they only get excited about £200 Xiaomi bargain phones.

aminibrar

In your opinion...

shariifi

It's not just cold but very cold. The reason is simple overly priced.

NotMarki

Don't be discouraged, I have no experience in contracts but as someone said in the comments they seem to go cold all the time. Nothing you've done

VashTech

This was my first deal and everyone just voted COLD on it. I'm done with posting deals on HUKD. I thought people come here to save money, and when I post a money saving deal, it gets voted down. WTH

I'm not the one protesting here....

rosscopark

I hear the s11 will have a defibrillator facility!

cecilmcroberts

It's also known as "The Samsung Yearly Upgrade Program", other places have had similar, but basically it's a lease deal, already been around for a couple of years.

maxyone1

Samsung is following on Apple's footsteps. >£1000 for a phone. This is ridiculous! Soon we'll have companies leasing phones! It is a bloody phone not a l device that someone's life depends on it. These companies are taking the piss.

waterloo

"thou doth protest too much"

Anyone reckon I can use the John Lewis warranty to get the screen replaced on the s8? Or would that not be covered not sure if saying I was unable to sell it would work ha

Dave_c

Sent my s8 back to claim the 260 apparently there's slight screen burn so offered me 160! What jokers it's barely visible. They can send the phone back. Proper scammers

NotInMyLifetime

For anyone that isn't aware, the earbuds sent out will only be in white. I got a confirmation email from them yesterday saying my claim was successful so I sent them a message asking if it would be possible to send black ones out to me but they stated that it is only white ones that are part of the promotion, suppose they're better than the bright yellow ones though.

0racle

For those of you who are trading in, does it come with a pre-paid bag to ship your old phone off?

robbp

it took me several attempts on one of the phones but had emails that state it can take 7 days to verify the claim

julieallen

You said you could get the phone under £25, its £649 after the trade in.

daz_75

I didn't say this phone. Always worth reading posts properly. Sorry I rounded it up. Less than £25

julieallen

so not this phone and not for £25 then? This deal isn't good anyway,

I can only assume you are talking about the completely different old model. I mean these aren't out yet and none of the extremely positive reviews calling these airpod killers have talked about the issue you mention.

MrSwitch

Well it just says £20 sim free, so at a guess I'd say you'd only get £20, and you'll be hard pushed to get the £115

mikeyrobbo

TBF there's no mention of it needing to be a contract on that £115 one. If it does its very misleading

mikeyrobbo

odd thing to get worked up about

mikeyrobbo

Is the quidco on sim free too or just new contracts? There's zero information on the quidco page about what purchase actually qualifies you for the cashback.

Still waiting on my buds

GavinMeredith96

Yes I did get the email although I did not check !

ayeshasi

Lucky u. Did u get email to say they will be delivered today?

GavinMeredith96

My wireless buds arrived today, although they got delivered at 7.01am 😴

feelthevibe

I just an email to say that I need to pay another £50 due to damage on my phone after they've had the phone for 16 days. Not particularly impressed, particularly as the Ts & C's say they'll contact you if there's an issue within 10 days. What happened to the other person this affected?
