It truly is such a fantastic game, and definitely worth any asking price (within reason). I'm quite a few hours into the game with no actual progress. I really should play it to the objectives instead of standing taking screenshots...

I suspected years ago that the reason they bought the driver ip was specifically fir the coding (they can't get the physics and handling correct) it did imrove after that bought it (far cry games) but is still abysmal, reminds me of saints row.

Ubisoft have clearly been tring to follow Rockstars model, Make a solid game in each genre, then tie them all up in one mega package. At times it looks like Far Cry 5 might be it.

At least they appear to have stopped copying Activision with annual realeases and realised it was ultimately damaging them.

I'm sure Far Cry 5 will be very good, I just can see it being 100% even in AC Origins they can't resist ballsing some things up.

I think for £20 it's absolutely worth it. I was very skeptical about the game before i played it. And tbh, it's worth it for the multilayer alone, since getting the game I haven't even touched single player yet, just pumping hours into multilayer which has been very fun, and the community has been friendly, quite easy to find a squad to play with, communication helps majorly in matches.

Is that for the PC? Or are you referring to the PS4 version?

Ah, sorry, PS4!
Got this on the XBO in the recent deal with FC4 on the Microsoft store. I usually play on PC but shared this deal with my son.
I am really enjoying it despite using a controller - which I don’t like for FPSs.
Although I sometimes do yearn to get an assault rifle out for multiple kills as the pace is generally a bit slower.
It’s a really nice change for a first person shooter to use some (very) simple crafting and controlling animals to help attacks.

I'm not a fan of Kinguin by any means, but I will still use them as a last resort if I have to i.e. if they are significantly cheaper than anywhere else for something I REALLY want, if it's something I can wait for though I'll happily wait for it on Steam sale or at places I prefer to support like Humble Bundle, Fanatical (AKA Bundlestars) or IndieGala as those sites put out some really amazing bundles and in the case of HB even support good causes.

I hate any retailer that charges extra for certain payment methods and Kinguin notorious for that, think it's like 30p extra for Paypal, they even charge for using credit card I think, which is pretty much unheard of and the price of their so called shield service is ridiculous and provided you use paypal you never need to use it as if the key is phony, just open a paypal case/claim. Considering how buyer biased eBay and Paypal are Kinguin wouldn't stand a chance of convincing Paypal their dodgy key was legit!

All that aside this is a good deal and I am kind of tempted as I love the Trials games but I have heard this one is a real mess so I'm not sure....
just bought, thanks! its £15 on steam
If a store actually has to charge extra for protection/insurance/"shield" due to the sheer amount of keys they sell being reclaimed by the publishers as stolen, why would you ever shop there? they are openly advertising how corrupt they are by charging for a service any reputable company offers for free.

(also don't trust stores that require extra security just to use paypal, as paypal have said to find these suspicious)

It will eventually, but it'd be nice if it happened within five years rather than thirty.

It's not the only way, I'm personally hoping we see advertising laws saying that storefront clients like steam are only allowed to launch themselves on games actually bought from them. That would leave the way open for third party library apps like this.

(Launching on all games would still be available as opt-in of course, just not mandatory the way it is now).

I normally wait a while for games to drop in price and have a few bugs ironed out. I do get that there are some people that like it right away though. I guess I should have said that it may be best for people to wait a few months, get through their current backlog a bit and pick this up for mid 20s. My main point was the fact it'll be cheaper fairly soon, as some franchises historically drop quicker than others, and unless you want it right away it's better to hold off. You're right, could've worded it better though. Had a pants morning today.

Others may be streamers - anyone with an online following may wish to attract bigger crowds by streaming the latest games from day of release. Finally, whilst it seems a lot compared to the price you'll pay within a few months of release, you get a lot of game for £37 since it lasts 30+ hours even just completing the story and a few side missions.

Wow, really? I had considered that as an option too that is really bad, I couldn't bring myself to do it because it felt like the amount spent would be getting near to the compete edition in price so I decided just to suck it up.

I have no tracking number and there is nothing in my account about the new order - but fingers crossed something might turn up before the new year, I doubt it will be here before Christmas. Hope the game is worth the wait.

I had nothing on account and I kept asking for a tracking number. They gave me it about a day after saying it was ordered. At least it's a step in the right direction finally
