Thanks Mr Rai As mentioned above, I am on an old Legacy plan called Talk & Text 500 (with unlimited data added) about 3 years ago. Nowhere on the website does my old plan show up. Hence the confusing phone calls with the Three reps and ignorant call centres. They arent sure themselves how to interpret the EU law/Ruling and whats advertised on their website. You seem to have a great deal at £6.87 for AYCE ! How did you manage that? Thanks your further inputs, guys/
Does not show you if you got Roam around the world when signed into the three web site But it does say “Our Essential Plans give you Go Roam in Europe, while our Advanced Plans let you use Go Roam Around the World. Check out our plan details.” So maybe check what plan your on there site , View or download the price guide (pdf) that is relevant to you below:
I dont use the Three app on my phone, since I purchased the phone separately from China. ANy other ideas?
Not sure but I think Go roam in 72 countries is available to everybody meaning all new and old customers on advanced plans. Maybe if you commit for another 12 months then you should get it as my wife didn’t have it in August when we went abroad but when she upgraded ( renewed up contract) she was offered it I think people on old essential plans only get ho roam in Europe not the full 72 countries like you do with advanced contracts. If you sign into my 3 then it should show up
Does it show go roam as being active in the plan section of the app?
