The fact that it has1) a tray for collecting ash,2) temperature gauge for cooking in different ways (as mentioned by op)3) a cover,4) most importantly the feature to raise and lower the coal. This definitely helps with using less coal, as when the coal is getting to the end, some have a great height for the heat to reach and take very long to cook, but on this you can raise the coal with the wind-up handle on the right hand side. One thing I'd be cautious with, is the build quality. I've checked a Landmann one in homebase which was around £175 and this summer I so one in wilko for £70-80. I was very amazed but after checking it up, realised that the difference was not in the functionality but the quality of craftsmanship and how smooth everything worked, I. E. The wind-up feature, etc, and could tell that over not too long of a period it would stop functioning. I can't say much about the quality of this, but just thought I'd highlight my findings of 2 very similar different branded products.

I second everything mkara has said. They really are the best you an buy for the price. I paid £85 on eBay and you will find that there are quite a lot being sold off for around that price as it's the end of Summer.

Something to add is how long the coals last in one of these. Being able to raise and lower the coal tray along with being able to open and close air intakes means you can have some control over how quickly the coals last. We used the BBQ over this Summer for parties of up to 25 people, and it just lasted ages. We'd have close to 2 hours of useful heat so everyone could get their fill.

My present proposed dates are not in the fall, I am sure, but I would rather get the ESTA early to cover me instead of risking being denied entry! The problems I found was that the ESTA website did not tell you the cost or the period covered by an ESTA. Of course you will find out the cost before you buy but will you also be told the period? This is just another tax on travelers.

As of March 15, 2016, visa-exempt foreign nationals are expected to have an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) to fly to or transit through Canada. Exceptions include U.S. citizens, and travellers with a valid Canadian visa. Canadian citizens, including dual citizens, and Canadian permanent residents are not eligible to apply for an eTA.

However, from March 15, 2016 until fall 2016, travellers who do not have an eTA can board their flight, as long as they have appropriate travel documents, such as a valid passport. During this time, border services officers can let travellers arriving without an eTA into the country, as long as they meet the other requirements to enter Canada. Find answers to your questions about the leniency period.

Air Canada Rouge was by far the worst airline I've travelled with. You do get what you pay for. Meals basic as one ice cold bread roll and butter with water, seats very uncomfortable and plane so cold they give you blankets. Lack of entertainment systems. Would definitely pay a bit more for something better, especially for a longer haul flight. Flew same route with air transat and was miles better.

my mate used to do the trip 2-3 times per year with this airline, a few years back, never heard him complaining and always was able to find a cheap ticket all year round...
Yeah, nothing wrong with this airline, plus you can take a whole load of camping equipment for no extra cost. Saved me a fortune a few years back.
Flew in 2012 to Vancouver so 10+ hours was ok no reason to complain. Well apart from the large chap next to me but that could happen on any airline.
I flew Manchester > Toronto with them in Sept 2014, sure it's not Emirates but comfortable enough for the price and no reason to complain.

Haha... I was on the same flight, was told that the plane broke down in Rome... I was happy for the extra day though. They gave me $30 for dinner and breakfast, spent $20 on dinner but didn't bother with breakfast, but got the Sheraton to pay my airport parking because the drilling at 9am woke me up.

I found the flights to be great value for money, and although this deal is more expensive, it's still a great price on a fair to decent budget craft. Nice one, op.

Visually nice changes but its completely knackered the site
When I linked directly from Quidco, I was taken to:
canadianaffair.com/aff/

At that link, the prices were about 1.5% dearer than the normal website (without the "aff" at the end of the url):
canadianaffair.com/
Also, there was nowhere to put in the promo code.

So what I did was to manually delete the "aff" in the url, and pressed return.
Now. I got the field to put in the code. But best of all, later on I still managed to get the Quidco email saying that the transaction was being tracked.
You just saved me £60. Thanks a lot!
