Wow, great price for these. Sure it’s expensive, but if you’re in the market for it the next best price is at Amazon at £69.95 for ONE, not two. Simplehuman's sensor soap pump is… Read more

Exactly where mine currently are

I’ll keep an eye. Would be great for main bathroom and kitchen.

joeymcjoe

They are top notch! I’m sure they will be reduced again though.

Gutted missed this! It’s £99 now

Unfortunately Costco don't have the moisture plus in the 5L only the 6x500ml. The ones I have don't have pumps on the Carex bottles so I can put the bottle in the recycling once its in the reusable pump. Also no batteries or anything to worry about.

Maybe they just have more disposable income to spend than you have? Jealousy can be a terrible affliction. Leads to name calling and all sorts of other things.

Cheapest (new) on any of those search engines is £69. Are you just making things up? Because you can't seem to substantiate any of your wild claims.

Where can I buy this item for a "fraction of this price eslewhere"? I am seriously asking as I have the Gen 1 version of this that I got for £29 from Costco and it has done a sterling job for the last 4 years. If you could kindly point me to the same item around £30, I will happily buy it.

hal2play

Given that these are usually £70 each then I agree with the poster that £100 for two is a good deal for those wanting to purchase this particular product. I also understand not every wants/can spend £50 for a soap dispenser, but many can and do quite happily; this alone should not be enough reason to vote cold! Heat from me! And yes, I think these are a great little product and they are well reviewed on Amazon

Didn't realise you had any, doesn't show (lol)

Haha I work for a charity....My point was simply it might not be a deal for you but it’s a good price for this bin and brand. So don’t insult people’s intelligence.

Why would I want to hang coats ect under the stairs? I have a cloak room for that and as regards the mentioned cupboard it was a large walk in pantry off the kitchen when I bought the house. Holds loads of junk too and is out of sight. Stating some people prefer food ect to fancy bins isn't a contradiction it's just a FACT. As regards saying you need a bigger kitchen that was a tongue in cheek reply to somebody who seems to be very concerned with looks, buying a bigger kitchen would help achieve that !Enjoy your bin and I will enjoy putting a decent meal on the table for the whole family, which we all fit in our 4 bedroom detached house. Ever given money to those in need? I doubt it but at least your kitchen looks lovely :{

chris556

Ermmm I live in a 6 bed house, why would you put a bin under the stairs? I have all shoes / Coats hanging up in there don't fancy the bin making it smell. I love the bin I bought, sorry but I prefer quality over quantity. Also you're contradicting yourself by stating some prefer food over 'luxuries' but then stating I need a bigger kitchen? Enjoy your £8 bin apologies If I hit a nerve but for this product it's a good deal and personally I'd say it's pretty middle of the road.

im confused... 2 pages of comments all saying "dont get one", "use a bag" and "no good for the thicker bags" And yet this deal is still at 885 degrees

davej1710

I've two of these & bought from amazon a few years back. Positives: - Looks nice - Well designed on the whole - Reasonable size. Negatives: - Newer thicker bags or bags for life don't really work in it. Too thick to pull out. - Mounting plates aren't well designed. Because of the thicker bags, it's easier to pull back out from the top, but the whole until lifts off the mounting screws on the back plate. It's obviously designed to pull down but worth noting if it won't dispense thicker bags from the bottom, there's no alternative other than from the top.

seftonblake

I use a bag to hold all other bags and it didn't cost me £6.67 Not knocking the OP, nor his effort

B00mer15

You're not obliged to take them, of it was hot dog poop, you wouldn't take it.
