I think that it means pay to play
Yes. Yes it does
I have no idea what this means. Does that mean I'm old now?

Trans Pennine Express still give you 25% off with an NUS card... https://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/nus-extra-card-holders-25-discount-on-transpennine-express-2615422
Entering your nus details just gives you the promo code 'ONLINE' Played around with this and not seeing the discount on anything I tried.
Even at this price WH Smith stuff is overpriced.
You've misspelled stationery, usually when this happens some comedian' makes a post along the lines of ' can't see this moving'. Sorry if I upset you
Perhaps you should go back to school too?
Could you explain what you mean, please? If you mean that it has been posted before, I apologize, and will try and remove it. I did search for WHSmiths, and NUS Extra before posting, but could find no reference to it. My intention was to help parents who are taking their children back to school, and not to take up your time.
Visa offers 10% cashback at coop too
Damn just wanted the chicken dippers (lol)
12 for £1.50 the pro rata stands when getting an idea on how good the offer is vs the old coop deals. The site is about deals and I stocked up when it was on offer ;) i expect most people here buy when on offer... Kinda the idea At not point have I said it's not cheap if you want it all, but to me it is all pretty poor quality other than a fab and veg and co-op deals are a bit meh IMHO
Agreed - at least Birds Eye feels like real meat
Iceland 7 day deal is finished, pro rata is £1.25 on the fab lollies If you have a better deal, feel free to post
I need a machine to run Citrix virtual machine. Will that be enough? Need something light & portable.
Love the look and size of this, i have the latest surface pro, i5, 8gb and 256gb ssd for work and love it. Problem with this one though (without student discount) when you add the keyboard and pen then it tops out at £710 (for the 128gb version which i would need for personal use). Too close to the price of the SF Pro IMO.
Unfortunately it expired a while ago now.
Better deal in the other thread - £400 with 20% off code from AO Ebay Store for the 8GB/128GB version.
Cold, Aldi's is the same price for double the amount Aldi handwash
Struggling to understand why this is getting so much heat. The Aldi equivalent would be the same price for twice the quantity.
If you think about it, hand wash is an awful rip off. Think about when the hand wash in the kitchen is empty and so you use a bit of washing up liquid instead. Just a tiny drop is all you need. With hand wash you need a big glug of it to get the same lather. They could obviously make hand wash more concentrated, like the pricey Moulton Brown stuff, and use a pump with a smaller measure.
Superdrug hand wash is one of the worst I’ve used. On sale before at roughly the same price, so I purchased a dozen or so.
Don't get this!!...the chicken is the worst thing I've ever put in my mouth.. disgusting mush
The chips and chicken in this deal are both disgusting. Very low quality products. Onion rings and cirn were ok. First and definitely the last time I go for this deal.
They are not all linked. Some are privately owned
Co-Op weirdly aren't all that co-operative! Some stores accept NUS cards, some don't. Some have these frozen meal deals on, some don't. Ours (a little village store) did a couple then stopped - even the staff didn't know why.
because not all coops belong to the same group and not all stores participate in these offers
£22 now at Tesco
Good price, but also £18 for a litre bottle in Tesco atm
That’s right .... start them young
Decent price but £13 without nus card in Asda if that’s closer
Might be possible to get is slightly cheaper using this https://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/visaoffers-co-op-food-stores-10-back-on-your-next-purchase-of-5-or-more-stackable-with-nuscoop-membership-2305-saving-2978121
'Gross...' as stated on the tin Kindest regards
Not all co-op's take NUS card - I know Lincolnshire one's don't.
They were £1.20 "on offer" 2 wweks ago, but I see they are just £1.00 now.
No, more! It's not a lot though - around 5.4g per 100g for Coop and 4.8g for Loyd Grossman. LG do no added sugar version now too, but they are not cheap, and natural sugar is still sugar!
i think these sauces are nice..especially the tomato and wild mushroom one.
It should work on giftcards, the coop doesn't pass on information about your purchase meaning that it should be valid with any purchases, for the visaoffers, there was no mentions of any exclusions but it might be worth reading the T&Cs of the offer on whichever reward platform you are using. As for the NUS discount on Amazon top-ups, I'm not too sure sorry.
Just remember to ensure your final balance AFTER NUS is applied is over £5 ;) P.S. Anyone confirm if this works on giftcards? P.S.S. Does NUS discount work on Amazon top-up?
Popped up again on a couple of my accounts. Can it be used again as the credit for the first purchases haven't shown up yet? (First Direct and Nationwide - both 10% again) Also popped up on my Halifax account again, but he second offer was for only 5%.
You can do multiple top ups in one transaction. I did this before with Halifax, two £40 Amazon top ups (for the paypoint £10 bonus) plus shopping, paid for it all in one transaction.
The maximum Amazon top up via Paypoint is limited to £250 per transaction (so £25 cashback). Has anyone actually managed to succesfully top up this amount at a Co-op store? In my case my card issuer approved the transaction but Co-op's system spit out receipts with "Reversal" / "Credit Failed" errors. Couldn't find any physical gift cards in store.
