There's a multitude of free VPN's out there for the Android Platform.

But out of interest, if this was to be used to stream film's from various sources via the Windows element of this Tablet, my question would be, is there any decent Windows VPN's out there that can then be used for this Windows Tablet? (a free VPN preferable, but a cheap paid for one, if nothing else?).

Thanx.

I have not done any proper research, but I found a PDF explaining how to update the OS on this tablet, and was by using the bios.I though that the Chrome OS was full supporting android Apps, but I never tested that.

Speaking of things dual-boot/multiple platforms or whatever, got me thinking ...

Is this 'system' strong enough to accommodate a virtualised version of Mac OS in Windows via something like Virtual Box, VMWARE Player, etc etc?.

Or would their combined individual system requirements end up killing this Windows based Tablet?.

Does anyone know?, thanx.

I've expired it due to the above issues
Just reading the reviews on the Italian and French sites, seems to be the same issue (supplied with M6 body as per image) rather than the M5 kit (as per title).

It may be worth a chance if you can haggle a M5 out of it with customer services, although seems unlikely!

Terrible value with that spec list. Only the screen and battery are decent, rest is old tech and below average performance for doing anything slightly taxing.
Additionally it's oos and reduced to clear, not likely to be restocked since it's an old model that's over a year old.

been playing around with it for a few hours and i'm quite impressed. the build quality is solid and almost iphone 7-ish in some respects. had a few calls on it as well and the speaker seemed a teeny bit quiet, even with the volume turned up.

it's very likely going to be my main phone for the foreseeable future so i can keep messing around with it over time but at the moment, certainly well worth the money.
I think I had a couple of OTA updates and yes they were installed before playing.

See, they are just cheap routers setup in repeater bridge mode... Bought …See, they are just cheap routers setup in repeater bridge mode... Bought by the gullible? Or is there something special they can do?

These are not 'cheap routers' and are far more than simple repeaters. These create a mesh network, replacing your existing router's Wi-Fi output and giving a consistent signal and network speed around the house. Anyone who has used repeaters, powerline adapters and routers as bridges will know it results in a mishmash of equipment with patchy performance. Even if you can set it up correctly (and, let's be honest, the vast majority of the public can't) it rarely works seamlessly and results in different devices with multiple interfaces to manage.

The huge advantage of this is you are creating an AC-enabled Wi-Fi network with a single management point (either via an app or web interface) that allows you to administer the whole network or the separate discs. My experience is that as long as you position these correctly you will end up with your maximum speeds across your entire house (and, in my case, a separate garden office). As you and your devices move around your property, they will automatically switch to the strongest signal coming from the nearest disc.

For some people, maybe a hack job with old routers or repeaters will work just fine. But even for the sceptical, there's no doubt that this is a far more elegant and reliable solution that not only provides excellent speed and signal strength but virtually no technical knowledge to set up.

Looks OK from the reviews, main thing to avoid are cheap Chinese … Looks OK from the reviews, main thing to avoid are cheap Chinese chargers/batteries as there's some nightmare stories.Cancel that, it does look disturbingly similar to this (also unbranded) one from here which ended up going bang:http://www.torchythebatteryboy.com/p/18650-batteries-chargers.html.. Supposedly had the CE Mark:But then had nice design features like this mains wire close to the DC circuit (see page for more on just the one unbranded charger)So you pays your money, you takes your choice. But £12.99 for a charger and two batteries, there's gonna have been some corners cut. (but not 240V supply wires)

Thanks for the reply , I agree with what you say
