Got back to me asking if I want another pair sending or a full refund..I chose a refund, they refunded me next day, plus I can use the faulty ones has per my post has I want them for aux connection anyway...result (y)

Just received this morning, box damaged and sealed with parcel tape, you can hear the speaker separated and rattling inside the cup. Absolute shambles, looks like a return place selling products as grade A. Contacted support will update their response

LaughingJoke

not the best quality but they're much better than expected for <£7! Shame about micro usb opposed to usb c but I guess that keeps cost low XD

marc_handley

Received them today & Bluetooth doesn't work on mine... luckily enough I only want them for aux on a pc I have so unsure about contacting them re return, then again Bluetooth might come in handy in the future, anyone had returned anything to these people,or is it more hassle than it's worth.

Yep really good quality for £10 Ive seen headphones for £80 that are worse build.

WhyteRhyno

Just taken delivery of these, and for a tenner they are good quality. Whoever said they were plastic were wrong, the extendable banding and stress points are all metal and certainly thicker than 1mm. Came with USB + jack. For £10 I think that is a result.

psmith1958

They listened and have now priced accordingly for you

Bought one and thanks for your reply.

BeefyMcWhatNow

I have 2 of the model above this, the one that transmits or receives, one is flawless but the other is buggy as anything, I have to keep deleting the pairing and redoing it, this at under £6 is a bargain though, worth a try anyway

BKji

Anyone used it because the one I have with another brand is really hard to connect.
