All Little Tikes Discounts, Offers and Sale - June 2018
I use plastic lemonade bottles with some water in for bowling with the grandkids but £10 for this set is much nicer.
How many KG's of sand will I need to fill it just brought one and looking around for sand to fill it will 15kg? 30kg?
The durability (in which thickness plays a part) of the (Chad Valley) argos one is more than suitable and fit for purpose. It has had over 1800 reviews with an average review of 4.7 stars (out of 5).... So suggests that the quality of the product is more than sufficient. I appreciate it is not a fancy turtle shape which could be a plus for some. This post is a good price for the rrp and compared to pricing elsewhere. I am just highlighting an alternative option which is similarly priced.
The Little Tikes is better thicker plastic. This sandpit should last far longer than the Argos one.
Been looking for sandpit for a while now and this has come up trumps! Thanks OP! <3
Overpriced for what it is. Better off with http://www.argos.co.uk/product/3650691?storeID=15&cmpid=GS001&_$ja=tsid:59156|acid:444-797-0832|cid:598623310|agid:28645206445|tid:aud-180466976485:pla-288610719976|crid:96091159045|nw:g|rnd:15439944913229589570|dvc:m|adp:1o1|mt:|loc:9045906&gclid=Cj0KCQjw3v3YBRCOARIsAPkLbK6E5jc_RNogWYaKH3r09kdTTBnBrS-Z0R_I0Rxj_n_LuwtIpG2IRagaAtcBEALw_wcB as it can work as pool and pit £19.99
Price has now dropped to £15!!
Why cold, where do you find it cheaper
Just over £10 per discussion, excellent price
Hoax, but still makes me smile.
Thank you as I managed to order my son the Cozy Coupe Truck for £40 almost paid this for a second hand one. Has gone up in price now as Tesco have sold out and price is for their partners
That’s because it is showing options left to buy from Tesco partners (check the line above the price) which also show as an option to buy from if available, sometimes they also have the same items as Tesco but have their own prices which are higher or lower than Tesco. Tesco is now sold out of their own stock (they haven’t jacked the price up).
Why is the red car advertised when it's £61? Cold from me
Argh seen it on my break for £25 now £51.99 at lunch time
Seen a lot of reduced toys in Asda lately down to a fiver. Lot of them are the things they usually have at 2 for £20 normally
saw this and many other 75% off toys in a few asda stores. £20 was too much but £5 sounds just about right. some toys represent a great value: there was a huge fire station for £5 (brand? ibuild)
Thanks, an informative post.
First go to Argos through Vouchercode https://www.vouchercodes.co.uk/argos.co.uk?oi=5299303 should get £10 voucher emailed to you. You need to spend £50 to get £5 voucher from Argos, so need to add something really cheap.
I would also look into a folding trike or one that can be placed in the car easily. I know it might be more but you buy a trike once usually.
How do you get £5 voucher on £50 spend and £10 voucher on £40 or more spend? Thought it’s £100 or more spend for the £10 voucher !
I bought this a few months ago for £29.99. I recommend that you test it out before christmas while you are still able to return the item. This thing nearly broke my 2 year olds ankle. Unless your child is around 4 year's old and will be pedaling themselves around unassisted I would avoid this product. The little foot rests as you can see in the photo's are in an awkward position and don't provide much of a platform for children to keep their feet on. My son's foot slid off of the front of the foot rest constantly. On one of these occasions the front of his foot got caught scraping along the ground and the rear of his foot wedged against the foot rest. His foot was being crushed against the ground and his ankle twisted out to the side. Just a friendly warning as I would hate to see other children get hurt from a poorly designed product. The build quality isn't great either and they tip over very easily. Obviously with all trikes this is a risk due to the nature of the design however they sit so far forward on this trike that most of the weight is on the front wheel which increases the tipping risk massively. It's also impossible to remove the front wheel once assembled meaning if you do want to return the product you are unable to fit it in the original box it came in. Amazon delivery driver gave me a weird look when he came to pick mine up for a return and refund as I had to tape the front wheel and frame to the side of the box.
Thanks! I will :)
Good price, you should post it. I think its a slightly different trike. £10 voucher on £40 spend @ Vouchercodes. https://www.vouchercodes.co.uk/argos.co.uk?rc=5299303 Plus £5 voucher on £50 spend @ Argos.

These are brilliant products
Do not purchase this item. It is extremely poor build quality and dangerous. I bought the white and red version of this for £29.99 a few months back when it was posted to HOTUKD and ended up sending it back to Amazon for a full refund. The handle wobbles a lot and doesn't feel secure, I didn't feel comfortable going down hills as I felt like the handle was going to pop out and my son would roll away. Going up hills was similar in the sense that I felt like the handle was going to snap. It also has a steering function which has so much play in it you constantly have to readjust even pushing in a straight line. The trike also tips over extremely easily. Going up and down kerbs is very sketchy. When you lift the front wheel up to tackle a kerb the rear basket grinds on the floor restricting your movement. Once the front wheel is on the kerb and you lift the rear wheels off the ground the trike begins to tip over. But the worst problem is the position of the foot rests. Just look at the childs feet in the advert. His legs are bent back behind him and only the top of his toes are making contact with the foot rest. It is in the completely wrong position for any normally proportioned child to use comfortably. Every child I have seen on these things has been sat in the same uncomfortable manner. Then there is the danger directly caused by the footrests which unfortunately injured my son. I was pushing him along and because he couldn't comfortably put his feet on the foot rest from time to time his foot would slip off. On one of these occassions his foot slipped off of the front of the foot rest which led to his foot being wedged between the ground and the foot rest. I thought I had hit a stone or something or somehow the break had activated because all of a sudden the trike came to an abrupt hault. It wasn't until I heard my son screaming that I realise it was his foot being crushed against the floor. Maybe this trike is ok for older children who are able to reach and use the pedals comfortably. But if your child is less than 3.5-4 years old I would recommend you avoid this entirely. There are much better trikes available out there. I recommend going to a Smyths or something similar and testing out some of them to see what fits your child. Prooft of purchase below:
Oh that's my son you're talking about !
When you check out its £4.99. Delivery excludes large bulky items.
The turtle cover is a good fit and doesnt come off unless you want it to - although TBH, I havent subjected one to a hurricane. We had one at our nursery for around 15 years before some older children stood on the lid and damaged it; after that we used it as a water play toy. It was still in use when we sold the nursery several years later, despite getting left out in all weather conditions; we even had if freeze solid one winter - great fun prising the 2" thick circle of ice out, so the children could see it, and watch it melt.
Great for a Poo pit for the dog as well. In all one place.
website states free over £25, can be a mistake
Thanks OP, bought and heat added.
Says £38 online. How do I access it at £26.60?
Pink one is £26.40 on amazon if you have an amazon account
Feel like a complete mug writing this... but we've got this and can't work out what hose connector we're supposed to use :o Nothing I've got seems to do the job! All of mine are just standard Hozelock system connectors. Can anyone point me in the right direction on Amazon?
Oos again. ;(
I was gonna say, are those kids ten feet tall?
Hadn't realised that Tesco Direct is closing - just announced a few days ago. We'll see more things like this over the next 6 weeks.
