Just marvellous. got a travel tripod for a fraction of what it costs on Manfrotto’s website. just to add the Manfrotto discount is actually 25% not 20
All Lowepro Discounts, Offers and Sale - June 2018
This bag is very compact and practical.. built quality is great and looks great. I was a bit skeptical about it’s look but it looks great when arrived
I have a smaller lowepro one that holds only a camera - in most cases that gets slung in my rucksac - just got a few more lenses so this will do a similar job as cheaper than the internal ones (which also look a good idea)
looks good again, nicely padded but with the metal buckles may need to be careful quite a chunky bag this one but good divider options even if more than you need right now heres mr lowepros video:
Thanks OP, look a nice bit of kit. Wondering if it might make a small laptop carrier......
Yes, I understand the principal but the internal thing sounds better if you're going to use a shabby outer. Would be a real pain in the the rear having to work with one full bag inside another. Certainly a good price, though I've just had to dispose of a little used Lowepro because the imitation suede detailing had deteriorated into a horrible sticky mess - not the sort of thing you'd expect from a brand like Lowepro.
yeah the buckle thing is more getting it in or out of the bag rather than when inside the padding does look very nice though hopefully someone else will pipe up and we'll find out the biggest little camera that fits (cheeky) i have a lowepro in this link https://www.amazon.co.uk/Lowepro-Compact-Courier-Shoulder-Camera/dp/B004R71D0I for compact carrying but tbh its a bit crappy
I only have the 55-210 which fits reasonably well on it's own, but not with the camera. I hadn't thought about the buckle location but the bag is quite well padded so i'm not too worried
looks nicely made but the metal buckle seems to be on the top half which many dont like due to risk of whacking camera with it what was the next smallest lens after the 16-50 you tried?
These are great quadcopter bags. I bought the cs300 but I wish I’d bought this one as I have to take the props off. HEAT
Saw title, thought this was something I could use to block out the mother in law.
so.... anyone think it looks like k-9? (angel)
Looks like K-9!!!!
I bought this from Amazon some time back and use it to carry my Lumix LX100. It fits the camera perfectly, there's an inner pouch the right size for the spare battery and the external pouch on the strap I use to carry the hot shoe flash and ND filter. I don't think you can go wrong for the price.
I have the larger version of this bag. It is perfect for a mirrorless camera. This I imagine is too small to fit any accessories. Mine takes an a6000 with a couple of small lenses (kit zoom plus 30mm prime or 19mm prime) plus two batteries and lens hoods. Zip closure opens quite wide, but yes you have to be a little careful. In use you only need to close the velcro flap.
My experience with Park Cameras left a lot to be desired. I ordered a camera over the phone after carefully spending quite some time chatting about specifications etc. Wondered why it had not arrived. When phoning them up I found there had been no stock in and it was a 'mistake'. The girl taking the order was learning. They had taken my money out too if I recall (although it was refunded). Maybe a one off but it certainly put me off from ordering ever again.
The CS range is also reduced.
Damn OOS, shame too looks like a lovely bag.
Same here.... :|
Shows as £59.99 for me.
Had a look at this. Don't like the fact your cameras can drop out the sides when you unzip the bag. Settled for the Blue Lowepro bp150 for £28.49. Much much better. http://www.currys.co.uk/gbuk/cameras-and-camcorders/photography-accessories/camera-bags-and-cases/lowepro-tahoe-bp-150-dslr-camera-backpack-blue-10138061-pdt.html
Format 110 Compact System Camera Bag at £11.50 still in stock for delivery here :)
Down to 30.57 now!
Just read the comment about being Out of stock... oops.
looks like its been that price since january? good price according to camelizer though
Same price at Parks. Also 10% off that again with code: MAYDAY-LOWEPRO-10 Only worth it if you're buying something else alongside it though, as free delivery is over £50, but potentially better for someone. Also in stock and ready for delivery too.
Same price at Amazon now.
Great price for a great bag. I've managed to fit in it: my Mavic, controller, all accessories, an extra battery, my kindle, a power bank, a compact camera and there's still room for more. Went on a 5k hike and it was comfortable to carry. Great that you can access the drone without having to take it off. Very impressed with it and I paid £39.
