Any examples of good deals to turkey I’m looking for one

I’m going to be honest I feel safer in marmaris than I do if I was to go to London! They’re so tight on security in the airport and marmaris is ughh amazing

So many good Turkey deals right now.... Still not sure I'd wanna go.... I know no-where is safe but is it really safe enough to go here yet? I dunno

Not too impressed on the prices. Don't see much of a deal here sorry!

Comparing like for like for these properties against Airbnb, these are great deals!

hotukdeals now doing paid advertising - absolutely blatant

Why's this made it into the WhatsApp deals when it's old and people have pointed out that it's not that good a deal? Yes I know why it was a rhetorical question ;)

Cornwall one looks like a shed..

Last minute Xmas Trees down to £2 at Wickes
LocalLocalFound 22nd Dec 2017Found 22nd Dec 2017
Just picked up a great tree for £2 at Wickes Reddish. Certainly a local deal, but worth a drive-by if you're a last minute man like me

Are you expecting it to grow, or are skeleton trees next years' fashion

Next years tree sorted. I’ll stick it up in the loft. Thanks op

Just done the same thing at B&Q £3 for there ones! Know what I'll be doing next year. Have some heat

Code not working

Seriously, don't buy anything from this lot. Late delivery, wrong items sent, difficult returns process. The worst customer service I've ever experienced in online shopping.

Oh bugger. Forgot the damn code

(lol) (lol) (lol)

Great mug, I often think this when I see some of the posts on here.

Last Minute Real Xmas Tree at Wickes for £9.99
Found 19th Dec 2017Found 19th Dec 2017
6 days later this year but reduced to £9.99 - good sized tree for the price.

Ours still in the car. Probably moves to the garage tomorrow and might be to the stand on Thursday and my son can decorate it on Friday. :) and most likely my 11 months old will pull it down on Saturday :D

You're right. I left it too late about 2 years ago. I held out to see if the prices would drop considerably and when I did go to get a tree I couldn't find one anywhere, so we had to put the artificial tree back up. My tree is now in the stand and watered, but not decorated yet - I'll let my son do that tomorrow.

That is what we got a medium Nordman. Still should be nice. We wanted a new stand as well but they were also OOS. I remember years ago they had plenty left on the 24th for 1p. I would only put my tree up on the 24th anyway so that was great for us. Now with my son wanting it early he gets a few extra days. :) Also cant risk to go on the 24th as they have less stock now.

Great deal op.

I was in my local B&Q in Exeter about 2 hours ago and they were certainly not selling the 6ft trees at that price. The cheapest tree was the small Nordman Fir (£8) and they had sold out. I picked up a medium-sized Nordman Fir for £10 which had been reduced from £29 (only two left at the time). However, when I asked if I could have the tree netted, I was told that they had no netting left and that it had been used up earlier in the day. Because I have a relatively large car I was able to put the back seats down and get the tree in. A customer in front of me had picked up one that must have been over 7ft tall and said he did not want it when they told him there was no netting left. This was a B&Q Superstore so I was surprised that they did not have any more netting left considering how many trees were still available.

Are you saying it's great because you can escape the wedding and escape to another country for awhile

Ace of Spades7 - youre so full of yourself - you don't have to be right, dictators believe they are right and everyone else is wrong .. other peoples opinions & views have as much validity as yours - Before you criticise other peoples/countries about rubbish, look at the fly tippers in your own home town - look to the single use plastic you so readily use and dispose of, only for it to wash up in another country around a coastline (sound familiar does it?) or in the digestive system of another animal - As to Santa Maria after dark - 5 nights out of 7 we were there ... never had a single bit of trouble, never saw much trouble either. We had a great time, happily go back tomorrow - I do feel sorry for you - you must have had a traumatic experience. Your two posts so far are just so full of bitterness. I just hope when you grow up you will become less 'little Britain' and accept that other countries and cultures will have different peoples & races & living conditions than you've experienced so far and not to judge the whole world by your own blinkered standards... Now the only reply I want from you is one in which you clearly explain which part of the world that you've visited that you were happy with and the reasons ... but I won't hold my breath

Hi I'm not one to comment on another persons opinion. However, charming beauty, you must have missed the 6hr tour of the complete island . No wonder the Portuguiese pulled out. The plastic pollution around their coast line is to say the least is beyond belief. They might be in poverty however TRY to clean up their garbage. One of the top attractions of our tour was a tour around the slum immigrant camps. The place that had a few trees but also ABSOLUTE POVETY. Our super guide asked if we could take what we could from the hotel restaurant to give to the children. Last point, Santa Maria being lovely Main town. You don't want to be there after sun down. Can I suggest to the last commenter ,you must have stayed in your hotel and beside a pool, next visit get out you'll see a different Cape Verd

