Out of curiosity, how do you complain when the email clearly states it’s within their rights to cancel orders? I’d imagine they just state that again and again, but apparently not...!? What are you guys doing that i’m not :/

I got 10 promo as courtesy for each order (I made 3 orders) so 30 GBP. Good enough for me.
