Brilliant Thanks for Posting (y)
All Mini Fridge Discounts, Offers and Sale - August 2018
I did do good with it...i made my kids happy! I earn it, i spend it. I work hard, i deserve it.
Do you do good with your money and live as simple as possible?
Think it's kinda sad to spend so much on something like this. If people are so desperate to spend, do some good with it rather than this..
That was me and your mum on a romantic getaway in Amsterdam
17,500 for a teepee bed!?
Good price. Paid £69 for the indesit ex display model posted here last week which has slightly more capacity.
Same deal on mini freezer, through no stainless steel effect tesco.com/direct/russell-hobbs-freestanding-white-table-top-freezer-rhttfz1/329-9746.prd?skuId=329-9746
Just what I was looking for. Thank you - ordered and voted hot :D
Does anyone know if this can be powered off 12V? I know some small fridges like this can be. Want to avoid buying an inverter.
Thanks for that ☺
Bought one a few weeks ago. In the kitchen not that loud and if you keep the door shut and not on the coldest setting the compressor doesn't come on all that often. It's definitely quieter than my under counter fridge. This is a proper fridge with an insulated door so more efficient than the glass door chillers.
Ah ok thanks. Still tempted though (lol)
just read some reviews apparently they are loud when the cooler kicks in
Has anyone ever used one of these as a bedside table? Is it loud?
No stock anywhere I’m afraid
Ya, I mean with the Becks it looks tacky as hell, if it's just plain glass with stickers, could be quite nice.
I had a quick look online. There are some deals for other husky fridges online. For example, the bud one is £99.99 at Currys. https://www.currys.co.uk/gbuk/household-appliances/refrigeration/fridges/husky-el202-budweiser-drinks-cooler-red-13828284-pdt.html
My thoughts exactly. :D
Sadly my wife has bought one....sad as it's for my son and not me 🤐 excellent deal....thank you SB
For a basic fridge this is a great buy...looks better in black too. Great for extra Christmas booze.
Never heard of Lowry but trust Tesco to sell half decent stuff. A+ and pretty impressed with the flame retardant back at such a good price. One for mum for Christmas :-) i recon
Expired this as Tesco ended the deal early on 29 Dec. All three colours now showing as £80.
Black back in stock.
Cut and paste them.
none of direct link work
I linked all three colours...or so I thought, but failed. :P Red is : http://www.tesco.com/direct/russell-hobbs-rhttlf1r-freestanding-table-top-larder-fridge-red/498-9521.prd?skuId=498-9521
Used to keep our babies bottles in this overnight & had a bottle warmer for feeds. Not Coke branded but same jobby. Was good enough. Had it in every night for about 5~6 months. Great little gadget. Decent novelty value for Coke heads. Heat!!!!!8)
Coca Cola "Always The Real Thing" probably means use a proper fridge!
useless fridge at this size, cooling power and importantly limited cooling time. just buy a £80,000 range rover which comes with a fridge in the centre console???
Same price at Tesco Direct http://www.tesco.com/direct/russell-hobbs-table-top-larder-fridge-rhttlf1b-black/336-7619.prd?skuId=336-7619
Got mine today about 9.30 its been on now for 3 hours, and my cans and water bottles are nice and cold . Stuck it in the bedroom, as the kitchen is over the other side of the house X) Got sodded off in the end going down the stair getting a cold drink .
Could I use this to store beer that I'm brewing?
Sorry - now amended to Wine Cooler not fridge. We have a fridge which will House the milk this is purely for refreshments and looks good with the glass door so I'm happy does what we want it to do.
guys not to put this down..but i saw a mini fridge in aldi today (this size)...reduced from £60 ish to £38 its not a wine cooler...might be worth going to your local to see if its available...comes with 3yr warranty
How can this be named a fridge? Total cr4p
So cold infact, freezing!!
Just plug it in, will soon be COLD ;)
No stock near me so bought one of these for a fiver more and very happy with it http://www.argos.co.uk/m/static/Product/partNumber/3566486/searchTerm/Tabletop+fridge.htm
already posted, cold
I bought one in Telford yesterday. There's one left. I saw this posted a few weeks ago and there were none in Telford at the time, but on Thursday 6 became available, so it may be worth checking back in case they get more in.
or ask your local pub landlord to get a jagermeister one for free from carlsberg. if he likes you he might coz he has to buy 36 bottles to get it!
