shopagain and again and again and again................. but never get your order no thanks.
havent had a single order delivered. AVOID
I’ve had the same problem, stock ordered never delivered. Check out trustpilot for the latest poor reviews on this company.
Wack company. Everytime I ordered something from them they always cancelled the order because it was' out of stock' despite advertising it for like two weeks after as being in stock.
They blocked the money in PayPal and they didn't even bother cancelling the authorization. Ordered something 3 weeks ago money still pending despite the order being cancelled.

Garbage
They don't deliver orders as confirmed

Virgin Money served me with £4000 with over 2 years of 0% interest on purchases.
Tesco was quite generous £6000 with over 2 years of 0% interest on purchases, just after I had that card from Virgin.
But I am responsible lender. Will earn it and give it back before they charge me.

There are many people who lost far more than that by dishonest bankers. What about PPI? That's an example of dishonest banking right there. They took thousands off people without telling them! If you think banks are just a bunch of nice old guys who lend people money, you're wrong.

I’m not saying banks are a bunch of nice guys at all. I don’t recall saying anything that would imply that, but in the most part they don’t just ‘steal’ your money or randomly send debt collectors after people that don’t owe them money, that is certainly the ‘exception’. PPI was indeed a scandal, but I’m not sure ‘took thousands off people without telling them’ is entirely accurate. What they did was opt you in without consent, if you’d check your relevant statements and agreements, it would have been mentioned.

There are two sides to every story. I believe that you didn't owe them any …There are two sides to every story. I believe that you didn't owe them any money, but I'd guess there is some missing truth here as to how you approached the situation. I would hazard a guess that if there was a genuine error on their part, and you had visited a branch or phoned them, you would not have been contacted by debt collectors. Instead, I suppose you possibly ignored it or didn't properly follow procedure and only started worrying about sorting it out when you realised you could get in some serious bother. I could be wrong, but I've heard this sort of story many times. This post isn't to start debate with you, merely a contribution for other members of the community that may think this would actually happen to them under normal banking circumstances.

I can’t comment as to why they are offering less than other companies, it may be a better offer for people who currently bank with Lloyds and don’t already have a credit card.

I’ve been with Lloyds about 16 months and was given a higher credit limit amount then I applied for, swings and roundabouts and obviously each persons circumstances/credit rating is different.

Did u complain curious to what excuse they gave

The excuse was via email and it was the website stock was out of sync with warehouse stock and they was sorting this out asap, i could not get through on the phone as customer service staff were put into the warehouse sorting out the delays and stock issues but as a good will gesture one of my items i bought was sent to me for free and i was refunded so not bad customer service as this is the second time they have messed up and sorted it out pretty good.

I don't like the thought of being "damp" under the arms, so that might take some adjustment. Reviews on Amazon either rave about it or give it the thumbs down.

Been using these for over 5 years. Absolutely amazing. I use it straight after getting out of the shower, applying it on wet underarms. Just dry the stick after and it will last longer. But it is really good I have never needed to use spray on or roll on deodorant since using this. My current one has lasted all most 2 years.

Haven't picked mine up yet...I've never done a Lloyds Pharmacy Click & Collect order before, they've sent it to my local health centre, instead of the store (maybe I've not been paying attention, both are on the same street and the text message only says "Hc" next to the location)!

So I'll get it next week They give you 14 days to collect it from the date it arrives in store, so I'm okay to wait.
Picked up mine a couple of days ago, thanks op. Noticed they are still available on site and ordered another 3 with code total £7.66, already had email saying ready for pick up.

I emailed a different customer services email address for Lloyds Pharmacy yesterday as wasn' getting through on the phone. I got this reply!

Unfortunately it has come to our attention that a number of our Next Day Delivery and Click & Collect Orders have been delayed due to seasonal distribution issues and I’m sorry to confirm that your order is included in this delay.

We are instituting procedures to address these issues and we are awaiting further information about the delay. Hopefully your order will be delivered shortly and we ask that you be patient whilst the issue is dealt with. If you have paid for “Next Day Delivery” this will be returned to you when your order is dispatched.

Unfortunately this delivery delay issue is something beyond our control but it will be further addressed in order to improve our service for the future.

Good morning.

Once again please accept my own and the company’s sincere apologies for any inconvenience and frustration caused by this matter. We hope that your future dealings with Lloyds Pharmacy will be a much more pleasurable experience.

If I can offer any further advice or assistance please do not hesitate to contact me.

Item cancelled – still un dispatched

Apologies. Due to the current promotions that have been running we have experienced an exceptionally high number of orders. Unfortunately this has caused some orders to be delayed in being processed. This delay is also coupled with the fact that all stock is live on our website, and when items are being purchased in multiple orders simultaneously this can cause the stock count to fall behind and subsequently items can be oversold. Unfortunately both of these issues affected your order. Apologies for any disappointment caused.

Unless you use the gym everyday (or simply have alot of money), I would never join a David Lloyd just for the gym. Normal membership is just too pricey for that. In fact, membership prices have gone up and up over the last 10 years. Classic example a corporate trying to drive more and more profit from their network of clubs. The one nearest to me for example is £160 per month including the tennis. Really nice club but given that I don't use all of the facilities, it's alot to pay.

Where I am it costs £8 just to book an outdoor tennis court for an hour in my local park and £10 for a yoga class at the local community centre, whereas practically everything is free at David Lloyd (apart from certain tennis classes at the heavily subscribed clubs eg. Raynes Park in London, Bushey in Herts etc). Each club can be quite different and often reflects the particular locality eg. Finchley very busy.

Bit of a rant i know but have a look it may help you

If you have had any of your order cancelled Check your bill to see if they have stole from you !!
also
GET YOUR P/P BACK (on the £35 plus order even after cancelled items are deducted) IF YOU CALL THEM !! read below

update 22/11: some items on order have been cancelled BUT
instead of applying the 20% discount to the rest of your order they are not.

Was £9.50 discount on £47 spend and they cancelled £15 of goods but the £9.50 discount went down to £5 instead of £6.50 for the remaining £32.50 of goods !
So they stole £1.50 off me so it's worth a look to see if they have done it to you ?

Also, if you ask why they hide the fact of 'no % discount allowed with the £35 free p/p offer' and dont' state it on the home page with the discount and free p/p offers you will get the p/p back as i just did (but they refused to give me back the £1.50 they stole) will not be ordering from them again
