If you check the wording of the eBay listing this deal points to: Network: O2 Lock Status: Network Locked
Had this phone and just sold it on Ebay as it couldn't handle using either Audible, Amazon music or a podcast app with anything else without freezing. Bought a cheap Leagoo phone with 4G ram for £92 - so much better than this. 2GB ram just isn't enough for most people now.
Edited, took out the 4GB :D
The 16gb version comes with 2gb ram, and the 32gb version comes with 3gb ram. I think it was a 4g spec that has been auto corrected to 4gb...

Moto G6 Play unlocked on GIFFGAFF BF DEAL for existing GiffGaff members£99£13929% offgiffgaff Shop Deals
BF started finally on GiffGaff, 109£ for new giffgaffers though (99+10 topup). Unlocked. Possible TCB cashback £30 for new customers sim activation with phone purchase
This, in combination with the cashback (if delivered!) may beat the CarphoneWarehouse deal. Quidco new subscriber bonus is £42 (6 month minimum stay), so you'd need a cheap monthly cost (£5 is min cost).
This or the Xiaomi A2 lite? Or wait and try and get a P20 lite or A2 or Note something if they drop a bit further.
I got this from carphone warehouse for £89. 1 month Vodafone at £13 but this has been refunded, minus 1 day. Voting cold.
Apologies, I misinterpreted your last message (embarrassed) Shame Amazon have modified the order since this deal was posted. They can do whatever they want to our orders as their confirmation email is the beginning of their contract with the customer. If that email had the g5 on it, we'd all be keeping our orders active lol Better luck next time I guess (y)
Not being sarcastic buddy. Just saying that you are right. Good job you checked the email. Saved you a return. I ordered a case myself. Did not check the email. When I received it, I realised it was the wrong one. Always annoying to have to return stuff. Thankfully, never an issue with Amazon.
The product title and order summary I have states G5. The product description and order confirmation email state G4. I don't know if you were being sarcastic but anyway, Amazon have made changes to this listing since it was posted as a deal.
I've never done that before, but it's still showing as a g5, even though it's been confirmed to be the g4.
Unfortunately this was single sim. I thought it might have been dual sim based on the model number, but I guess it would be listed if it was dual sim. I might send it back and make use of my free PayPal returns.
Mrswitch Your are a God's gift to mobiles lol
Oh I know, was just a laugh. Joke. Ribbing.
I assumed he was calling you a d**k wad! I was thinking, bit harsh lol (lol)
Now now. My intention wasn't to insult just to highlight other potential misinterpretation.
Moto is hardly full of bloatware!! You can't have ever seen a Samsung phone I guess :D
Thanks ,I have a g5 and will look nto this . I'm not brilliant with technology but I'm fed up with the carp that has filled my phone .
Infinity and beyond?Motorola android is full if bloatware. Invalidate your warranty, and install lineage aka cynagenmod..Choose what YOU want to install.. This is my Moto G4 with lineage.. Sadly you can't screenshot the cracked screen ;) ...new phone required
Says Out of Stock on the website and a phone around of local stores no more success either. What are the chances of this coming back into stock does everyone think. 7th October today,
Thanks! I bought a refurbished one on eBay from Argos and it's perfect for the wife. ;-)
back in stock
Id be very interested if this came up again. Please post again if you see!
My toddler smashed up my Galaxy S8 so have been using one of these for about a month now as we had it as a spare. My observations after a months usage: Overall performance isn't too bad. For general day to day phone usage such as text email social media and sat nav its a fine phone. Battery is not amazing and the power saving mode is far less customisable than my Samsung - also takes longer to charge It runs some games fine but I don't really do a lot of mobile gaming but Roller coaster tycoon touch works fine.. When I do play it does drain the battery very quickly. Camera is very laggy especially when trying to get a shot of a moving object such as an S8 breaking toddler who wont stand still for more than 2 seconds. The camera speed is my main bugbear with this phone, 16 Gig storage filled up very quickly and there is no option to move apps to SD card unless you use Adoptable Storage using the below guide. This also seemed to speed up the slow camera a bit but not by much. No NFC and No wireless charging. http://www.androidbeat.com/2017/04/how-to-move-apps-sd-card-moto-g5-plus/ PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE BACKED UP ALL DATA ON sd CARD BEFORE FORMATTING. Overall I can live with this phone fine for the next couple of months until I get an upgrade once my contact expires. This is not a flagship phone and Motorola don't pretend that it is. It was sold as a solid budget device. If I needed a phone and had a £100 budget I'd say its definitely worth the money. So heat from me.

