Ah ok fair enough. Glad I grabbed it yesterday for 18 then. (embarrassed)
It was from The Game Collection & no longer that price as 5% discount has expired! £18.95 now too! 🌞 (y)
Hey Mario+Rabbids goes on sale a lot digitally if you want to get an idea how often certain games go on sale and what the lowest price was. I'd recommend using Dekudeals.com. As for this offer someone else posted Mario+Rabbids gold addition from games 365 last week for £18 which is a little cheaper and still looks active.
Yes, on eShop the base game (no DLC) sometimes is £7.49. The Gold version has occasionally dropped to £14.99 (Gold = base game plus all DLC).
thank you for explaining. Was that (14.99) on eshop if yes then I will add the game to my wishlist and monitor. Thanks again.
Worth noting this is part of the Gold edition of the game so might be cheaper to get that if you don't already have the base game. It's fun and completely standalone to the base game so you can play it at any point without spoiling anything. Nothing is carried over into it from the main game either but probably worth starting with that and then playing this.
I had no idea about this either
this feels like a fever dream, I have no memory of this DLC ever releasing? Donkey Kong and Mario teaming up with the annoying goblins who killed off Rayman doesn't seem real

So true. And also, with digital sales, most storefronts have a refund policy in place which allows up to 2 hours playtime. So effectively a 2 hour free trial on all games. That’s something you don’t get with physical.
It is available again right now and even listed on the offer page, and with a delivery estimate albeit a few weeks away. There are some more code in a box games added as well now. Rayman Legends is not available again yet though.
The one I ordered was "Sold by: Amazon EU S.a.r.L." at £19.99, but when proceeding to checkout payment page with either another copy of the same, or another game in the deal it dropped to £20 for the two. It was available to buy for a while, then no longer available from that seller, then available again, both times with no due date for stock, so it may reappear but you'll have to keep checking. Also Rayman Legends appeared in the deal for a brief time on physical cartridge.
If it were all digital you would be able to sell back to the developer, buy much cheaper as its free to distribute and share games to upto 4 people at a time and consoles would be cheaper, all of this was put forward buy Microsoft, I haven't used a disk drive since 2013 absolute ball ache.
I tried and tried to get this working and couldn't. The only Amazon seller I could find on the list was "Amazon EU" at £24.99. The game was out of stock with no date for delivery so it seemed to be the right one, but when added - either as two copies or alongside Rabbids or Immortals and taken all the way to checkout it never gave me the 2 for £20. Maybe they've fixed it to remove the deal or maybe it's because the supplier was Amazon EU and normal "Amazon" as a supplier is no longer present

This is a fun game, and suitable for a wide age range, as it's so easy to pick up. Some battles are very challenging if you play straight through the game sequentially, but if you get stuck you can always replay earlier parts and try bonus challenges in order to earn extra power ups to give you a boost.
It's still due 2022 but no date yet
Great price, it seems to drop regularly, might be a LOT less than I paid on sale! I'm still enjoying this (not that I game much!) - isn't the new version due soon?
Genghis47: Gets boring after a while, felt like they were just skins, and mario theme, that's probably why it's not a ridiculous price like the rest of the Nintendo exclusives I think being partnered with Ubisoft is the main cause of this game being so cheap (lol)

Super Mario Maker 2 (Nintendo Switch) + Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle (Code in Box) (Nintendo Switch) - £33.95 delivered @ Amazon£33.95 Free P&P FreeAmazon Deals
Looks like a good bundle for the price. 1 of Super Mario Maker 2 (Nintendo Switch) Super Mario Maker 2 (Nintendo Switch)Break the rules and make the Super Mario courses you’ve always…
I just type in the name of the game on the search here and you can see what it was going for other places. I don't need it so haven't looked tbh; I already have it..
Looking at picking up Mario kart, youngest had a switch for Christmas, where can I get it for that price?
You're quite spot on (y)
But even if you get one for £35 paying £14 for the CIB isn't a good deal when you can get physical for that, maybe less. And CIB was under £8 I think?
yeah - but quite rare to get Mario Kart 8 Deluxe at £30 (was it an in-store deal too?). I know I've seen a used one posted recently for under £20 but it was probably gone in minutes. Getting a new one at between £35 - £37 is more realistic and common.

I'm basing it on 1 of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild (Nintendo Switch) 1 of Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle (Code in Box) (Nintendo Switch) Main ones for me are re-sellable, and Nintendo's horrible system of restricted child accounts that can't be changed, we have Mario Kart download but I'm loathed to add loads of downloadable games to a locked down account that they won't let you unrestrict so have to wait for the child to hit 16.
Why? If Marion Kart was available for £20 code in the box or £40 for cart, which deal do think is better?
Was it? I didn't go for this as I thought both were code in a box. The listing wasn't particularly clear.
Expired now, but would have gone for it earlier if I'd realised BotW was a physical copy.
Not your fault OP but I down vote every code in a box deals post. I would down vote my own post if I ever posted a code in a box deal.

Sorry, I forgot to post the link: https://www.allkeyshop.com/blog/en-gb/buy-mario-rabbids-kingdom-battle-nintendo-switch-compare-prices/ enlightening starts now! ;-P
Just for some actual context as to why they don't think it's a deal rather than just a vague NO, this has been as low as £7.50 before and regularly cycles down to the £12-ish price and is currently available at £11.95 on Amazon. But some people value certain retailers and dislike Amazon so it's certainly not a bad price, just not one of the best prices it's been (and likely will be again) (y)
Thank you for the enlightening feedback... Why not post a deal?? (skeptical)

This code in a box carry on is beyond a joke and has to stop talk about care for the environment
It wasn't in our local Asda.
Smash Bros is £35 in Asda currently.
"Super Smash works out as £25.99" How do you figure this? Based on the RRP of Mario + Rabbids, perhaps. But you can buy a digital download code for Mario + Rabbids from Amazon for £16.99, which will give you exactly the same product as the code-in-a-box. Subtracting £16.99 from £51.99 gives you £35 for Super Smash. Or, keep in mind that Mario + Rabbids goes on sale on the eShop *literally every month* for £11.09. Subtracting £11.09 from £51.99 gives you £40.90 for Super Smash. In either case, when you consider the cheapest possible price that a digital copy of Mario + Rabbids is normally available for, you're paying £35+ for Super Smash - definitely not £25.99 as claimed.
Mario and rabbids sells for like £10 really though
The Family Online account has no bearing on playing/sharing digital games, that's for online play and playing SNES/NES/N64/SMD games. It's possible to share digital games on two consoles, but have a read of this first: https://venturebeat.com/2019/09/23/nintendo-switch-lite-guide-how-to-share-digital-games/
If I purchase a nintendo family account. And buy games digitally, If I purchase two Switch v2s Do I still need to purchase each game twice.
Both games have been £7.49, which makes a saving of a fiver :)
