LOL I know that mate as I've bought most of it (sent the press back to …LOL I know that mate as I've bought most of it (sent the press back to Amazon tho) and some cheap lubes to try my hand at servicing basic winding mechs. I've still not got around to it tho. Another project waiting in line. Mind I did Google the synthetic lubes when I posted and you could get some down in the 3 gram region which was much better than the 10 g IIRC when I had this rush of blood to the head and bought most of the kit I'd need. One day I'll... PS wasn't going to get any fancy cleaning machine. Just Ronsonol (spelling?) and jam jars.

I've also had a go at watch servicing on the many duds I've picked up in various batches at local auction houses and one thing I've found is that watch repair isn't like DIY or replacing parts in your car or washing machine, you really can't YouTube it and feel your way through. The right equipment is a must and some actual motor skills and aptitude are required. It's so easy for a microscopic screw to ping away off your tweezers never to be seen again, well until you next hoover the room, that is.

Respect to any one who makes a go of this!
Got a quinting watch but can't find anyone in the UK who's authorised to work on it. Pain in the behind.

On the description they talk about taking 250 mg of EPA & DHA for health benefits, but the total for each of these tablets is only 85 mg, so you would have to take about 3 of these tablets each day to almost reach the suggested 250 mg of EPA & DHA. I am currently taking the ones from Aldi that cost me around £1 or so (can't remember the exact price) - the Aldi ones have 50 in the container but each tablet provides 260 mg of EPA & DHA. I actually take two a day instead as the recommended daily dose for healthy adults (that I have read on-line) is between 250 mg - 500 mg a day.

It is really poor marketing the way they have made the product pictures on the Amazon page deliberately avoid showing you the nutritional content and then claiming that you need to take one-a-day. But people will still buy it because they're buying the brand rather than the product.

To compare, a 3oz portion of salmon contains around 600mg of EPA and 1200mg of DHA so the amount in this supplement is practically homeopathic. It's disappointing that the Amazon product page does not display the nutritional content of the capsules but this is why you need to always check before buying any nutritional supplement, particularly fish oils as the amount of EPA and DHA is not necessarily proportional to the amount of pure fish oil in the capsule.A better choice would be a fish oil concentrate such as this one:https://www.amazon.co.uk/Lamberts-Pure-Fish-Oil-1100mg/dp/B002IDPQ3SThis delivers 360mg of EPA and 240mg DHA. Yes, it is more expensive but you get what you pay for. And even these do not provide anywhere near the amount you would get from eating a portion of fish so they are only supplements and not replacements.

People who work from home are somehow different from people who work in an office?I will finish my replies with this: it's always better to get a true ergonomic chair rather than something styled to look like it offers support. There's a reason properly designed chairs cost alot - vice versa theres a reason why these chairs are cheaper (but not actually priced correctly as they are cheaply made).I've worked at a computer for 20+ years so have a lot of practice at sitting and tried many many chairs in my time but each to their own. It's funny how people are getting upset for comparing with alternatives because they are "refurbished". If we offered no alternatives there would be negatives response. Offer something which may just be a better option and get shot down. Buy what you like but don't stop people from sharing. It may help someone else.

This is the first time Ive had the courage to post anything on here because of comments like these that dont make any sense and down vote everyone elses deals. The chairs you are linking too are refurbished and very overpriced for refurbished also. They use a lot less material and look very small also with no neck support for us who are not very 'small'.For people who are not made of money like myself these are amazing + the max i can afford but i would not pay 400 quid for a refurb chair which looks like it is designed to be fancy for a very well off accountant. You have to think who this is aimed at. It is not aimed at those type of people, its aimed at gamers and people who work from home.

i am more interested in performance than paying for designer looks. in fact its about endurance/performance for reasonable price. i have no vested interest in company am a carer fyi. some people on this forum are unduly judgemental of a new mid range chair not refurbed. if you want to compare refurbed with refurbed go ahead then, and post a deal if you have one. as is said you were no worse off for trying and if it doesnt suit you personally as it does others then thats grand.
this is a new op so think they deserve a break for posting something that will suit some not others. thats what this site is about. i couldnt afford your refurbed chair either so thats not relevant to people who prefer new and the warranties etc that comes with that. please be open minded. hope whoever buys the chair is happy with it, i would if had one no doubt. if the styling doesnt appeal thats personal choice and doesnt reflect on the deal. happy new year hukd folks.

Definately Pollacks! "Alaska Pollock (Fish) (58%)", costing £3.31/Kg gross when buying 3 for £5, so, ignoring all the 'fillers', the fish element costs £5.71/Kg

Tesco Value fishfingers contain "Cod (Fish) (64%)" cost £3/Kg overall, and only £4.69/Kg for their fish element tesco.com/gro…347

Which surprised me after checking their ingredients, fish contents, then comparing prices.

Does anyone else think this product range is a bit of a market manipulation by suppliers and sellers. Omega 3 naturally occurs in fish. I always buy genuine cod fish fingers which has Omega 3 and is a far superior quality of fish. This omega 3 version is not cod. It's a significantly inferior white fish or this other Atlantic fish who's name I can't recall right now. So for me spend a little bit more on cod fish or wait for a deal on that. In my opinion they've found a clever way of selling cheap white fish at a premium.

I do love it when people post these ridiculous things with no proof. You cannot get a new physical copy for £12.99 at the moment and time machines do not exist. They are all around the £20 mark. There's also the original version of AX (the arcade version with different handling) that can be played on the Wii too! I shall be investigating further this weekend!

Yeah, GameCube only. It's 14 years old now and there hasn't been another major entry in the series since - Nintendo should really get on that! It still holds up though, and obviously with it being a GameCube game you can also play it on the Wii, or on the Wii U via Nintendont (involves softmodding and ripping the game to hard drive). Some friends bought it for me for my birthday way back in 2003, knowing I was a fan of Wipeout, and I still play it sometimes.

But for other similar, more recent games check out Redout and Formula Fusion (made by a development team formed by ex-Psygnosis developers, who worked on the original Wipeout games). I'm definitely going to pick up the Wipeout Omega Collection at some point but I'm busy with those other two for now.

It's been out for a year my man.

This is good but a shame there's no tracks from any of the old games on PS/Saturn/N64 or even PS2 and PSP games.
Any recommendations for older released but quality games on ps4? got my kids one last week and apart from fifa 17, batman looking for a few more multiplayer games. anyone recommend any third party apps? do ps3 pads work on the ps4?
redout is good... i bought it due to oculus rift support. (PC)....
but unless you have a specific VR requirement then i would say wipeout is still the king of futuristic hover racers.
