Thanks OP, heat added! This is a great compact charger with enough juice to power my Pixel 2 XL several times over. I picked one up few weeks ago and couldn't miss a bargain so grabbed another one today.

I know it is missing the PD standard but my phone still shows 'Charging Rapidly' and it seems to charge as quickly as the wall charger. Pro tip for others buying - make sure you extend your warranty with RavPower, their customer service is excellent and I've had products replaced or refunded even after 18 months.
Does anyone know if this charges items when it is plugged in charging itself?
Good find , great power bank by the sounds of it
Double speed charging by allowing it to be charged via micro USB and USB C at the same time?? That sounds awesome. I wish I could buy this right now since I don't think I've seen one this good at this price everrrr but I'm too tight on money atm

I'd like to know as well
Windows Mobile is a great OS, but it was just too late to market, iOS and Android had already for their footholds, WM was 2 years too late.

Same with BB10, its better than iOS and Android, believe me it is, but 5 years too late to market.

iOS is 10 years old now and Android 9 years.

But not fully supported. Development of Windows 10 and Windows 10 Mobile … But not fully supported. Development of Windows 10 and Windows 10 Mobile has decoupled. Windows 10 (desktop) will be supported with new features in the future, whereas Windows 10 Mobile will only be receiving security and bug fix updates until it hits EOL.The future also looks bleak as Joe Belfiore has confirmed that Windows 10 on ARM won't be coming to Windows Phones, and is being used primarily for Laptops or Tablets where extra battery life is needed. The 'Surface Phone' or whatever it will be called is likely to be a tablet first, which may or may not be able to be folded in half, that can also be used for phone calls. As it is though W10M is the most stable it has ever been. I still enjoy using the Lumia 650 on the odd occasion. The platform is at its best when only the basics are required, trying to use it anything more adventurous is likely to frustrate, or be impossible.

Microsoft has tested Full blown Windows 10 with Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 . So next Surface phone will be a Windows 10 computer which can also work as a phone. Windows 10 Mobile OS used in this phone and HP X3 Elite is a dead horse.
Good phone but very few apps work on it, so not great . Without apps any phone is useless.

Actually, in the old old days members used to appreciate these type of posts. The basement-dwellers posting geese images because they preferred the instant gratification of getting 5% off online to getting off their backsides for real deals came later.

I dont need to prove anything. I am objectively right.

What are you trying to say? That it doesn't have band 20 coverage? If so, that's clearly wrong. It clearly states band 20 coverage in Microsoft's spec and as a Lumia 550 owner I have never personally encountered, nor heard of anyone else encountering, band 20 issues. Can you clarify what you are talking about?

So you are saying that O2, a network which uses 800mhz Band 20 … So you are saying that O2, a network which uses 800mhz Band 20 exclusively for 4G, doesn't actually sell any 4G phones which use band 20?I think you will find that the majority of 4G capable phones sold in the UK, for the UK market, are fully compatible with all UK 4G LTE bands, including band 20. It's usually only phones that are imported from china which miss band 20 support, or phones which lack 4G connectivity entirely.I'd like to see some evidence to back up your claim.PS: The specifications for the UK Lumia 550, taken from the Microsoft GB website, show that band 20 is indeed supported:LTE FDD network: Band 8 (900MHz), Band 20 (800MHz), Band 1 (2100 MHz), Band 3 (1800 MHz), Band 7 (2600 MHz)

I dont need to prove anything. I am objectively right.

Dammit, should have bought it. I decided to dabble with a Samsung instead to scope out as a possible replacement for my aging Lumia 830 (not convinced Microsoft will keep up support for these phones), but after a week I'm giving up on it and going back to my trusty Lumia. Although the Samsung is obviously much better at Apps, that's all I can really say is good about it when it comes to a user experience (OK, so it's only an S5, but from what I can see the UI isn't that much different on the newer extortionately priced phones).
One thing also I have really noticed is that the Lumias have much better signal strength reception than the Samsungs, strangely (on all networks). Hopefully BT'll struggle to sell the rest of them at £295 and reduce the price again.....or someone will hate their new BT 950XL and contact me about part-ex for a brand new Samsung S5 wireless.........

This phone originally came with Windows 10 and so could not have been ruined by Windows 10. It will not run Windows 8.1.

I bought one of these today for £35 from Sainsburys. I did not need a top up and immediately put a much more affordable Talkmobile SIM in it. Talkmobile runs on the Vodafone network. I needed a Lumia 550 so that I could use it in Snowdonia which has very good Vodafone/O2 coverage and poor EE coverage. My main phone is with EE.

Checked my local store. They didn't have the 435 or 645 (£15 in other thread) but 550 scans at £35.

I still have one left that's not charging before I boot it to eBay I might try it again. Must say never had any issues with android and csipsimple I rely on having a soft phone number with rotating 7 phones. Also the music player was very flaky but for a fiver spent and 43 webuyfor voucher back no big loss just hope that bill gates fiver obliges the 550

If it can't receive sip calls from zoiper without the app being running … If it can't receive sip calls from zoiper without the app being running then it's lacking something. The app itself stated that it doesn't have push notifications. I have had the 435 and know this as fact. Maybe the 435 being low end isn't a typical wm. Have you owned any wm phone or are you guessing?

That's weird. Maybe 'battery saver' is on (this stops push notifications)? Maybe the app is set to not run in the background under 'battery saver'?
I own a Lumia 1020 for over 3 years now (I like photography and to me, the camera is still the best you can get on a phone) and have all apps that use push notifications working fine - Whatsapp, Skype, Outlook, Facebook, etc.
I got it wrong apparently you have to use push notifications to get zoiper to receive calls. Why should I jump through hoops when I traded in both for an m4 aqua on android which was a doddle to set up
