I ordered a couple of days ago and got an order confirmation email today. I check my Shopto account and it's like the order doesn't exist but the payment of £21.85 has been taken from my debit card. I check my messages and it says the order can't be fulfilled due to stock discrepancies. But I've now got £21.34 on my Shopto account. Hmm, what is that all about?? Why wasn't the original payment refunded. I never asked for the money to go on my shopto account ... either I get the game, or the money should be refunded to the original payment method. Not happy 😔

Ubisoft have fixed this 'plague' of bugs and I played through from start to finish a couple weeks ago experiencing none. The only noticeable thing is the longer loading times than console... But this is the switch after all isn't it? What do people expect? Fantastic game, loved playing it on the go. Recommend it to you friends

I played this on a PS4. A great game.

As of today they still work I don't think they will cancel the codes on these copies as even the Towelie DLC got sent out with the order as well

The stick of truth codes were supposed to expire, however as if the past few days they have still been working however Ubisoft could cancel the codes at anytime, although that would be unlikely.

The code for Towelie is inside the game case, I don't know what the 16 digit code is all about. Too many digits for PS4/Xbox One! You get the first game and the DLC inside the case tho.

I just collected it (thanks a lot op) and was given a 16 digit code on a reciept. Anyone else get this and know where to redeem it? says something about towelie

We are sorry we made a mistake. The GAME reservation you placed for South Park: The Frac for 19.99 GBP cannot be fulfilled at our Croydon store because the store does not have the item in stock.

I reserved twice from the same store, and received a message saying it was out of stock on both occasions. Went into the store and they had two PS4 collector's editions sitting over by the counter. Bought one at £19.99.

Sad to hear some stores practices and behaviour towards customers, like I said above they will only chase customers away behaving like that... And they wonder why Game are in trouble, think some stores really need to improve customer service... won't be around much longer with antics like that!

Indeed, if you can still find down your local Tesco it's way worth the extra couple of quid to get a shrink wrapped disc that doesn't smell of musty houses and has damaged inserts.

I picked up new and sealed copy from Smyths two weeks ago, despite it stating it expires 31st Jan '18, my code still worked!

Mine just turned up and it had a "The Stick of Truth" download code with it that worked! Nice little bonus I wasnt expecting
