All my games work but why settle for 1080p when you can have 4k on the consoles so cheaply and easily? We live in a world of not only criticisms but also choice my friend. Enjoy what you have and be happy :)

MintMouse

PC is clearly quantity and quality. Why can't you get games working? Why do you need to update your graphics card? Nothing wrong with consoles but these criticisms are kinda meh

kderoe3045f

The reality is that you build up a collection of many junk titles on pc - I have almost 4000 games. The reflection is quantity over quality. Games work years later as long as you get them working in the first place. I have gamepass on pc but on console the gaming experience is more complete. I would have to update my 1060 6gb ti graphics card and I can own a console for a fraction of the price instead of a new card. It's not an attack on pc but it's had it's day for me and I think most peoples comments on here are personal which is what it's all about - freedom of choice to say what adds to the topic at hand :)

Forseti

Games can be and often are vastly cheaper on PC. Not forgetting the endless Free ones. Don't get that on console now.. Many many more game's to pick from. Oh and games continue to work many years later. And Gamepass is on PC too. Your comment is personal only. Not a reflection of reality.

There's a 5 minutes speed run for most games like this, so that's a ringing endorsement for the game.

That’s fair enough! Will probably wait to pull the trigger then (y) (y) (y)

Levy2805

Me personally I will wait because I have a huge backlog 😁if you have other games to play then I say wait a couple of months. I even leave Cyberpunk for now, even though I'm itching for that game. I want to finish what I already own.

LouisJ3108

Nice one, thank you for your reply! Would you recommend waiting for the complete edition then? By that point should hopefully have a PS5 (if they ever come back in stock lol)

Levy2805

It's a good game, definitely longer than 12 minutes :) that was caused by a glitch. This is the base game only, there's a dlc out and the next one comes out next year. I do think by then a complete edition will be released.

LouisJ3108

Would you guys recommend or not? Looks like a good game at that price but was slightly put off by a 12 minute speed run on IGN! (lol)

Very bland game but at this price it's alright.

Maverick77

Watched a 12 minute speed run of this on YouTube today.

qwertymz

Anyone played the switch version of this?

michaelstiles

Same here. I also have gamepass but I have a huge backlog to get through & not enough time so odds are the game would disappear from gamepass by time I actually got around to playing it.

Heated. There is some weird mental barrier with me. If this was £17.99 i'd buy it, but i cant justify that extra 86p for some reason (lol)

Jozyjo

Man, the frustration when you leave a place - 60 seconds loading time - then realise you had to check one more thing before leaving that place. hopefully on series S loading times will be shorter.

Dmack81

Same here. My Gamepass file is still saved so might try and go back to it at some point

evandro.lima

I had high expectations, but unfortunately not near as good as fallout 4

Not a bad price imo considering it has just released on Steam! I have a feeling that this will go cold as it has been out for a year, and yes, you can potentially get it cheaper f… Read more

I liked it....it was exactly as long as not to get annoyingly repetitive....it was enjoyably repetitive 😁 but I wouldn’t pay 20 for it, 10 maybe....

Macdory

I actually enjoyed it, and definitely got my £1 worth using Gamepass :)

PurplePerson

It's the RPG by the Fallout New Vegas guys.

Sam_Crow

Hugely overated. Rather boring. Cold.

Which one is this? The Puzzle game or that lame RPG thing?

Yoshimitsu

It is also half price on the Epic Store so I personally think it is a good deal on Steam. The publisher is Private Division so I don't think the developer Obsidian had much say on the timed exclusivity.

roguesspam

The game has been out for a year, it should be a lot cheaper than this. Just cos its new to steam doesnt change that, they shouldve thought about that before making it exclusive.

McTabish

You know what, when this game was released it was lauded and Fallout 4 was reviewed as mediocre... but I think I enjoyed Fallout 4 more. It just felt like a full world and Outer Worlds wasnt quite as detailed. But I would say people should still play this as the story is great and some of the quests are great fun.

My half price deal for the base game on Steam currently stands at a chilly -130 (fierce) The Outer Worlds (PC) £24.99 @ Steam (cheeky)

r200ti

imho youd be better off with a new play through of fallout. Save £47 and have a lot more fun. Might just be me but despite it being the sort of game i should like, I got bored with it pretty quick.
