Each to their own I suppose. I wouldn't call hikvision kit (rebadged or not) inferior though, they've overtaken dahua as the market leader
Thats EOL 1 year warranty, without cables or HD and although another OEM HiVision (their older stuff) I'd still say Swan is better especially when you are talking security and IP cameras. Time you have added the extras as a cost its a lot more and for an arguably inferior brand with EOL support. I'd go the Costco deal. Not saying the deal you found is bad just Costco is better for my needs.
Of course it's IP... it's PoE. https://www.jmcsecure.co.uk/wbxk424-wbox-3mp-8-ch-ip-cctv-system-with-4-vari-focal-ik10-dome-cameras Granted you have to sort yourself out a HDD but still a better value deal than this
We bought a similar Swann kit from Costco a couple of years ago for £200; can't remember the model but it will have been lower spec. Had no issues with it and picture quality is good. Best thing is that Costco have an excellent returns policy if you want to take it back.
That wouldn't be IP based and comparable or have a hard drive in the PVR. Nearest comparable on that site is the 4 x HikVision + PVR no hard disk, mounting bracket or cables £257 time you've added these its nearer £350.
