Great game, enjoyed and finished the main Campaign, sold it, but I would like to see a deluxe edition with all the story DLC.

Agree! And they stated before hand that fans shouldn't expect the same size game as New Vegas as they were not an AAA studio with lots of backing like they had with that game. I think The Outerworlds represented quality RPGness over quantity. Good quests, some fun characters and a game that was easier to complete in one playthrough. Bargain for this price I think.

In my relative old age as a gamer, smaller world sizes have so much more appeal than huge ones that I will never be able to explore properly.

Good game but about 1/10th the size of fallout 4.

Decent game, feels like it ends quite quickly. Some good quests in it, but not as many locations as the map would suggest.

I enjoyed this on Game Pass, it's not a particularly long game but it's funny and not dissimilar to New Vegas.

Absolutely fantastic game. Can't wait for the sequel

Yes, OOS to me

I finished the game, very enjoyable, but ideally would like to see a version that comes with all the DLC.

I was playing this recently on gamepass. It has the same issue fallout has. There is such a small choice on weapons that you don't feel that rewarded in what you find. The whole upgrade system is just "go to work bench pay In game cash, get + armour / +dmg." I gave up around level 18 due to the lack of reward from this game.

fallout 3 in space but half as good

I wasn't expecting it to be as good as NV by any means, I would be happy if it was even 10% as good. I agree about the length though, it was fine, I am kinda tired of open world games that have 300 hours of copy pasted content.

To be fair, you shouldn't have expected it to have reached thr heights of New Vegas. They literally warned people to temper their expectations and not to expect the same as New Vegas because they were only an AA studio, not an AAA studio. While I do get your point that it wasn't as expansive or in depth as the likes of New Vegas, I think It was refreshing to have a good RPG game that wasn't 300+ hours (Who has the time anymore?) But still had great storyline, atmosphere, characters and the same classic humour from the Original Fallout games. I think it was a brilliant game when measured against what it was actually trying to be and achieve.

They've got Microsoft money now, so the sequel will be a lot more ambitious

Agreed. Quality > quantity. The game is beautiful and I'd love to see what more they can do with this amazing engine.

I toyed with the idea and bought Outer Worlds on switch earlier. No regrets, as someone who played it already on PS4. If you like RPG’s with sharp dialogue and liked Fallout NV I can’t imagine you feeling you’ve not got your money’s worth. Whilst performance is second best compared with PC/Console it really doesn’t matter one jot IMO. It’s had performance patches and is now considered a serviceable middle-order port amongst those who’ve played it post release. Plus for what you’ll pay if you buy from the Russian store you can’t go wrong. Personally I can accept a little bit of performance jank in such a quality title as this. Great game

Cannot be worse than ark on switch (pirate) (pirate)

Don't sleep on Monster Boy if you like a good Metroidvania. It over stays it's welcome a bit but it's a great game for that price.

Is the DLC on Outer Worlds worth picking up?

I adored Outer Worlds on XBox, might pick it up on the Switch for Plane journeys and give it another play through. Heat!
