No Man's Tennis!

Wow that's disgraceful, at least PubG released it at a discounted price and said it was still in development, Steam games do it alot too, but they ask for support!!

Bought this when it came out - from, I think. Traded in after 5 days and didn't lose any money - it really is terrible.

24 Tennis Balls perfect for your furry friend £9.98 / £11.97 delivered @ Groupon

24 Tennis balls a saving of £20.00 & hours of fun for your furry friend postage is £1.99

I don't have any ewok friends. Unfortunately.

Sometimes it's a single track road, sometimes it's a 4 lane expressway.....

Awful things for dogs these. You may as well take a file to your dog's teeth and file them down to the pulp. A lightweight, high bounce rubber ball is ideal for dogs. (And no, not a bouncy ball)

Or you could play tennis with them. Just a wild idea.

I thought it was ping-pong balls used for the furry friend (highfive)

Mine don't bounge

Or normal tennis balls for bigger dogs... Or any sized tennis ball for any size dog if the ball breaks up which cheap balls do. Smaller balls would logically be the biggest problem, but that doesn't mean others won't be. Especially when you have big dogs who are powerful chewers.

Yes it is true but it's the half size ones for smaller dogs that are the killers

DivideByZero: No, normal tennis balls as that was what I was playing with my 2 GSDs at the time with. Squeaky ones are apparently easier to remove if they do get stuck in the throat, normal ones just get pushed down further the more you try and get them out apparently. I guess it would depend on the size of the dog if it would get stuck in the first place. It's not like the dog will actively try and swallow it, but if a catch goes wrong and the dog is big enough... After that, I moved to footballs which they loved. Not sure how visible this will be due resize, but you can see the left canine is worn flat. Multiple vets all said that was almost certainly tennis ball related. (not a great pic, couple of days before he lost the battle to cancer). [image] The white dog used to be able to fit 3 tennis balls in her mouth (so the black dog couldn't get them). I'd say there would be a reasonable chance that she could have swallowed one. Fortunately that never happened here though. Nice dogs, my dog only seems to love squeaky balls (sized small because i think it's easier on his jaws since he isnt huge) so I hope this doesn't happen ever Get a app on your phone called 'Pet First Aid' and other called 'Dog Care Encyclopedia' They seem life saving for emergency since not many know how..oh for humans get 'St John's Ambulance first aid' The 3 apps are worth keeping on your phone for just in case scenarios

Bought some from Wilkos, so far so good, my child did not use them often, so still in good shape. At Wilko were on deal, £5, turned up not much savings as the original price was £6, wish I would have known before placing the order on the internet. Also, got 1 tennis racket for £1 from Poundland, seems similar with the Wilko ones. Hot from me, as this is a good price for a full set, regardless the quality, perfect set for small children to get into tennis or to keep them occupied.

Bought similar to this from wilkos and the handle broke in first use, another the foam unwinded from the handle. Looks the same to me, but i could be wrong and worth a punt for a quid

There is a Psvr tennis game but I’ve not seen much about it

Doesn’t have to be VR to use move controllers. Some games use them without Vr. Just want a decent modern equivalent of wii tennis or super tennis from the SNES or MARIO tennis without the power up special move bollox!

No, it’s not a vr game just a normal controller game. Closest you’ll get to that at the moment is Mario tennis on the switch.

Does this use the move controllers?

Cheapest around, so technically hot, but finding it hard to vote it hot for a minimal saving for what is a very average game that gets boring quite quickly. Really wish they bothered to make a proper RPG game, but I imagine this more basic casual-friendly game sells better.

Probably, cant find cheaper new at the moment but they are generally over priced though so dosnt really look a good deal to people, should be 199 console 229 with a game. This and the odyssey bundle are both good deals. Odyssey is indeed a better game than Mario Tennis Aces, but they're also very different, with the latter more focused on the couch play... and you won't see deep discount (if any) for MTA for quite some time.. it's a Nintendo 1st party game after all.. Between Pro Controller and an extra pair of Joycons.. ideally you'll probably want both anyway.. with Smash and Mario Party on the horizon, 4 Joycons will work wonders... and obviously the Pro Controller is just that good... You can't go wrong with either of the bundles.

I was so tempted with this as i was going to pick another switch anyway for lets go pikachu. But it's a shame the yellow or pink and green Joy cons wasn't a offer with them as my little girl would prefer them colours Already own Mario tennis aces but would of done a nice £32 trade in with GAME and then just get octopath traveller

The switch pro controller and Mario bundle was too difficult to resist at £315 with the student code. That is excellent value.

I did the same, been waiting for a good switch deal but was hoping for a bit more discount or a bundle with Mario and Zelda. Oh well. Sure something will come up soon.

Odyssey is worth every penny Mario tennis will be £30 by Christmas It’s already only £40 on amazon Neither is an amazing deal You can pick up either game for £40 pro controller for £50 And on a good day a switch for £250 Both are at best 5% off

I feel sorry for you. I was disappointed too. David Lloyd receptionist was one of the most unhelpful person I have ever came across over the phone. Never again.

I am very disappointed with this offer.I have booked for 4 slots in David Lloyd Club on 21st. I travelled all the way with my mom in a wheel chair using public transport . when I reached the club, the receptionist informs that the event is cancelled. Is not it a responsibility on the club to atleast send this communication of cancellation across to the registered participants. Very Irresponsible ! I then dropped a note to the General Manager and received a call providing 1 day free access to the club. Can you compensate the time and the other priorities which I have cancelled only to attend this event ? How do you justify this? I am really frustrated on wasting my Saturday on this event.

Thanks OP, went today, rated hot!

I have been preparing to go to the session but I could not find my old tennis racquet so I called our local David Lloyds to ask them as the booking stated if you do not have one do not worry you can borrow theirs. So I called and spoke with them only to find out that they have three spare racquets. How will they accommodate 12 persons then who were booked on this same session. The reception also mentioned it is first come first served for the 3 racquets so what will the remaining 9 do? I do not want to take part in a wasted journey all the way to the nearest centre. They should clear it beforehand. I understand it is a free event but according to most people commenting here at the end of the day they will be working their socks off to pressure sell us the tennis and / or club membership.

We did sign up for it last year and they cancelled the morning of the first lesson with no reason or apology. We were sent a tennis request as an apology but in truth it definitely left a sour taste in the mouth. We’re going to the local David Lloyd tomorrow so should be a fun afternoon anyway.
