People can do their own research & factor in their own opportunity cost. My point is merely that opportunity cost is real, it can be significant in some cases, and can make the difference in leasing or buying being the better value option for an individual.

In Euros... So you have not taken into account FX risk, especially at a time when the Great British Peso is volatile. Not only that, I'd avoid anything that has risk-free and crypto in the same sentence. At least suggest something GBP denominated and actually guaranteed.

Looks ok but wouldnt use this lease company my mate ordered a Golf R from them and said the customer service was shocking , they advertised a deal which didnt exist and tried to sell him a 5 door when he wanted a 3 as per advert and price , he later found out by another lease company with same offer the offer never included 3 door it was just a carrot on a stick ! (skeptical)

braking sharply uses fuel because you have to push back the road faster. its also why reverse gear uses a lot of fuel. cant get high mpg in reverse, abd braking in reverse, ach, dont get me started

I get 38-39mpg out of my Turismo 595 and constantly drive in Sport Mode. How you ask? You don't need to brake with a car that can go round corners like this one does just downshift and use engine breaking (and therefore not spend fuel getting up to speed again) I love mine and this is cracking deal I pay the same per month and my pcp deal was a bigger deposit. Get Circuit Grey though ;-)

Goodness, the 'Shark' hotel sounds horrendous in warm weather- is it really a metal storage container with no ventilation? I'd rather stay at home.

agree with lots of others we went last year. the "hotel" is awful not comfortable ,,,, either cold or put the heat on and the place goes steamy and wet. wouldn't go back. theme park okay rides fairly good if lived closer would go back to theme park but avoid hotel at all costs

Nobody pays £33 though. Or, at least, nobody ready this site does. Still a great deal if you need to stay overnight.

Stay home and have a more relaxing time. If you like being packed like a sardine and effectively pay to queue up then go ahead.

Can anybody tell me who's best deal for Renault Mégane RS

Anyone who is interested in this car i suggest you go and test drive one first before you commit to a deal. The clutch on this is awful. There are two options when setting off....Grand Prix start or stall. Inhad one as a courtesy car for a day and was warned about the clutch by the mitsubishi dealer. It's a common trait and not just on the particular car I drove. For people who like to race off from a start you won't have a problem. Remember sometimes you need to set off slow like traffic, parking. It's a really poor design by Mitsubishi and needs an anti stall feature. What is quite a nice car to drive is seriously let down by the clutch and body roll is quite bad compared to my Kuga. Wouldn't buy one unless it was automatic.

Had this as a rental car through work, not bad pickup for a 1.5 and a good ride. Handling is average at best, the speedo you refer to is actually the heads up display, there is one in the binnacle. The HUD is actually laughable it should appear on the front screen. Rear window is a pain but the design looks neat.

pretty sure it was 24 but a think 53 services included tax tyres maintenance but I just took maintenance

What did excluding the tyres save you?

I took maintenance so it covers the services but opted out of tyres as I dont think over 2 year I'll need to replace them even if I do have a family member who owns a garage so get tyres pretty cheap.

It does include brake pads, and stuff like light bulbs wiper blades etc. I’ve gone for it myself as the cost of a service and tyre changes to premium tyres is enough to justify it. Tyres won’t be for everyone from past experience on fwd, I’ll need them

OK, thanks. My quote came to 300 per month with maintenance pack, had an option added to the car to enable android auto. Still waiting to understand if the maintenance pack includes brake pads etc, but at 8k miles per year changing these parts probably won't be needed... Decisions...

Used this offer before. The crazy golf was rather tired and lame. As for the snacks... Well you just about leave feeling like it was worth £10 (plus car parking charge). As for the site itself, it can be very busy on a warm/hot day. The lake you can swim in one corner (just cross your fingers that the wind is blowing the thick water weed away from it). Well, there's at least 50 seats between them, and if the Land and Range Rovers have third row seating, then they're pushing up to 56 seats. (skeptical)

Your quote: "So it's easy and quicker to steal 10 cheap cars and sell than 1 top of the range car that takes time to get keys for it", my argument was cheap cars don't really get stolen for selling on. Your response was showing an article about stolen vehicles, yes it included Nissan, Ford & Honda, and then you've changed your description from cheap to AVG price cars. I mentioned a high spec VW as an example to highlight the fact that you are comparing vehicles from their brand name but not their model. If someone offers you a Nissan GTR or an Audi A1 are you going to take the Audi because its got some nice circles on the grill ? Lol

also you are missing My point, the op said no one steals cupra's, that they only steal high end BMW, mercs and Audi's. I said and proved that they do steal these types of cars along with Honda's, fords, Nissan's and Volkswagens AVG end cars which stated ST's and qashqai which are still cheaper than high end mercs BMW and Audi's. Then you just kept changing the story on everthing you posted. This was all about the cupra as a AVG priced car along with Nissan's, fords and so on AVG priced cars. No one even mentioned high end Volkswagens, just you.

VW Touareg top spec is way more expensive than a chunk of the BMW / Merc range. Mustang the same. You are comparing car value off the brand as opposed to individual models so it isn't a fair comparison, making your point invalid. You are being the troll by your inability to understand my point haha div

There you go again just picking up the one and not saying anything about the other 3 lol that was mentioned. Do you get of trolling, but yes Volkswagen are still cheaper that mercs, BMW as well. Sad. By.

It does seem to be a bigger problem in certain parts of the country, however anyone who actually gets one of these I do recommend you look at your security, not trying to scare people but many on here think these kind of things just dont happen and whilst any vehicle can be stolen a vehicle like this does seem to quite often attract the wrong attention. There is an old thread on here that has just been commented on here regarding an attempted house break in after recently purchasing a new vehicle, the whole thread is worth a read even though the Cupra in standard guise does not have Keyless the Lux does. https://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/vehicle-security-tips-keyless-start-blocker-pouch-gps-tracker-or-full-coverage-steering-lock-995-sold-by-powr-ltd-fba-3100988#comments If you really want a car like this you just have to make your property less attractive than others, otherwise you get this and could get caught up in reports like these . There are a number of videos on youtube as well, here and here Stay safe!!

Sorry it had nothing to do with earning limits or affordability it was something so silly really as stupid as my occupation I put my full job title which ended "driver" basically a type of crane driver they saw the word driver and didn't like it put 2 and 2 together came up with 5 no questions asked just straight rejection, once they had confirmation that my job was working 90ft up in the air and their car didn't feature in it they rightly over turned their rejection but just goes to show one word they don't like makes things awkward, I could have done without it but I just laughed it off.

Yes I do mate but it had nothing to do with my application being rejected.

Looking at the headlights it's the current model that is about to be replaced if that makes sense. The CLA came out in February as stated but the Shooting Brake version has not been replaced yet. The spec states 7" tablet style screen, all new models have a minimum of 2 off 7" screens, bigger on the higher spec models.

I think you misunderstand my comment, Anyway in answer to your question a new Volvo V90 (well 12 months old now) and as for coping with a head on smash at speed, fortunately it has so many safety features it is pretty reluctant to get involved with any type of accident, such is the advancement of some modern day vehicles! Hello, really random comment/post but i was just wondering if anyone's had their subway points stolen off them lately? I logged into my app this morning to find that 1000 points (same as a free footlong) had been taken off or used in 'Uk Holborn' on 05/03/19. It 100% was not me as I live in Yorkshire, was off work ill that day and didn't leave the house let alone buy a subway. I've emailed Subway but i expect the usual 'sorry we cannot help' type of thing. Just wondering whether anyone else has experienced the same thing lately???
