I have a 30 litre simplehuman bin and Brabantia “G” bags are fine

This is going to bug me.... Do you have a round top/cylindrical simplehuman bin? Can't see how the Brabantia G liner will fit the top of my bin....
Does anyone know a good cheap source for 10L tie bin bags? (for brabantia bin, non-generic)
Free delivery on orders over £49.

That’s too many bin liners.

Hahahaha! Wilko bin liners work well.

Tried the Wilkos bin liners once, they split, so went straight back to Brabantia

I've got this and the full length one. They are both excellent quality. Not cheap but they look good
Also on Amazon at same price, but with a delayed delivery. Quite a few reviews saying it rusts quite quickly - which is odd for a shower caddy!
Superb quality, I bought the full length one for my mums wet room, seemed expensive at the time but it's still as good as new 2 years on.

So why is this bin so good? I'm genuinely interested.

Personally i'm not a fan of pedal bins - hate them.
I liked the brabantia too with the push lid that opens but the thing I like about the simplehuman is that you can open it by nudging it with your knee/hip etc.

Love the way the bin liners fit on so perfectly too
yus786

Anyone know if this is instore too?

To answer my own question yes it is available instore, it was marked up at £99 and also scanned at £99 at first but the cashier has to press next or finish or whatever and then the price drops to £45

Just because as you're constantly bleating on that it's not designed to be refilled doesn't mean that it can't - as I've proved! Common sense prevails obviously when you're detaching the top from the bottle, but I'd hardly say it's a risky task.

Jamming a screwdriver in to the refill pack and hoping for the best every time you want to refill it isn't common sense.
Common sense would be buying a system that is designed to be refilled.

Sounds like this stuff was designed for me...

Heat.
All Tescos are due a big stock check soon and need to clear anything that shouldn't still be for sale or in storage asap so loads of lines being discontinued and stores cleared out UK wide.

It's all down to having a bit of luck with your local having excess items or finding bashed/old edition items in storage etc! Last night I picked up two Braun Silk Epil 5 hair removal kits for £2.50 each these sell for up to £99!! But they were literally just being put on the shelf and I spoke to manager who was loading the shelves to ask about the massive reduction he said they need rid of everything quick and explained the stock check. I took two and a girl took the other one so they were on display for about three seconds!! Said he had sold some Xbox Ones earlier for under £75 as well so missed out on them.

Really need a bit of luck to get a deal I just passed at the right time! Picked up cycling items too, stationery , cushions and toiletries that were all discontinued too. Worth a look in your local Extra especially but don't go looking for certain items as unlikely anything will be widespread. Sounds like they get punished for having excess items rather than for selling it off at a massive loss!!
doubt it will be national, which is a shame, their stuff is decent quality so would be a bargain at that price
Great thanks! Their products are usually quite pricey

I guess it looks better than a bucket or a festering mound of filth in the corner of your kitchen.
I've had a simple human bin for a few years now and it's wearing really well. The only negative thing I would say is that the chrome bit on the lid is a 'painted' chrome. So as we have cleaned it over time we've had it, it looks a bit faded. Good deal though OP. Think we paid about £40 for our slightly larger one. Heat

"A lot" is a relative term. What you say sounds like they can't afford it then...

We have a 25l version of this for rubbish in the kitchen and smaller pedal bins for the toilets. We got them all years ago and are still like new. The butterfly one in particular is really good because the design of the lid means it opens completely and put can still be put into tight spaces.