Right ... we went to Sal last year ... flying Thomas cook on a del return similar to this ... Santa Maria is a lovely little town but yes there is not much there! This adds to the charming beauty ... i have chrons which makes me vulnerable to the old Delhi belly .... and I never ailed once the whole week we were there ...ate out most nights food was good to excellent. The locals are by our standards 'poor' but they are very friendly and welcoming we had. Great time and now I see these flight deals we may just go again ... these flights are for nothing really ... oh and it's fixed price taxi from the Ieper to wherever you're going ... good spot OP and I can recommend ... yes it's windy but it will be very very warm so well worth this price .... shame it's not on in Feb as well ... was looking at Sal for then too!

That was the intended joke, yes

So just like the film, here we go again :)

Not my thing, but I went for the brownie points while on honeymoon. The story reads very much like that of one of my sisters - promiscuous woman is at it with 4 blokes at the same time, gets pregnant and only when the blood test came in did the CSA know where to send the maintenance bill for my nephew.

All sounds good, both of the names you states never come up with the deals, spend a little time, even not using booking agents, go direct to local websites!

Always compare as you can generally get cheaper. Ebookers for example has a 12% off code, sometimes more most of the time.

When I booked my hotel I found only was cheaper for the city I am going to. I know there are better deals around but no deals are effective for every locations therefore if the codes helps someone saving 10% there is no harm.

Pretty much. Point of payment stated 165 from memory. Card details added and make payment button clicked. Screen then refreshed and said code invalid and further refreshed to take 265. Customer services have been terrible. Still no response

I've just seen this, so are people saying that at checkout it was one price but then without advising them last-minute took a different amount? I never bought this deal as I couldn't find anything suitable for the dates I wanted but I was able to get to checkout and price was still showing at zero. So did those that book enter their payment details when it showed as zero/low amount with the code and then their cards were charged a different amount? Did you screen shot everything? I don't see how they can take a different amount if they didn't tell you in any way. I only know that at the point of asking for payment it was showing as the amount in the screenshots.

They have point blank ignored my daily email correspondence since this offer was live and I was caught the same as yourself. Following an initial phonecall they emailed me a 'refund quotation's which was a mere 129 pounds! If no response by morning I intend to call them again. The first call meant being on hold for 25mins!

ok so I spoke to a supervisor who point blankly refuses to refund despite the fact it told me it hadn't been completed and I didn't agree to book at the agreed price - there must be something i can do...anyone....

ok so i appear to be the 3rd person screwed over by this reading above - anyone get a cancellation? if so how

It's only a 2* accommodation!!!

Yes that's a good idea. My main concern were the comments regarding lack of response from the company which raises the concern of what you would do in the situation where the hotel has no record of your booking and you are unable to contact Amoma.

I agree for Greece, but rarely do you see Santorini cheap in a decent hotel and from an airport that isn't London.

You could say that about pretty much any online agent. I have booked with them a few times, no problems. When I booked my hotel in Amsterdam last year I followed it up with an email message to the hotel directly to check they've got my booking. Always a good option if you have worries. They were at least £20 cheaper a night for my Amsterdam hotel.

meh, there are last minute deals all over the place. Just go look at thomson & you can have a week in greece for less than £100

For anyone that is interested the hotel gave me details of upgrade options so for those that may be planning a future trip it may pay to go self catering and upgrade when there

The hotel is lovely and clean and it's got a lovely beach 5 mins walk but be warned that it is in the middle of a load of bars and we found that the noise travelled and it was loud until Midnight.

Flew Norwegian recently, not the best, but can't knock the price. Heat added.

Info Info I've seen suggest the price is roughly 43 Euro per adult and 32 .50 for 6 to 12 year olds and 21.50 Euro for 2 to 6 year olds. I've emailed the hotel to ask them so I'll report back when I know for everyone.

If you're going away as a couple, you can't beat the albufeira. If you're eating out, the food is exceptional. I highly recommend the Teppenyaki called Fuji it's just past the new town, there's lots of nice restaurants though. Old town is nice for a chilled meal and a few drinks, New town is rowdy but if you fancy a mad night get yourself there! Great deal
