I agree, and I'm a big Toms fan, especially the Alpargata style. I'm a size 7 everywhere, but Toms' sizing is erratic. Can't even get my feet into most Toms Classics. I ordered a size 7 pair of Alpargatas in blue - too big. Sent them back. Reordered the same style in pink. Too small. Sent those back. Reordered in denim, and they were too wide. Finally, tried a pair of suede ones in the same style - perfect fit. Had to chase up customer service every time for my refund. I have admitted defeat with their online store. Toms are one of the few things I have to buy in store. Heat added nonetheless - they are not cheap shoes, so any discount is good if you're a Toms fan.

sizes are so weird, I got a pair of rockports in 8.5 a few months ago and they were huge so got a 7.5 and they were perfect, I sometimes fit into 9 but only occasionally, still the toms I got are lovely and are only slightly small

Got mine today. I’m size 10 normally and the toms (size 10) fit fine with no socks.

My size men 8's arrived today and are very snug, should of got an 8.5/9 really

You might well be right there, it said their sizes are true to size when I last ordered a pair, despite that I ordered half a size bigger and I'm finding it pretty tight, I put it down to summer and swelling in feet but really would suggest going up atleast 1 shoe size, nothing worse than having squashed feet!

Well what do Crocs mean for me ,could not give a shix what anyone else thinks about them ,they are the best things to use if you love your feet ,especially when you are on your feet all day .massive heel and toe support .I,m a chef and my feet are damaged by other useless shoes ,but I have 4 different clogs and wow amazing ,seems a lot of people hate them but when the pain sets in ,do not wear them .looks like speedos are even more hated ,from what i can see on the beach Bikinis should be banned ,Cellulite madness on show ,only the few can wear them ! (cheeky)

If your clogs are too small, Crocs recommend you heat them gently (in a tumble dryer, basin of hot water, etc) then place them on your feet and walk around. If they're made from Crosslite they'll mould nicely to your feet. If they're imitation Crocs, you're screwed!

Left a pair of these in the conservatory and they shrunk by at least 2/3 sizes. Couldn't get them on anymore! Previous to that very comfortable for the garden.
