So gutted I missed this for this weekend coming, would have been ideal for my wifes birthday :(

Completely agree. Seems bizarre that a place like this doesn’t allow dogs.

Really not clear what your getting when trying to book and saw none near that price. I might be too tired

Great place but shame it isn't dog friendly

No idea, just answering your post. You'll need to read both copies to see any differences. And it will change again this Monday 4th June, when learner drivers in England, Scotland and Wales are allowed on motorways, with a qualified driving instructor and duel controls.

Road's are so packed I can't take my eyes of road to look at signs. Crazy busy roads these days.

Who said anything about a free app? Yes, it's £4.99 but think about what you're getting for that. The questions in the app are literally word for word the same as in the actual theory test, making it next to impossible to fail if you just use the app for a few hours.

Just curious why it would be different for NI? I last read it when I passed my test 30+ years ago :o

It's so cold just how I like my cider.... On a serious note guys and gals if you know of cheaper price for this stuff please post a link as I've never seen the 500ml bottle x 3 for less than £5.25

Because I'm not a big drinker. And the price difference per 500ml isn't massive

This is a premier-league cider, up there with Westons Vintage and Aspall's Premier Cru (among others) ...really rate this stuff and my only gripe is that I haven't seen this for sale in England. Never mind, I'm visiting family in Wales later in the month. XD

Why get 3bottles when you can buy this? I agree.. this is one of the best Cider's out there.

Wonder if it also bestows upon the drinker Wind of the Dragon too..... maybe with a curry combo deal? :D

Did this deal last year. Had an awful meal (steak) complained and they asked us if we would like a free dessert! We said no thanks and they said that was all they could offer us. Wrote to them when we got home and they said 'things have improved.please call us to arrange another meal' Not much good when you are 100 miles away.

Let's hope Theresa May sees this offer and books ASAP.

I am from Conwy too. We are two minutes from the sea, 10 minutes from Snowdonia national park. Llandudno is a brilliant place to visit.

Why would you buy one night but pay for two? :)

Dublin year after year..

I wish they would do France again

looks quite tempting although still 10 hours on a train ... i wish i could just the person on a test flight nearby but all the flights i can find from southampton airport within the UK have an expensive train route back if the person doesn't feel comfortable traveling by plane, and they feel too clostraphobic on buses

You can but last time i lived in northern ireland beside the donegal border the duty free cigs worked out more expensive than the uk lol

Yup - cheapest I could find was a 1 bed AirBnB flat on Parnell Street for £250 for 2 nights. (I ended up cancelling and losing £100 deposit as my best friend had moved to Lucan, just west of Dublin, so could stay for free). It's a crazy central-London style pricing hell in Dublin.

Agreed, physiological differences, yes, assuming every male and every female are presumed to grow to their full physical potential and then compared only on that, but struggle to agree that this somehow relates to how good a standard of player in real world terms this produces. Comparing all the greatest ever male (and female) players shows a massive difference if only taking into account their "biological and physical" attributes. Surely, even if only comparing males with other males, there's more to any footballer than just physical potential. I'd take Pele, Owen or Vardy over Sol Campbell anyday in my starting 11.

You don't seem to think there's biological athletic and physical differences between men and women when it's a fact that there is. Womens football would not be at the same standard or higher regardless of what you suggested.

Which part doesn't make sense to you? We'll try and explain it for you.

The women's game has come on huge leaps and bounds. To the point where I will always watch the Lionesses play in Major competitions now. The great thing is, at the rate things are improving. The best is yet to come in the women's game. However, I must say that the goalkeepers for some reason are absolutely shocking across the board. And I can't figure out why that would be? Anyway, I'd pay to watch professionals who represent our great country. Regardless of gender 8)

Its a good price for a 'not bad' hotel. Food's ok. Best bet would be a quiet weekday break and pray for sunshine.

(lol) (lol) (lol) (lol) (lol) I agree. I'm 28 and have 3 kids. When I go away with the Mrs we don't want to see kids at all!

Hehe some people like child free places 😁. I'm 20 and when I go to a hotel that last thing I want is something/somone that resembles my little brothers

Shame, otherwise I'd be interested too. They should start considering small families too and offer us a decent deal.

Yeah I know (annoyed) I checked and they don't offer extra beds (even for a charge) in these rooms. There are family rooms, but this offer doesn't apply.

Wish there was an option to take kids on these deals

do you genuinely care or just being critical for the sake of it? I'm jsut wondering as a lot of people moan about Amazon and they are the only provider they use.

I wonder if the will pay the living wage and pay taxes?

Definition of a frustrated ex-pat Canadian (i.e. me): finding out that there are Tim Hortons restaurants here in Britain but they are all in Scotland or Manchester when I live near London... (annoyed)

He he... Great thing is, when you redeem this you get another receipt with a survey for the same thing. I haven't paid for an Apple Fritter or a doughnut in months. Of course, I also no longer fit in my jeans.... (shock)

Argueably Asda are following Aldi's lead. Regardless, what Asda are doing is a good thing and I agree that more supermarkets should do the same.

I can imagine this happens all the time in numerous different shops- all very sad, and helping to perpetuate the economic divide. I’m not naive to think that there will ever be parity between all, but I wish things like this happened more often for those that really need the help! @JMac_D Wishing you good health and happiness this year too!

I do apologize i thought you said not instead of hot. i was taking pain killers at the time and as usually trying to do 2 things at once. :) The government should make the supermarkets and wholesalers not waste any food or clothing etc its pretty disgusting. Used to work at Cosco and they binned a heap of jeans cause of slight defects, Cosco is a horrible place for food waste as well, bannanas that was just right for eating all binned, large ones as well. They must get them for pennies to afford to bin so much stuff. Happy new year.

Them to not really have a social conscience and dispose of the food as per usual

Should have dropped it off at homeless shelters but points for trying and mega publicity
