It's a shame because TY has some very good quality toys. I think this doll is good quality too, that's why I bought it.

Seems they made rather a habit of "getting into trouble" with people, if you read the wiki! (To the extent that it became a rather transparent marketing ploy, rather than crass ineptitude!)

Oh my god, these are the dolls that got in trouble with the Obamas. Totally read about that a while ago!

Is this the doll equivalent of calling Beckham's wife 'posh'?

Gosh - she's been around for a while! These were introduced in 2007 by TY, the same pople who engineered the nonsense which was the "Beanie Babies" phenomenon of the 1990s and "retired" only a few months after This makes some interesting reading on wiki Thankfully my kids are well beyond this, so I won't have to mount a search party, but £1.99 seems about right :|

Nutri-brex Coconut & Crispy Rice 75p at Asda Southampton
LocalLocalFound 30th SepFound 30th Sep
4 left on the reduced from "25p" (cheapest thing I saw was 50p so) shelf (Southampton). Most likely local.

Regular price is £3.99 at Holland and Barrett so this is a great deal. Worth checking if you're in Asda anyway. This brand does seem to be disappearing from the mainstream stores!

Eh I just tried this and it's not great. I don't recommend buying it for anyone that doesn't have to have gluten-free cereal.

It would have had no bearing on the point of my statement which is why I didn't mention it. It's ironic that on one hand you feel the need to preach checking facts when you might want to familiarise yourself with them before spouting nonsense like 'always poor attendances'. Maybe you weren't aware that back when you had the Dell before the addition of all seater stadia, there were many seasons where Pompey had the highest match attendances. Not bad considering we spent a fair chunk of the time a division or two below you.

You obviously need to study the history as they were in the top tier in 88, so their promotion year they'd get more and also in the top flight, you got relegated in one season though, always poor attendances.

Glad you pointed out the FACTS ." They arent selling many season tickets this year either " where did that come from ? over 10,000 for the last 3 seasons is the envy of many a club quite possibly ( and i say that because its not fact ) even in the premiership.Maybe one thing which will also be about the same is our wait for a new ground .As long as we keep the atmosphere in the new ground it will be most welcome.

From 87 - 99 Southampton averaged 16,912 playing top level football. Pompey in the same era averaged 15,923 in the second tier, so it's hardly a landslide. We've sold 15,000 season tickets so far, meaning Pompey seats will be sold out for every home game this season. This means for a third season in a row we'll have hit capacity, so yeah no need to expand. In the season you were promoted from League One you took 3000 to Charlton, we took 4000 last year. In the same year you took 1500 to MK Dons, we took 6200. Same year 2200 went to Notts County, we took double that when we played Notts County a couple of years back in League Two. I could pull out a hatful of examples of how we're just as well supported as the Saints.

They canceled my order even though there is more in stock today

Good price, but this will come down again - it does every year.. At that time of year the ship will be mainly elderly. Not a great ship though - Nicknamed Chavtura. If you don’t like flying it’s ideal, otherwise fly to Miami / Fort Lauderdale and cruise from there. No bad weather and cheaper

That's amazing. We've booked for Tenerife next week and Lanzarote in November. But we'll certainly be keeping a close eye on pricing for next year as it's our 30th anniversary.

Haha, I don't mind at all, it was Direct with Royal Caribbean. The free drinks package offer ended on 2nd July but keep your eye out, they bring it back regularly. Celebrity have a free drinks and wifi offer on at the moment, they're great cruises as well. It shows £1693 total but there was also $300 (£230) on board spends included which we can use to buy cigarettes and Grey Goose :D which we would buy anyway, so that makes it approx £1463 for the 2 of us.

Maybe. But not with P&O

Some cruises gratuities are compulsory I've been told by friends, family who've been on cruises

That is bad.

That’s one way to use all your annual leave in one block

I wouldn't book anything that far in advance with P&O because you can't guarantee they won't sell the ship before you sail. Last year they sold off Adonia and cancelled all cruises booked beyond the sale date. Last week they announced they're selling off Oriana next year and cancelling all bookings beyond that sale date. Thousands of very loyal customers have been badly let down.

Wow 2020. Plenty of time to save up for the excursions, drinks etc then.

Look at iglucruise for ideas on price

May I ask did he book with the cruise line directly? Or with travel agent? £50ish a night on a cruise just seems to good to be true! I am very interested to hear more details! Thanks

Cunard is what I would call a more traditional cruise experience ... everything just that little more upmarket. Nothing wrong with P&O and probably better for younger travellers

If you take the organised tour with the cruise company you don't need a visa

You are right, you are looking at £200 plus for a two day tour depending who you book with. I was in St Petersburg at the end of May as part of a cruise and you have to do this. There is no way you could do this by yourself and trying to get around all the places of interest in the time that you have there.

Agreed, physiological differences, yes, assuming every male and every female are presumed to grow to their full physical potential and then compared only on that, but struggle to agree that this somehow relates to how good a standard of player in real world terms this produces. Comparing all the greatest ever male (and female) players shows a massive difference if only taking into account their "biological and physical" attributes. Surely, even if only comparing males with other males, there's more to any footballer than just physical potential. I'd take Pele, Owen or Vardy over Sol Campbell anyday in my starting 11.

You don't seem to think there's biological athletic and physical differences between men and women when it's a fact that there is. Womens football would not be at the same standard or higher regardless of what you suggested.

Which part doesn't make sense to you? We'll try and explain it for you.

The women's game has come on huge leaps and bounds. To the point where I will always watch the Lionesses play in Major competitions now. The great thing is, at the rate things are improving. The best is yet to come in the women's game. However, I must say that the goalkeepers for some reason are absolutely shocking across the board. And I can't figure out why that would be? Anyway, I'd pay to watch professionals who represent our great country. Regardless of gender 8)