Same got ours at 24.99 keeps drinks perfect temp but have to add the power adapter :(
bought for my daughter at Christmas for 24.99 only comes with in in car power lead. you have to buy a separate lead at 7.99 to use indoors. noise but keeps food and snacks cold!!
reviews aren't great and it's not designed to be left running continously! requires purchasing a seperate mains adaptors, for £7.99 also these aren't meant for food but they're stating that it can do that and finally, sorry, it has sold previously for £24.99 according to Argos. So as a party item or novelty fridge I guess it's ok but not a serious device for continous use.
It doesn't come with a plug?.its not a fridge then, just an expensive storage box
This fridge is not suitable for continuous running. On the Argos Q&A's it says it cannot be left on all the time and should not be run for more than 10 hours without risk of the motor burning out. I was considering this for my son but will now be looking at a mains voltage appliance. Hope this helps.
Congrats you win the humbug hat: Along with the coke bingo card:
Showing your age there? :p
This will go well with the COD dummy (so it can be spat out...) and the COD nice white jacket complete with button up back and tie behind sleeves.
Wow! COD fans getting ****y cos they have no initiative or imagination (well you do buy the same crap every year*) so don't appreciate it in others. Mind=blown.
The fridge doesn't even come with a power cable :
Comment isn't it meant to be cool
The fridge in the deal is a joke. Got given one for my bday and asked the person to return it. The fridge is pathetic and doesn't even go remotely cold. No idea on the cod fridge, but it does look cool. Not something I'd buy though.
Back up to £74.99:(
We have bought one today. If you read the description on Argos website it is a fridge and food warmer. We have been running it on mains since lunchtime and has cooled down a bottle of wine nicely. Not tried the warming part yet. Nice buy and well worth the money. Heat added.
Bought this yesterday for £59.99 so off for a refund and buying it again for this price!
i think you'll find thats the temperature needed outside the fridge
Temperature range of 18 to 60°C. Seriously? I'd call it a heater!
You only need the adapter if you plan to plug it into the sockets in the house you don't need one to use it in the car. Note that it is sold as a travel fridge hence the reason that the adapter is not included. OP, this is handy for long journeys. Thanks for posting. Voted hot.
Inaccurate price as adaptor is to be purchased separately COLD
Voted cold - it is a fridge after all.
Had a few of these when on offer at Argos, they manage to last a few months and do not (even on mains) keep the fridge even cool.
I agree and appreciate your feedback but not the negative heat. I did go to ALDI but there wasn't any there. My preference would probably have been the ALDI model as it does have a 3 year warranty and the extra capacity but they only do it a couple of times a year and I needed it that week. Outwell are a well respected brand and it does come with both 12v DC and 230v AC cables. With most others you have to purchase the AC adaptor separately so I opted for this one. It performed brilliantly last weekend, everything was ice cold. I left it on in the boot on the ECO setting, the car started first time Sunday afternoon without a problem. I'm at a loss as to why this has gone negative? For this model the price is probably the cheapest out there, we could go on all day about other models and their prices but would you do this if someone had put an offer on here about a fiesta? (i.e. The corsa is £2000 cheaper and has a bigger boot.) No you wouldn't or shouldn't. If someone has given a price on a saleable item that is the cheapest out there then that should receive positive heat? Everyone has a right to an opinion and a preference as to what make or model they'd rather, by all means comment and give your opinion on other models but leave the heat alone. If the same item is cheaper elsewhere then by all means give it negative heat. This was my first post on here and judging by the negative heat it will be my last, if someone was looking at the outwell model and I hadn't put this on here then they'd have paid a higher price, surely then this post has to be a positive. Small minded people could ruin this site for everyone else.
I need one for weekend after next. Seems the Aldi one was available earlier in the summer
made by waeco which when branded under there name retail at £79
has a 29ltr capacity as well.
the aldi one is £39.99 and has a variable thermostat. miles better.
now showing as £29.99
Back in stock
I'm being drawn to buy this but pretty sure I don't need it
out of stock :(
