Was put on here Nov 2017 but was £14.99 then, seems to be order in for next day collection.
Bought similar one from Lidl £20 in chrome, very good quality .
If black colour is compatible with your kitchen then £12 is a bargain
Good find

Yes and yes. Budget about £30 a year in standby electricity, plus about £50 a year in filters.

Whole of my kitchen cost only that much..
This is indeed a good price. Looks to include the 'old' model insinkerator boiler, but that shouldn't put you off buying one.

With a 2 lever you can control the heat of the water as you can have the hot on and a little cold as well . You can’t on a one lever , just hot or cold .

Not true, and if it was it would be a stupid design.
Monobloc taps like this design can still control the heat, they mix the hot and cold water so you can have cold , tepid , warm and full hot and everything in between.

I have a double lever with low pressure would this be suitable for my home
£49.99 Now
Its back to £50
Collected and fitted mine today.

Some of the comments on here are correct.

It is a pain to fit and will be a pain to disassemble when the time comes.

Can't see it lasting very long. The flexible hose connecting the shower head to the tap base feels cheap.

Overall I'd say if you're on a budget and have a couple of hours to spare go for it.

If you can afford a bit more i would definitely buy something different.

We had this design of tap purchased from Lidl.

The metal split and broke of at the bottom of the tube where the spray head pushes in, it was my brother's fault though, because he wouldn't support the spout when he pressed the black spray/jet button, and the body of the tap appeared to be made of 100% zinc rather than brass, judging by the silver colour of the metal where it broke off..

Other issues we had was black mould were water was getting under the black plastic button cover.

The tap was a bit low to fill a jug kettle, and the flowrate was poor.

After a couple of years the wire braiding protecting the various flexi-pipes frayed injuring hands if touched while reaching under the sink.

We also had issues with the flexi-pipes that connect the spout loosening themselves when the spout was swung, after a few weeks of use - I'd recommend using a sealant to stop them undoing and leaking.

The other issue I had was with fitting/removing ours because there are four tubes feeding into the base and there wasn't any space between the feed tails and the nuts that clamp the tap to the sink for the thickness of a box spanner, so I had to use open ended spanners in very confined access as the sink was already fitted, making the Lidl one a right royal pain to fit. Hopefully the screwfix one is better quality and has a bit more space.

I learn't my lesson and replaced mine with a much more expensive bristain tap

A review says it took a plumber 2 1/2 hrs to fit?'Pull out taps must not be directly connected to drinking water supplies without appropriate backflow protection. any advice on the backflow protection?
also water fitting regulations apply in England aswell? what's the best way to move forward in this matter?
I know the post is probably dead now but regarding the postage, I just called b&q customer service and had it rescheduled to this Saturday at no extra cost. The guy thought it was weird that April was the earliest available date at the time of ordering...
Thank you to the op for posting this! My tap arrived today in time for new kitchen to be fitted.

Is it just some random rule someone came up to make these taps hard to fit without buying loads of stuff you dont need. If you dont fit a non return valve, whats the worse that could happen with a combi boiler?

Great price for this item. Have wanted one for a while. Having near boiling water on tap for hot drinks, pasta, potatoes, rice, etc. is an enticing prospect. For those moaning about the profligacy of having hot water on standby, keep in mind that if it's properly insulated, this could work out as actually *more* efficient than boiling the kettle time and again (which, folks, is incredibly inefficient and expensive in an environmental sense too). I'm going to go out on a limb and suggest that If you have a family and cook a lot, I think this could pay for itself with regular use. It might take a few years to recoup the cost of the tap in energy savings, but the other benefits I've mentioned might be enough to swing it.

For Grohe and Hansgrohe taps I would look on the european Amazon stores as they are almost always cheaper than in the UK.

This tap would work out at around £125 on Amazon Italy if you have one of those cards like halifax clarity, or £130 if using Amazon's rate. Then again 10% cashback from Argos would make the OP deal cheaper.

The square/U shaped one however is £125 if using a card like halifax clarity or £130 using amazons rate from Amazon Germany. amazon.de/dp/…TD6

We have a Grohe pull out tap very similar to this and the quality is awesome. Although it's quite hefty so if on a metal sink, you need to secure it underneath otherwise it wobbles.

Shame it's from Argos though.

Im looking for a pull out kitchen tap - but one that does not restrict the the flow. Can anyone recommend anything (price is not so important)

Thanks
Great price. We have this tap (paid £93) and Happy with it. This does not have a pull out spout. The tap tails are 12mm so you will need a 15 to 12mm coupler. Flow is more than adequate with average pressure water and combi boiler.
reviews are mixed with complaints of pull out hose failing early and also reduction in flow due to small bore, so if you don't have rapid hot flow water, then your in trouble.
