I always choose local currency to get the better exchange rate.

Can usually avoided by paying in local currency (not sterling).

Very good deal. This card really works.

Biioniic11

I have this credit card and it’s great! I travel abroad regularly and I prefer to use cash. It’s a phenomenal credit card for cash withdrawals and tends to beat Halifax Clarity (which I also own) rates for cash withdrawals as Halifax charges interest on cash withdrawals! Would recommend

We can see that from the picture. It plays the same though.

Here we go again - it’s not Connect 4 which is a copyrighted game to HASBRO - it’s a copy

Mordo

Yes, Not as big as the original (obviously) but still decent price if you want to keep kids quiet during a long flight or vice versa :p

Wow didn't see that one, classic!

They also have a pop-up-pirate (y) I assume they have more, but I’ve seen this & a pop up pirate one ^^

Between 17-19 degrees, we have been to Portugal in November 2017 and February 2018 and it is Still t-shirt weather in day time and if you stay at the right places you should still have places to drink and eat opened. We are going again secondweek in December!

Fabulous deal.

buzzard

Warmer than here but not very warm. Outside their season so many restaurants will be shut. I've been to the Algarve in November and enjoyed it but it wasnt easy finding places to eat.

Figtree3

All depends where and what you use the pram for IMO. I had a cheap imoov by kinderkraft travelset which I LOVED, all 4 tyres are air inflated which was perfect for country walks, only downside was the car seat wasn't isofix compatible. I got the oyster 2 Ltd edition in wolf grey from toys r us when in the sale and visually it's beautiful but practically I don't rate it. We even purchased the rear inflated tyres and it doesn't make a great difference on steering. Be careful of your fingers when folding the pram to put into your car aswell! It's not all bad as once you buy the car seat adapters it's a handy peice of kit for around an extra £15. If you're not bothered about a name brand or the isofix option I highly rate the kinderkraft imoov especially when they go on places like Groupon or precious little one with the voucher code

Any established aquarium will happily survive 2 weeks without feeding...

paulbohs

good price but bad for most fish tanks. You'd need a massive fish tank to get away with this much pollution. Better to not feed the fish for the 2 weeks. Goldfish usually don't eat for the winter so 2 weeks wont hurt them.

I remember the last chocolate deal, preferred it to ice cream tbh. I did like the Waitrose slabs, but I traded some of the bars in for Hotel Chocolat and I liked their ones too - prefer Waitrose actually!

johnsmith1997

True.

thetarget

I was a bit surprised the info hadn't been added because it is quite an important bit of information regarding the deal for this week. When the deal previously ran, the list of stores participating was rather small, or may have only initially have been in London. I was a little irritated a while ago when there was a Hotel Chocolat Wuntu offer. The store I went to in Central London didn't have the freebie. That was on a Weds and they said it will be delivered to them on the Friday. The offer only ran Weds to Friday. That evening I read on here that people who went to another store in London that day were offered an alternative item to take. Earlier that evening I was in that location and didn't know at the time. What I had been told earlier in the day was that none of the stores had received the item.. I wasn't near any stores on the Friday. Missed out. Not a big deal in the scheme of things. Far bigger issues in life. Still one of those little irritating things that sometimes bug me. I preferred this deal months or so ago when it was the cone. The lady who served me filled the cone completely with ice-cream and with the bit above the cone. Unsure if that is the norm if you get a cone or only supposed to get a dollop on the top of the cone. The amount of ice-cream in these paper pots is tiny in comparison. I certainly wouldn't pay the normal price. A McFlurry would be better value in my opinion. But then I think Hotel Chocolat chocolate is rather overrated. I'm rather happy with a smart price 30p milk choc bar which reminds me of Easter Eggs shell or the dark choc bar; or say Lidl 60% or 70% dark chocolate; or even the dark chocolate selection in All Gold boxes. I have also tried chocolate slabs which are rather expensive and independently made before anyone thinks I have only eaten the rather cheap and cheerful stuff. Some other brands of chocolate I don't seem to find special in their taste and actually think they are overrated. Depending on the contents of the alternative option; it may be better than getting the ice-cream. I find the ice-cream to be okay but nothing special and it doesn't make me think I must get that if I am purchasing one whilst out. Wuntu offering these types of deals is great.

jamie015

@thetarget that's amazing additional information, wish one of my locals didn't serve ice cream now!

I did this a few years ago. The pool access is brilliant and kept the kids occupied nicely . It's pretty clear from the OP that this doesn't include the park but there's plenty for th3 kids to do. Heat from me.

The sea isn't too cold in the winter, it's as warm as the uk gets in the summer and is warmer than unheated pools. I had a good hour in the sea on Christmas day in Tenerife and there was loads of people swimming including kids to.

Too far to walk from festival twice a day. Take longer if drunk and busy. If you don’t wish to sleep in a regular tent then pay extra for posher glamping. Whilst at Glastonbury we are only in tents for few hours kip as lots of stuff going on.

Adster

A quick check on google maps shows that the travelodge is 6.24 miles from the pyramid stage in a perfect straight line. Or a 2 hour 24 minute walk and thats ignoring all the festival based restrictions. You could get a taxi, but this isn't realistic to walk.

harams

Flushing toilets can be found up by the medical tent but you'd have to get there from wherever you are and long queues. They no longer use portaloos +other than in the car parks). Long drops and compost toilets are inside. There are showers but you'd need to get up very early and queue or miss out on acts during the day. Or you could use wet wipes, anti- bacterial spray and dry shampoo. You could go in a mobile home but would need to buy one as hire firms will not rent them for Glastonbury.

cheztaz

Thanks Op.
