Very good deal. This card really works.

Biioniic11

I have this credit card and it’s great! I travel abroad regularly and I prefer to use cash. It’s a phenomenal credit card for cash withdrawals and tends to beat Halifax Clarity (which I also own) rates for cash withdrawals as Halifax charges interest on cash withdrawals! Would recommend

Is there a link for this?

Good to kow if you stay in a lot of hotels. IMO Hilton is the most over rated hotel brand. Some Hiltons are no better than a basic travelodge at triple the price.

Its Bulgaria, thing will be stupidly cheap if you come from UK.

leeparsons

Is sunny beach really bad then? Is there nice parts to it? What is the cost of living like a cheap meal out, price of a beer, bottle of wine. What are supermarket prices like for bread, milk,, tobacco. That kind of thing?

coolio28

But you remembered all of that??

trannyboy

If you can remember what you did on an 18-30 holiday you obviously weren't doing it right .....pre drinking......shots....more shots....fishbowl....tactal chunder.......nitrous oxide balloon.....more shots.....fall asleep in doorway........ ........then do it all again next day.

Are the airline going to penalise you if you don't make the LHR to DUB return journey basically leaving the airport with your hand luggage (no you couldn't have any hold baggage as this would be being transferred to the DUB flight)

futura

You can do the same with indirect flights from Manchester to last Vegas via Heathrow with back, it's cheaper than from Heathrow direct even though you're on the same flight from Heathrow. Silly really but there's more competition from Manchester so prices are lower

yozzman1234

We did this exact flight . Got them even cheaper at around £305 pp . We wasn’t going to tKe the risk with Ryanair having a delayed flight , as if this happens you would lose all flights then , so we still booked Ryanair flights but for the day before and after our return, then booked the premier inn Dublin at the airport. 2 nights €100 , flights £9.99 each way . But with luggage just over £100 . So worked out £405 pp even with 2 nights hotel . We saved £400 total , which was extra spending money . Would I do it again ? NO We fly next May with Thomas Cook £505 pp but that’s premium both ways direct from Manchester

'A bit easier for you to take!!! You just can't help yourself can you? Listen, at £399 I was more than happy with my purchase, and still am. So much so that I thought it would help some to endorse the product with my recommendation. I don't and never have given two hoots about the Aldi deal. I already know it was an excellent deal when it was posted, but I suspect it will disappoint you when I say I didn't loose any sleep over it. You on the other hand give me the impression that the deal was a major life event for you. Well done and congratulations, have a gold star. Nuff said, signing out....

stevesipmax

This came about because I mentioned 50% which you didn't like. I should of got my calculator out and quoted the exact figure and maybe that would of been a little easier for you to take.

stevesipmax

I'm not arguing with anyone, I was just pointing out this is not a bargain and was trying to help the other person with some information about the round version. You've asked me questions, which I've then answered.

lord_trumpington

What a pathetic argument. How old are you?

stevesipmax

I don't skirt past it, I said I'm clearly not a mathematician. You paid close to 50% more, it's ok like I said above Ive paid a few quid more for things too.

I wasn't using Trainline because they charge booking fees and I can only speak about my experience that happened in 2015. Since then, the fare has risen above the threshold, but below is a similar fare on the same line. Notice how it doesn't say anything about time restrictions. Only someone who has read the railcard's fine print would know that it shouldn't be used in the morning peak, despite it being called 'anytime'.

YouTalkinToMe

Whenever I book with the trainline, my ticket comes to £12 before 10. After 10 it is £11ish. And the original ticket price is the same!!!

drspa44

Well all of the online booking websites said £11 no restrictions and the hundreds of great northern ticket inspectors and gatekeepers did not say there was a problem.

YouTalkinToMe

The 12 pound rule is always enforced. If the fare should be lower they charge you 12!!
