gutted that i missed it in the sale but have seen it at this price before. i have an external hdd on my xbox one can anyone confirm if this helps as usually it just helps loading times. Cheers

I had a game on Atari called Ninja Commando that genuinely used to take 6 hours to load on the tape deck. The agony after going in after 4 hours only to see it had frozen was indescribable! I always base load times on this and funnily enough I’m never disappointed!

The.Crew.Designs

Great game and there is a new one coming out in December - cant wait

jmn16091990

I love this game, not had any frame rate issues and it’s great fun. I can understand people getting bored of it though, just like any game. It’s mostly blowing stuff up. As for someone saying the game has no navigation, that’s incorrect. It has a map and the map has icons with main mission, side missions and challenges, and you can set one as your gps target. N.B. I downloaded this with ps plus a few months ago which made buying it so much more difficult. The option to buy isn’t there so I had to contact Sony to remove it from my ps plus library so that I can buy it! Took a few days to sort! Thanks for posting :)

notoriouschucky

This game is brilliant, just completed it myself and waiting for a deal on the Air, Land & Sea pass because I refuse to pay the ridiculous £11.99 for it

Karmazyn83

I have stopped playing it due to performance but than I upgraded PC forgot about the game until yesterday I got season pass for 4 pounds and decided to give it a shoot again. It runs around 100 fps now at 3440 x 1440 resolution and game supports Ultra Wide format too. Explosions and colour pallet is sublime IPS panel brings world around me to life. Yeah I will stick with it now. Game due to its arcade shooting and mindless fast paced action is ideal for quick gaminf sessions. Not sure how it runs on consoles but my guess would be that ps4 pro could handle it really well.

The Telltale games (ie Back to The Future) are usually a decent bet. I don’t personally buy games solely for trophies if I’m honest, but I’ve got a platinum for every Telltale season I’ve played..

Any quick platinum trophies ?

Yeah same here, got dozens still unplayed but from all the sales I find the Flash Sales harder to resist and best value on the whole. I’m yet to finalise purchase (got so many games can’t remember if I’ve already purchased Resi 0, need to check when I get home) but I’m looking at 5 or 6 games for £20 from Canadian store, that value is hard to beat.

Even the newer consoles can't completely fix the scrappy frame rate of this game.

I was playing it in my X just a few weeks ago and I don’t recall any hiccups. The £3 expansion is well worth it IMO. The new powered wingsuit is pretty amazing.

I went for the regular edition for £5. Doubt I'll even finish it, so the DLC won't be of much use, and will no doubt be reduced again anyway.

Not really I'd say, the way the game works is that as you level up from one to 50 you unlock titans and equipment choices then when you 'prestige' or regen, you reset your level to one and then everything is locked again. You can choose to buy items with credits so that there are available at any level, you earn a reasonable amount of credits as you progress. With the Ultimate edition you skip all that as it's all unlocked and you get some bonus cosmetic items such as a couple of Prime Titans (they are functionally identical but have a different design and different AI voice). I didn't mind having to unlock items as when you start there's a large choice of titans and weapons so I started with the 'default' titans and weapons then as I progressed tried out different ones and unlocked the ones I liked as I went along. It's not a restrictive system so you don't need to do a lot of grinding to get the items you want and can unlock them at a reasonable rate.

Titanfall 2 has an excellent single player campaign. Well worth a fiver. I might buy it again so I don't have to mess about with Origin (annoyed)

They might as well give away tf2 instead of charging a few quid for it. I bought it day one and it sucked. Sold it after two days. Whereas tf1 is the game that just keeps on giving and probably has more players online. I laugh at the game makers for the stupid and frankly ignorant changes they made for tf2. Literally took everything good about tf1 and threw those things in the bin. Then they added stupid stuff nobody asked for.
