I’ve tested literally dozens of goggles over the years and these are the best fit I’ve ever found: zero leakage and comfortable. I bought four pairs (which should keep me going for a year or two!) thanks again.

It’s a dw fitness centre about 1 mile away , in November it goes up to £35 a month so il decide down the line what I want to do but would need to cancel mid October , long term I can freeze my account come spring/ summer where I’m on my road bike and use the gym rest of year is the plan .

Cold from me. Edinburgh is 380 miles away from sunny Swindon where I'm based. Since I don't drive I have to cycle every where. I'm quite fit, llocally I am known as speedy sid. But even so if I biked to Edinburgh I don't think I will have enough energy to cycle back let alone do a fitness class. Might just go for a leisurely splash in the pool though.

I've booked Groupon hotel deals before and had no problems. If you are concerned about dates, you can always ring the hotel before you buy the groupon for an idea of availability

Cold, you have to purchase the deal BEFORE finding out what dates are available, so probably only some Mondays (except for the August bank holiday) available . :/

we struggled with that, think it might be easier once its full as it has no where to drop down. edit: yup, with the pool full its wel easy to put the cover on. need a solar one though as its freezeing. As for steps, i recommend getting those small plastic square block type steps (like kids use for toilet training) two of those, one in and one out. its easier than those up and over ladders which are as flimsey as anything.

Has anyone managed to get the pool cover on? I tried yesterday and struggled for about an hour. If it helps i found a trick using pants hangers behind the poles to stop the cover from slipping in the pool
