All Smart Discounts, Offers and Sale - April 2018
Probably kicking himself now.
You were going to read reviews before snatching this bargain??
Just about to buy then OOS !!
20th March it was
I bought it myself from amazon for £159 about 6 weeks ago on a one day deal they did. Then decided I didn’t want the pop switch thing and returned that only and they refunded me £60! Well happy with that result
What do you base your info on? I used Camelcamelcamel.
Not true at all
I did the same
already mentioned here first comment https://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/hisense-h50n6800-uled-hdr-4k-ultra-hd-smart-tv-50-with-freeview-play-dark-grey-419-coop-electrical-2928793 but heat for posting first
Bad like how?
Decent screens (in general) and smart software easy and basic. The firmware however is bad so be aware.
Is this a lower spec than h55m7000
Nice one @Frank30uk
I have this washing machine from Argos it arrived dented and the holding bolts to the drum was near impossible to take out (annoyed) . But got them out in the end. (horror) Has it was damaged there sending me a new one out :D . Luckily I only paid 199 for it when it was on offer. took out the warrant so should be OK. Its worked fine since it arrived a mouth ago (pirate)
I’d never have a candy again, bought one just over a year ago and it’s shocking. Good luck
Hoover/Candy - no thanks! Poor reliability. If you're going for a budget machine you can't beat BEKO. If you can go mid-market there are plenty of Bosch machines to choose from. Check Which? if you can.
That's a shame, I have a really old (about 8yrs) Candy Tumble Dryer that I use daily for dog blankets & it's never had a problem, the zanussi one I bought 14mths ago for normal family use packed up last mth 3 weeks out of warranty
Personally I would avoid Hoover/Candy. Ours has been nothing but trouble from the word go. It's had new control modules, motors, pumps and god knows what else. It's only had light use and a year where it was used even less! Fortunately, we had a warranty agreement under which we are now requesting a replacement as the motor spectacularly gave up again.
Only larger stores are likely to have stock. For reference, none in Weston-Super-Mare.
I bit.... nothing in my local Kingston Park!! Worse still I was only after a bulb!!!! ;(
Nothing Tesco gillingham
NC450 barcode is 6835364095208 HS110 is 6935364094287 For anyone with access to the Tesco Employee App.
Only 4 bulbs on the shelf. I did buy the last camera and 3 plugs. Been holding out from all the Amazon deals. Don’t need bulbs as I’m full hue in the house. Inverurie doesn’t stock any of the 3.
I'm not sure about sensors (as I've only bought my first one from this deal) but I use iConnectHue on the iPhone which is much better than the official app and lets you do so much more.
Or integrate with other services, ifttt or as I've just started to use webcore with smartthings (obviously with extra kit)
you can change that in settings to come on as bright as you want
Im just saying cause someone posted it for the first time nd this gentleman is saying he got it cheaper several years ago maybe samsung told him try this prototype for cheap 5 to 10 years ago..
Several years .... how many?
Confirmed, it's how I got mine too.
Good reply. People get upset when someone else had got a better deal. Btw, i got it off bluelightcard app for £299, and came with a free Gearfit 2 band that i sold on ebay for £130 (did it twice-and sold both for profit, again on ebay).
Official UK Samsung store EPP at launch interest free for 24 months at £250. And no I won't be providing evidence as you choosing to believe me or not won't make the slightest bit of difference to my life.
If it’s within your budget and you really cannot stretch further get it. :) warranty extensions can always be purchased after.
I've noticed it doesn't matter what's on offer there's always some to ho anything is a deal! If there's anyone ho is trying to tear this deal apart, maybe they have a point as few weeks ago you could had 55 4k for extra £50. Now how many 55 4k's you can buy for £380?
Well you’ve been extremely lucky getting over three years out of your Vestel. That said their older stuff is better made than the current crop – they’re gradually getting worse with each passing year. This, for me is way over priced for what it is. At this point in time it really should be around the £250 mark – same price as 1080p Polaroid, Techwood and DigiHome Vestels when they’re on offer as they ALL use the same chassis – you’re basically paying £80 for a Tosh badge. It’s even colder when you consider in recent weeks Samsung and LG 55” 4k models have been sub £450, over £100 more yes but they’ll be head over heels better than this + they’re 4K and you don’t have to deal with Ebuyer. Each to their own I guess.