I'm not with the mavic at the moment but there is a video on YouTube about it... lowepro 150 edge mavic
Even with delivery that's £6 or £7 cheaper than anywhere else. Not got any family or friends that live near a store? They could post it with Royal Mail 2nd class small parcel £2.85
aw man! I was going to check out and it comes up with a 4.99 delivery charge :( "free pickup in store" but I don't live anywhere near one
Pictures on the retailer's site show a non-pro dslr fitting snugly, so it should fit fine with the kit lens or similar size. Thinking of getting one for my d3300 which is the same size as your camera
Looks good! Any idea if this would fit the nikon d3200?
Has anyone got it? :)
Amazon price has gone back up. Park had stock 4 days ago but clearly not anymore, I believe this is a discontinued bag so not surprising.
none in stock at Park
price if you click o n the l ink Price: £78.81 & FREE Delivery in the UK. Details
Don't understand how anyone would ever pay the RRP for this!? oO
maybe it's me but I don't see a £230.00 camera case. I see 30 quid worth of suitcase with a tenner worth of foam padding.
I use the slingshots, great products. All my equipment is kept in a Peli case though at home with silica gel to keep moisture out of my glass, hence why I'll always look at both brands with regards to transport. Like I said it is a great price for this product though
Yeah, it's just a different product to what I needed really, plus have always been happy with Lowepro in the past. It's now £409 on Lowepro's site (!) https://www.lowepro.co.uk/brands/lowepro/pro-roller/pro-roller-x300-aw/pd248/
It is a roller
Great little bag that one.
Look to the right hand side:-
Oh that's all the stock gone. Drat and indeed blast :(
Been looking for a bigger bag, purchased (but from Amazon)! Thanks op :)
I think I was one of the lucky ones to get one from amazon before they went to 3 month delivery
I got an email today saying none in stock, but there were some more coming in 10 days and they'd deliver it then...
Got a cancellation email today - no stock.
Not really big enough for me. But looks nice. Good deal.
The problem with this is it looks like a purse / handbag on a bloke.
still 8.95 on ebay http://m.ebay.co.uk/itm/261855458274?_mwBanner=1
was a copy-paste from review on amazon, just forgot quotes ;) seemed obvious enough to me without quotes but anyway... "yeah i know"
prophototip: it's 'lens' not 'lense'.
oh and amazon too, must have typed wrong thing in when i searched good spot jough
cheaper from CC on Amazon https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/offer-listing/B003X1KF62/ref=dp_olp_new?ie=UTF8&condition=new
Had a few issues with some camera gear that I bought a few years ago from another retailer and they just weren't interested in helping. Spoke to these guys and they properly sorted everything out. Plus, I'm on their facebook news feed so it was on my feed this morning
looks a nice bag from your favourite shop :p can get slightly smaller and slightly bigger elsewhere for about the same so check its the right size before jumping on it though :) newer version looks nicer too
Would this take a Nikon D7200 with Nikon 200-500mm lens attached?
I'm wondering the same for my Chromebook
I got a Thinktank Turnstyle 5 (slingshot style) to carry a Lumix GX8 + 12-35mm lens + another small lens + 2 batteries, 2 filters etc. The GX8 is a bit big for M43 camera - but don't know how it compares to a Canon DSLR - worth checking if it will carry yours. Its a nice compact size with a number of compartments and also has a tablet compartment and a raincover which tucks away.
I got quote a nice case logic one from Amazon a while ago...use it for a Nikon D7000 with 200mm zoom or 300mm zoom just depending....unfortunately I've just looked up the price of it on Amazon and although I paid around £20 3 years ago they're now selling it for £55.33...still will put the link in to see if it is the kind of thing you'd be looking for...it's really well padded but not too heavy which is what I was looking for and after 3 years of constant use it's still got a lot of life in it....good for everyday use but you won't fit much in it apart from the camera and the lens...I also have various other bags/backpacks/toploaders depending on which camera I'm using or how much equipment I need to carry with me....everything from lowepro to Manfrotto to Kata...the other thing is if it's just the camera and lens you want to carry may be worth considering a toploader type bag....lowepro and other companies do various ones....will put an example below but you'd need to measure to make sure the camera would fit. A toploader would certainly be more compact that any of the others but sorry I can't be of more help. Anyway link for Caselogic sling one is as follows: http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B002ISXBFI?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_search_detailpage Example of a toploader as follows: http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00365C784?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_search_detailpage
Took me a while to find someone who answered this as I have a surface pro 3 and hoped it would fit but apparently the slot is litterally a 10 inch iPad and smaller only, no MacBooks or anything bigger than the 10 inch tablet size, I'll use my iPad with it but would be cool if the surface pro squeezed in there :-(
