Useful information to bear in mind. Thanks.

Something to bear in mind with Lebara (I've been with them for a few years now) is that non-geographic international numbers aren't supported at all. I'm not just talking about the international inclusive minutes here... you can't even pay for a call to an international non-geographic number; it simply won't connect. Crazy situation and caused me much frustration when trying to call an airline about a reservation I needed to change and the only numbers they published were toll-free international (being non-geographic, I couldn't use them!)

Thankyou for explaining (y)

5G sim will work in the phone and it will get 4G/3G/2G coverage if 5G is unavailable; you just won't be able to use 5G speed/network.

Are you joking? Per my last answer, a 5G SIM like in this offer will work fine where there is only a 4G signal or in a 4G phone. I don't think she does.

Smarty 8GB 5G data, unltd min/text, EU roaming, £3.50pm for 3 months (£7 after) - One month contract @ Smarty

Decent offering, considering there is no 12month commitment you can cancel after three month.…

Smarty customer service is non existent no actual call centres so should be a lot cheaper than what they already are

Same ex SMARTY user here, a nightmare!

I've been with them a couple years. Not the greatest UX in the webapps and such but coverage is fine (I do not spend time in London), price great. Obviously your mileage will absolutely vary when it comes to coverage, but I find them no worse than competitors. I have worse coverage with Vodafone personally. Customer service probably really does suck in all honesty. All Web based unless something has changed lately. But I've never needed it.

Three network False coverage claims Useless CS Telcos using the three network create most mobile package offers on here & the lowest prices. Ask yourself why these companies are not massive?

You get 14 days cooling off period for a renewal. Just contact them and see if they can give you a cheaper deal. If not ask them to revert it and then get your PAC code. Hopefully, they’ll offer you a better deal.

Was paying double and allowed me to upgrade. Thanks for saving me cash!

So how does it work with Disney? I have 2 sims to sign contract for separately, will I be able to create new account for disney for first 3 months and then use another 3 months on the same account from another phone contract? Is it a voucher code I put somewhere, activation link or how does it work?

25gb limit on data usage abroad

Hey, do you know if it’s better than Vodafone? I’m thinking of jumping ship from them because the reception can be crap.

Cheers, yeah I think I'll just go for it :D

I'm wondering the same. As it's over 30gb per month it should be. But I think this deal states that 5g download speeds will be restricted on this special tariff. So it could well be that other limitations might apply.

I already got a contract with Volt benefits. I was wondering if i take another contract would that mean i can get double the speed and double the data?

Has anyone found out if the international roaming is included for free?

I wonder how long this deal will last my phone gets switched over to O2 today so not sure wether to do it now it’s such a good deal, I got a Volt Virgin sim that’s only 10Gb for £12! Mind you I don’t use that much data anymore

Like EC1 postcodes. Old Street etc..

It seems like these brilliant deals ( 20GB for £8 or 5GB for £6 ) are still available, if: 1. You are an existing O2 customer, and 2. You want additional SIM card (Not available as an

On Lebara yes. Most of the fares include international minutes with aprox. 40 countries.

I don't think international calls are included?

Yes its a single bill for both contracts but you can check what they have charged for each. The charge stated for the main number is fine but for the new number its really high which was I dont get. New number I took out was active just over a week before the billing date. So no idea why the bill for this number is so high.

If you add a new number to your existing account, you will have a single bill containing both numbers with billing date remaining the same as before. The new contract therefore might start half-way of the billing period and billed as one and half month, etc. At least this is what happened to my bill.

That's what I said. Not called them as waiting times are a joke. Just spoke to them on the live chat. They said the bill was gona be higher as pro rata basis but I think that is complete BS it should have been £8 or may slightly more but no way on earth nearly £3 more. Not sure what to do as they won't give any credit either and just fobbing me off.