I have a Toshiba which is a Vestel and it works just fine and has been for the last 3 years. So no issues with Vestel. You cant actually compare this to TVs which are £450 or more as thats 25% more. At this price point if someone is going to buy these they will definitely not shell out for 4K blurays at £20 each. And any other 4K content is non existent. So makes excellent sense to buy these as a stop gap until 4K matures. Great deal :D
Ebuyer+Vestel = trouble. Personally I would avoid Ebuyer at all costs but if you must they do a 55" 4K Linsar-Bauhn TV for £309 which will probably be more reliable than the "Toshiba" plus its 4K. Ultimately, Vestel TV's only make sense when they're backed up with an extended warranty from the likes of Costco, John Lewis, Richer etc.
Sony Samsung and LG have 10bit panels at this £1000-£1100 stick to Comments let the deal makers post deals! 2 deals from u in 8 years? ur comments? Try google and maybe u can post ur comment? sorry deal!
For true 0 for true 10bit looking at £1500 minimum
It’s not a true 10 bit panel it’s still a 8+2
QLED and ULED are just marketing terms designed to sound a bit like OLED to confuse you into thinking they might be OLED. In reality they mean nothing important and are simply standard LCD TVs. OLED is a completely different screen technology.
Thankyou, just deciding whether the 55inch model will be better for me which has been linked in this thread or not. Watch alot of netflix so il want the best quality. So its size vs quality
Ouch!! Oh well it cost me £40 in total as John Lewis refunded me a total of £549 for an older Samsung that was 3.5 years old that they couldn't get parts for but was still under warranty. So impressed with John Lewis!
About one or two weeks ago this same set was going cheap at £450 or just under.
How come so cold??!
N 55" for 399
I mean posted on here.
Just bear in mind that every now and then you could find a 49in Finlux Smart 4k TV fron this site now and then for £220.
For the price it's ok... (popcorn)
Uh, stay away from Sharp tvs. I got one last year from Tesco 49 inch smart TV. Next I'll pay more and get a decent brand....
Out of stock now
The 49“ is a WHICH? Best Buy
Model no in the title would have helped
How would I know what panel Tv's are? Never see it in the specifications? Cheers
Yeah I feel that, but I don't think you'll see this set at that price again. The £450 last week was a pricing error. I'm inclined to wait it out a bit though and see what prices come up nearing the world cup like you say. would prefer to buy from RS for the 6yr warranty anyway.
dude, you need to http://www.talktofrank.com/
I'm interested. You must be great fun at parties lol
Inform me what the hell it's got to do with you ? Plus please - URGENTLY - take a "Keep your nose out of others business pill"
Inform me what the hell it's got to do with you ?
Back up to £399 now.
Agree it is quite low brightness to have as a main TV in the living room, but fine for the bedroom where I wouldn't want it too bright anyway
The stands put me off
John lewis won't price match Amazon as they are online only.
what to do now pls
There's protection just not in the form of paypal payment you get a time limit depending on item if it doesn't come close enough by then claim money back ive done it before so problem.
Does anyone known if this would work with an Amazon Fire TV as a games controller?
Alas no Paypal with Aliexpress, so less protection.
Looks very nice, but the price is meh.
Its only just over £20 from places on aliexpress. Cold.
I got mine for £450 great tv!
43" 3K RGBW panel for nearly £400 sounds expensive...
Cheaper than an iPhone! For me web os with a magic remote is worth the premium, don't think this has if tho? Normal remotes seem a bit weird after a few years of a magic remote
Mad how good this makes the 55 inch mu6120 deal sound Cost me 449 from ao.com and couldn't be happier for what I paid picture spot in
Similarly waiting for a 49'' deal.
Where are all the decent high spec TV deals. I'm losing my mind!!!
would be if your tv remote is not working, but thats not the point you should not have to but if you are happy to put up with that then fine,i replied to a post from Kevin_McD who was not happy having to use tv remote as well
Thats odd. Currently watching bbc1 hd and changing volume fine
Really. Too difficult to use tv remote for you.
i would take it back and get refund if thats the case, cos obviously not fit for purpose
Interested to get this but I wonder how good is the quality of HDMI cable... Not too concerned about the free box with it.
all gone expired it
3 left. hopefully someone here managed to snag it.