Best tip in cash
That is scandalous, I always ask if I tip by card.
Why would they do this, they should know that their would be a huge backlash Its obvious, I personally don't tip and don't think people should expect a tip either but this policy is stupid, they should let their workers get the whole amount.
Sorry even tho they changed their policy they will not see a penny from me was disgusting what they try to get away with https://www.theguardian.com/money/2015/sep/25/las-iguanas-changes-controversial-tipping-policy
Great deal, love this place - especially the cocktails. :)
Still can be purchased online for that price and collect in store, so wondered if it's still on offer. Thanks for reply.
Not now as the promotion finished on Monday I believe
So can this still be had for this price in store?
Yes ,they ask to see your Unidays.
Great thank you. I have that. So u just show them from ur phone unidays and the other superdrug frok the app?
i got 20 % student discount then an extra 20% nus extra discount of my razor blades i bought
Nice deal. Got the CK One 200 ml for under 18 quid!!
Don’t need uni days for instore, NUS works there and ever hotdealer should have one of them :)
I didn't put it in original post as not everyone has Unidays but good saving if you do.
That's for the original 20% off but this post is the additional 20% off for students. So £20 perfume would be 4 quid less for the offer and 3.20 off for the student discount. A good saving if you are a student!
Perhaps it's fake. Every TB XO/X20 fragrance i had was brilliant.
If anyone is considering this, I wouldn't bother. Lasts about an hour. What's the point in making an edt that's so weak. Waste of money.
Yes, I tried this today and it worked.
It seems in store the NUS code stacks bringing it down to £9.46, bought a few more after realising that :D
In store only.
As far as I'm aware, after looking on the trainline website, I can't see an option for an NUS discount. So, I don't think so. =(
Haha, I didnt mean discount the trains that would be odd... trainline.com as far as I know sells coach tickets too. So was wondering if I could use in conjuction with the lower prices (i assume) found on trainline.com
Sorry for the late response. I don't believe NUS cards discount trains, the closest thing they can do for that is buy a 16-25 Railcard (1 year, not 3) for a SLIGHTLY discounted rate of 12% (knocks £3.60 off total price). EDIT: After looking, there are a FEW services which offer discounts like Crosscountry and TransPennine Express but that's all I managed to find.
probably a silly question but would this work buying the ticket from trainline.com?
It is cheaper than the train for me £25 for coach with a journey time of 10hrs 30m with two changes as apposed to 6 hrs and one change on train costing £50, I think I would still choose the train in my case. Hot if the journey is short.
It's UNiDAYS or NUS only at Superdrug as far as I'm aware. I used UNiDAYS and got the 19% off (HUKD NUS card expired). Think they must have fixed it to 20% off by now!
As long as you can prove you r a student then you should get the discount. Enjoy the discount, weather amd footie
I contacted Superdrug about this a few days back and they said they are fixing it. Should hopefully be fixed by now!
You must be a Maths Student
This is how their till calculates it for a £10 purchase... £10 minus 10% = £9.00 then £9 minus 10% = £8.10 If it was a strait 20% off... £10 minus 20% = £8.00 I'm not complaining, I'll take 19% off any day!! Just saying that they mislead you when saying that it is 20% off. Voted hot, by the way, and thanks for posting.
Thier food has gone down the toilet too
Another deal got even crappier and were supposed to just accept it..... .... Thatchers Britain !
I think it was upto 10 people before, now upto 6.
Yes it sucks
I prefer the 40% offer, if I wanted to go pizza express, I would just make sure it was on a Monday or Tuesday. actually 30% off on a Sunday is nice
Worrying time isn't it - the only products I purchase using Amazon (bar Scotch, hic!)
After today's news. Probable EU 25% tax levy gonna be put on this, so get in quick!
Often this price on Amazon but a decent Bourbon all the same. If you don t have Amazon or Costco its a good deal. Heat
Just under £20 at Costco in a pack containing 2 very nice etched glasses
yeh, much better than the normal one
Please no more voting I want to keep this deal on 666° (devil)
No it doesn't.
It does a bit, given that we have less than 100 times the bikes here, so that "graveyard" would 100 times as small.
If only it were just the uneducated.
To be pedantic, I believe you mean "an anti-pedant".
My son studies Engineering and I just have a NUS card and we both signed up no problem, so not just for those studying plants x
The membership application form makes it clear that you qualify if you meet any of the three criteria.
Pasted off link "RHS student membership is open to students living in the UK who are: Horticultural students and apprentices, full or part time Students in full time education (16–19 years) Students in full time education (19+)" From the way it is laid out, I think if you fulfill any of those criteria you are eligible. So full time students would qualify too
Also available to: Students in full time education (16–19 years) Students in full time education (19+)
If this is open to only horticultural students then the title is misleading.
