I personally would avoid buying anything made by Hannspree. I bought a 13.2 inch tablet and it broke down in two months the I send it for repair to Hannspree, didn't hear from them for 4 weeks and when I called they said they are waiting for replacment from Hannspree Netherlands. And was told to call every week to check. Weeks went by and no sign of fixed tablet then I found out there are people wait I g for thier repairs for over 4 months. Eventually, I assume I was a lucky one, I got a so called refurbished replacment that had a faulty screen on arrival and pretty beaten up. I called the repair centre they pick it up and a week later another even more beaten up replacment arrived with faulty camera. Thus was picked up again for repair and who knows when it will be returned. T had the tablet for 2 months and Hannspree had it for repair for 3 months and still no tablet for me to use. £200 down the drain. I just wrote this as a warning to potential buyers.

Ralph888

I had a Hannspree 10" tablet that was unreliable slow looked good and no backups to help clear the numorous glitches. I agree this is a good price but you should forget any backup in your decision process because Handsree seem to not care.

Phew (:I mine arrived this morning, I was beginning to worry when everyone started getting there's. Have to say I'm loving it so far :D 👌

garryhullah1

Mine's here (y) Huawei health app was already on my phone so I just selected which device to pair and it did this and updated to the latest software ;) loving it. Forgot to say I didn't have to scan the QR code as mentioned in a earlier post.

iKayZee

Mine stopped working after just under a month but I emailed RG and they just sent out a replacement yesterday. Thought I'd put that here in case anyone has any issues with theirs and is wondering how the customer service is.

April Fool! LOL

mchu6am4

Right I need some help... My band has been working fine but for some reason it's disconnected from the phone and won't reconnect or pair again! In fact the band is no longer visible to any phone and has a line across the Bluetooth symbol! I've tried reboot phone, uninstalling apps etc without luck... Is there any way to factory reset the band (from the band only)?

Emayne

Perfect watch

jamie015

Maybe you could email the CEO? But tbh, it looks like you can't get a refund from PayPal - you may have to rely on Rosegal unfortunately (skeptical)

ronin13

Help, A somewhat alarming turn of events for anybody dealing with Rosegal! And, Paypal no doubt. Watch was sent on the 28th March and tracked into the UK on the 1st April. After which it has disappeared. I have gone through the Paypal claims process and after offering me 12 pounds to close the case (which I refused), Paypal have washed their hands of the matter and ruled in Rosegal’s favour stating: “We've completed our review and unfortunately are not able to decide this case in your favor. The seller provided reasonable proof that the item was sent to you.” All tracking ceases after the watch hit the UK on the 1st April and I have contacted Rosegal and they state it’s not a tracking number but a reference number!!! So with little or no evidence Paypal have sided with Rosegal even after Rosegal offered me £12 through the Paypal resolution. And Rosegal are unwilling to offer a “solution” until the shipping window has passed, which is the 27th May according to them. A 2 month shipping window! The watch arrived in the UK within 3 days of shipping from the supplier. Anybody got any ideas how to take on Paypal? I’ve gone through the initial claim and appeal.

I bought this in a lightening deal for £15.99. It's been excellent! This isn't the cheapest price though and it's regularly reduced.

steford

This looks identical to the iWown i5 Plus which was around at about £9-£12 a few months back. I bought one, liked it a lot but moved on to something better selling it for £7. There is a newer iWown model out. At £30 the price is ridiculous. For around £10 it's a good fitness tracker, watch and smart app notifier.

Partypooper

Buy a mi band 2, can't recommend it enough... brilliant!

solid

This was £15 on a lightening deal a week ago. I expect the price will drop to around that soon enough Nice little things though.

smallclone

Some of these cheap Chinese activity bands are shocking. You think you are getting a bargain as it is a third of the cost of the name brands, but they don't last more than a few months.

Shinoke

It's still not a very good comparison. Netflix etc. can be better compared with similar services like Spotify, Amazon Instant Video, Google's streaming services etc. Basically services where not only are the infrastucture and development costs greater, but there are significant content and licensing costs too. A lot of the SaaS fitness services etc. are arguably rather overpriced. Besides, there are alternative models - such as paying for certain features, for upgrades, etc. Anyway, consumer reticence regarding SaaS pricing models is very understandable, regardless of the viability of alternative models.

buddn07

Irrespective of the company, a SaaS that is maintained and improved has ongoing costs. A one time purchase is not a viable business model to allow for continual development.

Shinoke

It's completely different. Netflix have to maintain massive infrastructure, but more importantly, they regularly pay for content, and create their own content. SaaS for basic apps and software generally is a far more expensive model for the consumer than the traditional model of paying once for software, and then again if you want to upgrade to a newer version. It makes sense for the companies adopting those models, but arguably it often isn't justified (in that, it's staggeringly more profitable - and the cost for just one year of use can be far greater than one would ever spend on the application).

3.33 Euro? There may be a clue there. I don't think you are on the right store. Showing as 0.10 of our great British pounds to me.
