Got an email, these are on offer for £5.99 in Ryman Stores (not online as £7.99 when checked on website). Usually £18.99 so a good saving!

Deal now no longer available in this store, shelves have been cleared by HUKD'ers! Not expiring this though as the price may still be available in other stores.

jamie015

Indeed, but if somebody couldn't find it in Asda then Tesco is the next best option. This was in Romford, the Asda there just had a massive refurb and all reduced stuff seems to have dried up (presumably removed) so I'd say this is better for anyone local.

jamie015

That's a shame. I'm guessing it's probably only reduced in some stores, maybe Express stores only? This was a normal tag reduction and was also available in another store so I'm guessing it varies.

RG101

Full price in Newport, Cardiff Road. I scanned them to check. Only the bad boys in the pic with a slight reduction...

amarone82

It was 25p in asda

Depends if they were in good condition to be honest.

Darzen

And I bet if you won a pair of your mum's knickers in a raffle, you wouldn't be too happy if she said they were your dad's.

blondeyforever

I got the 5 pack of black sharpies for 30p today instore, amongst some other great deals posted within the link mentioned earlier in the thread.

Planter1

Thanks for the maths, it helps show that 0.15% is better than 0%. So some people have and will take benefit of this deal. Enjoy your eve watching your new 4K tv. Sounds a bargain.

ikonanddiva

As there are 631 Asda retails stores, there's a 0.15% chance of getting an appropriate up vote. Local (non-national) deal = cold. My auntie is selling a brand new 4K HDTV for 1p. There's only 1 in stock and I've bought it. Let's make that deal go blistering hot. Daft!

Brand and quality. Name recognition goes a long way.

I must be missing something, what's all the fuss over Sharpies? Coloured permanent pens can't be that few and far between.

They just work well plus you can get high on the fumes whilst writing lol

Patr100

What us it about these Sharpies? What makes them any better or sought after than other marker pens?

+43 degree's. Another example of why the voting system on this site is as much use as a chocolate fire guard or radio on a motorcycle

spicy_gal

Cheeky WHS had these for £9.99 a few months ago

Jonobiwan

Fair point, this one particular has been a little cheaper in the past but that was about 6 months ago. I guess we’ll see what happens with all the back to school sales in the next few weeks.

Deedie

This is a terrible price compared to most Sharpie deals. Packs this size and bigger are always on offer for £6 in Tesco. I would wait till that deal is on again, it's on that often that it feels like it never ends