No NFC! was £80 odd on the O2 site around black Friday time last year! hope this isn't the 2gb version too! Cold to be honest
Got this 12 months ago, as a fan of Motorola, and got to say I was underwhelmed. Screen cracked whilst in my pocket after a few months, and now failing to charge. Back on my G4, and prefer this. I think that'll be the last Motorola I buy unfortunately.
Widevine L1 certification btw, meaning HD Netflix/Amazon (y)
I bought this from o2 last year at the low price. Easily unlocked on ebay for £2. Only issue I had its only 16GB, soon fills up if you run a lot of apps installing an SD card is not an option for many apps especially BBC iplayer /downloads .
That G5 price, when you purchased it 2 YEARS ago, was not a day to day price, it was a sale price and they sold them all, I once paid 25p for my bitcoins, so can you tell me where I can get one, for the same price today please :/ Nobody, other than SOL... obviously :p

Surprised the charger is defined as an accessory :/
Do you know if this is the twin SIM 3gb ram as giffgaff were selling or is it the single SIM 2gb. I'm either missing it or it's been conveniently missed out. Thanks
Put it in your eBay Watch List. That way you'll get notified next time it's in stock. This phone comes and goes on a weekly basis. I did this and bought one when it re-appeared last month. Came in a white box with usb lead but no charger or headphones. Phone had no sign of use - still had plastic stickies on. £70 is a minimal outlay for what is a very capable phone. Love the fingerprint unlock.
Sorry, you're right - OOS :(

Anyone who is following this thread and have parted with their money have a read of some recent reviews here:- https://www.sitejabber.com/reviews/eglobalcentral.co.uk
Wow, that whole reply is going on my list as comment of the year. Brilliant (popcorn)
There is clearly self promotion going on here. There are postings all over the internet regarding this Companys poor performance and worse. I would advise anyone to do a bit of research before you part with your hard earned money just as you would do with any company that your going to buy from. You may be horrified with what you read. Now some of it could be malicious but there are so many negative reviews out there its unlikely they are making it up as is being suggested. I would be careful also of positive comments from individuals who have only just set up accounts. Self promotion is an industry in itself. Also trying to get money back through Paypal these days is a nightmare from my most recent experience with them. Its not worth the hassle of considering this as an option So don't pay any heed to conspiracy theories. Do your research and then make an informed decision.
Go out and buy a Redmi Note 5, £150 from China or £199 from Amazon. You'll then kick yourself for being sucked in by the "Brand name Flagship" game for so long.....
Cold. Often on Amazon Warehouse as openbox mint for the same price without the Tobydeals grief....
Just been paid my cashback for this - just £5!! Going to query it!
Out of stock at the moment. :(
possible with £5? for qudco
I've been nudging and messaging since February - latest response in mid July was "currently pending awaiting a review from the merchant. Please do be assured that we will continue to chase this for you." But I'm not holding by breath.
Did you report it to tcb? Iv had to in the past and been payed out

Absolutely terrible phone
Wouldn't touch one of these for £30 they suffer from ghost touch me and 4 family members had them and they all had ghosting some unusable.the Moto G4 had the same problem and clearly they aren't competent enough to fix it

Great value phone, only £99 new at GiffGaff with £45 Topcashback if you're patient. New customers will also need to buy a £10 topup.
Got the g6 refurbished delivered today, Brand new.

Can only find one at 135eur, so about 120
Guys after some recommendations.... Need to buy approx 20 handsets which come with android, 4g, touchscreen and ideally minimum 5" screen for small business. Also need to be unlocked and open to any network. Must be below £100 per handset but ideally closer to £50. This deal seems decent but limited quantity remaining. Also seen a deal for a honor 6a handset ftom netherlands for 69. Also the e4 link brings up various chinese sounding makes available. What would you recommend in this price range for best value? Many thanks
